Unfortunately I cannot say anything further about this due to the private rights of the persons, but we as management will first clean up and that means that we will review every situation from the moment 1xbit.com has operated. I don't have an overview of all precise problems. To all victims: Could you send me a PM with your email address and / or User Id and the size of the amount with which you have been disadvantaged. Please also indicate what exactly happened so that it is easy for me to make an inventory of the case. If the claims are valid, I will personally ensure that all victims still receive the crypto they are entitled to.
The domain 1xbit.com is still available, but only for administration. All new players are automatically redirected to 1xbit1.com of which we are now the new management.

I understand your concern, but 1xbit never changed their management some years ago. It was a trick to lure people to their site.
We can ensure you we are a legit company and we took over all the customers and like I said, I will do everything to make sure everybody who got scammed, will get paid the amount in full.
For me it is okay to speak about this, since the previous people didn't care about customers and people have the right to know what they are up against now and before.

Yes of course I need the account number, I do not need the password. I want to solve the things as soon as possible for everybody so we can start with a clean sheet after we have paid everybody.

Well, will this new company solve the recent issues brought by 1xbit or it will include the past issues? I'd say it's uncountable and you'll get a lot of spam and you may get some unwanted or even fake claims. Let's say this is legitimate but I think 1xbit.com should be the one to announce it rather than some new account or just forget 1xbit there are legitimate casinos out there.

Do you have any proof that you acquire that site already or you will just collect data for something?
To those victims of this site, be cautious on providing your details, there's no official announcement regarding this acquisition so most probably this is a red flag.

For starter, You can start checking the 1xbit bitcointalk trust page https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2835882 to see all the active scam accusation against the previous owner. You can click the reference because that issue is verified. It’s nonsense to ask every victim to PM you because most them is already active long time ago here in the forum. You should be the one who reached out to them since their account details is available on the reference thread for the scam accusation.

This is a good gesture to clean your reputation but this is the second attempt on this kind of action. I hope this time it will work.

Whatever the 1xbit representatives say, whether it's new management or for sure, I, even all of us gamblers on this bitcointalk forum, can never easily believe what will be done about the casino, not even your casino management.
1xbit already has such a bad reputation among gamblers that it will be hard to trust it again.
The statement that they will resolve all problem cases and will refund any losses from customers has been the feedback from several threads but in reality none of the solutions that have been done have been proven concretely.
I doubt this is just a statement made just for profit.
It would be better if you really want to make a settlement, then first solve the problem that has been submitted by the customer in the support team and after that just provide the solution information here and we will be more able to accept or understand it.

@op, maybe you have good intentions but a lot of us will be very skeptical as 1xbit is one of the biggest scams on this forum. What is your reasonings in behind taking this site over? Would it not be better to acquire another site that doesn’t have any legitimate accusations or just start a new site from scratch? I am teying to find the logic in kt…

As you mentioned, your company has acquired 1xbit.com and what about the social networks associated with 1xbit, now when you switch from the site to twitter, you get to their old twitter account where there are no such ads, it would be nice if you created an ad on the site itself 1xbit1.com , there are also no ads in the telegram channel. You could first make a footer on the home page of the site 1xbit1.com which would lead to this thread of the forum to confirm that you really are a co-owner.

Sorry we are here tired of what is related to 1xbit which harms many gamblers and takes the money that has been deposited to the platform.
Whatever happens I think everyone here won't believe anything about 1xbit even though it seems reassuring people will be very careful with 1xbit.
I think those of you who acquired as new management from 1xbit don't need much to know how many people and how many have been cheated, do development on your platform so you don't cheat anymore.

they've done this before, they said, they want to clear the reputation and fix the issues of 1xbit here in the forum but in the end, the scam accusations against them piled up again. I am sceptical that it'll be different this time.

I find this hard to believe most especially now that ops did not share any document to support his claim of change of Ownership,  I guess since 1xbit is a company there are legal procedures to be followed for transfer of ownership.

-So ops need to share some documents to prove his ownership because we can't just believe his claim of solving 1xbit problems, and as far as I know, there is no announcement from the side of the old management.

That's a lot of work to do, I wonder if they'll be able to compensate the victims that ranging from thousands of dollars. If it's crypto form that would be a hell lot of money if they'll compensate those from the past when Bitcoin or ETH was still at low valuation compares today. I don't think they'll do it, it's more likely of a hoax especially if it's involve all the issue they had with customers funds.

I would say this is just another BS from 1xbit, I think they have tried similar thing like this before when they said that they were going to solve all issues but they did nothing. Lets just ignore it, they have really bad reputation already and I dont think there is chance for them to get a better reputation even if they can solve all issues (past and current) as many people are being skeptical already to 1xbit.

    -   This is a pretty big problem for you to fix considering the size of the problem old 1xbit.com created back then, and you also have an idea of the countless issues that have gone unsolved due to them scamming their gamblers.

Now the question is if the victims of the scam pay 100$, will they return the money that was left in 1xbit? will you return it at any cost? Because no matter how hard you try to understand what you want to happen OP, it seems like it's hard to believe honestly.
