What if bitcointalk creates a casino review and ratings board for members.

Nevertheless I was thinking if there could be a thread under the Economy board created separately for casinos review ( all casinos registered here) with star ratings whereby members could also take part in the ratings for casinos and their performance which would make them seat up doing things right. This would make all registered casinos and their various representatives onboard this platform to doing their work diligently in responding to customers and being active here.

I can't imagine that the management of the forum or anyone who is passionate about it would consider working on a project like this. This is since it does not provide any addition to the forum, not even to the community ; First, because the management of the forum will not want to involve itself in such a project, and because the administration does not supervise any of the projects that run its business using the forum, especially gambling platforms and other service platforms. Secondly, because users, while searching for reliable sources of information, should not trust anything more than their confidence in the results of their research, and such a project, if it actually existed, would encourage laziness and would be easy to manipulate.

I reckon BTCGosu and other similar posts are more than enough. Even without considering it (it was my most relied on when I first tried gambling online), there are probably a few other posts here that list a bunch of casinos, their details, and possibly a bunch of reviews. It's not a straight-up "casino review and rating" type of thing, but I reckon it's more than enough. Plus some casinos come and go so people can simply ask here if the casino itself is reputable or not, and a lot could probably give good enough answers as reference.

As others have said here dude, there is no need for that. Apparently, instead of doing it ourselves, we pass it on to others. Then another thing, most of the communities here in the forum help each other.

indeed , our money is our responsibilities so why let others do it for us? finding the right place to deposit our money and to risk playing is our part and let us just learn from others opinion here in forum but don't obliged the community to act for us.

Through the comments made by others we get an idea of a gambling platform whether it is legitimate or not in the via course they provide. This means that we, the members here, can do it ourselves and do not need to add to the work of the moderators here on this platform.

You are absolutely correct, this is indeed the purpose of the forum in my opinion, it is matters like these that we have our own aspirations and opinions, through this we can balance things based on what we are talking about. topic like this.

That's a brilliant idea you just suggested O.P, and I see it as a medium by which forum members are given the privilege to share their personal experiences from each of the various casinos we have here on this forum. Because just as we have "scam accusation" sub board of the forum where members share scam experience, for me I see this board as an avenue to people to share both positive and negative experience from any of the forum casinos.  As a way to give casinos clue on the various areas they need to improve more on.

Even though the suggestion looks great I don't think the admin will consider doing something like that creating of board used to follow procedure and having a volatile market such as a gambling review board will give rise to a new wave of a scam which the entire forum will be taken by surprise.

Members of the forum may become supportive to scam casinos here in the forum and help to make some positive reviews that could easily deceive newbies.

Considering that this forum is composed of legit members or to those newly created scammy accounts which are intended for scamming purposes on which they could create as much as they could and make out

with those fake feedbacks which could cause up some deceptive approach on a particular project that had been posted and this is why its never been that ideal nor really much needed on having that board.
Just like some people been saying that this board alone would really be that sufficient since we could be able to check out with their own dedicated ANN threads if ever you are really that interested on a certain casino.Since people or members of this forum could easily make out some post and feedback basing up with their real experience which the masses could be able to read up.

I agree with this because just like scams have nothing to do with the forum, and the admin will never get involved in scam moderation in this forum, same way reviews of the casinos are left in the hand of the individual players to search out the site that best serves their interest and not relying on third party reviews to make their decisions.
So we may never see what op mentioned in reality here in the forum.

I think after reading his OP, he asked me, we really understand how the forum works.

 The thing is that everything you mention exists and in fact is working fine, I think it's a matter of a particular point of view, but specifically it would be redundant.

 On the other hand, I think that local boards should have a specific section related to gambling.

 But although it does not exist, we do not fix them (our Local board) and we accommodate the gambling theme.  In other words, it's not that it's something urgent, but on the local boards that kind of suggestion could come up.

I don't think it's needed because most of casinos are using English language, so the user already understand about English. With the gambling discussion exist in this forum, it's already representing for all users in this forum, not only the local board. Gambling isn't legal in every countries and we have no way to stay anonymous during playing on the casino.

As long as people using these forums are looking for more information, they will get it and may even have a list of the best casinos for them because the members here always give honest reviews and tell the truth about the state of a casino. So it doesn't seem necessary for now because we already have threads from each casino and reviews from many members who always give their best reviews for the development of a casino. And if a casino can't accept those reviews, surely they won't be able to grow and will simply disappear from the list of casinos on this forum.

This could be talked about with the other board of the services discussion or else with their announcement thread already because it get too much hustle and getting spam if we made those reviews into just a single thread there's a chance that they might get quoted for a lot and getting spam, having with their own designated thread is enough so the players can seek a feed back if this is reliable to play base on the experience of other members too would like to play.

This feature isn't necessary if you think like this: imagine the more reputation an official casino account has here on bitcointalk, given by other forum members, more "stars" they have. So, very reputable casinos with a lot of positive feedbacks could be considered to have 4-5 stars, while the ones which have few or none feedbacks are the neutral ones with average 2-3 stars, and the the ones negatively reviewed are the worst ones with 0-1 stars.

Actually, the system here is pretty original and unique compared to other gambling reviews websites, while also working finely.

You can already see which casinos are still around today and even pay signature users a fixed fee and last for years. Reviews of each casino are quite complete in each ANN thread created. Scam casinos will not escape the monitoring of members here, and some members have indeed given red flags to scam casinos which will be detrimental.

That's what's great about this forum. The current system is good enough, and quite complete. No matter how small, it will still be reviewed and if the casino is dangerous and the reviews are too negative, it will be flagged in this forum.

It is better to just let reviews stay outside of the forum, and those casinos who are willing to have their casinos reviewed by various members should simply start a campaign paying a small amount to users to test and provide an honest review of the casino.

We don't need any other sub-boards for gambling casino reviews after we have the main board for gambling and gambling discussions, because on each new board there will be many fake casino advertisements that deceive forum users by offering high bonus benefits, so we just focus on gambling casino reviews. who have held a signature campaign in this forum, the casino listing has been verified and reviewed by the best campaign manager.

Threads with reviews like this, can be manipulated by the competition. It does not take a lot of effort to create "dummy" accounts to attack the reputation of their competition. Alt accounts can be bought with little effort and a thread like that can be derailed by these accounts. 

We have a scam accusation section on this forum, where we deal with "dark" operators... and I think it is quite affective to sort out most of these issues.    False accusations are pulled apart in that section, so the chance for manipulation are smaller, because it is focused on that.

On point! The forum, as we've seen in the past, is always vulnerable to such cheating and abusive efforts when it comes to providing ratings or reviews and stuff. If users can abuse Merit system, which is clearly the biggest abuse preventive system implemented on the forum till date, then I doubt they can pretty easily do it with what OP is demanding.

Forums structure and how things are dealt with right now is basically just okay for casinos and their reputation. It is totally up to them if how they can keep their reputation on the forum clean and deal with accusations and blames with grace.
