We've seen some other persons still turn up with same claims and ended up even doing worst than what the previous ones did.
Rather than claim to be able to solve the complains that comes to you when you guys know it was done deliberately, why not just apologize for the old scams since you're a new administration and try to correct the old wrongs by not getting involved with criminal acts?

I believe most members of the forum already know this kind of attempt claims and if ops have taken over the management of the 1xbit casino which is doubt true, he should come out with more evidence that supports his claims, and as long as the casino has an ANN in this board it shows how suspicious this attempt is.

 I played only one game before 1 hour ended. They call me that I knew the result and it was not updated. It's a shame what they're doing. I am now taking legal action on this. I once found a thread about customer loss reports, but only some of the loss reports were responded to but I don't know if they were genuine reports from customers or manipulation to restore their casino's reputation.

Even though they have responded never replaced the previous management but that reason won't change anything, if they want to clean their reputation then recover all the losses from customers without exception.

This is coming too late in the case it is true that the scam casino has taken up by another management. Of course bettors who suffered scam from 1xbit have moved on and probably deleted their proves after they denied not scamming people. Your post is now a prove that they were scamming innocent people and nobody will immediately believe your claim that it is now genuine from what it was known for. Unfortunately, people will choose to keep playing at the casinos they are now having guarantee of being paid.

I don't know if you are a group or just one person taking over 1xbit, but I very much want to know how possible it is that you are going to settle each and every one that have been scammed by 1xbit, this is gonna cost you a lot of money, and even if you manage to settle everyone on this forum and outside this forum, do you think you guys can ever win back the trust of the gambling community?
Because for me, I don't think i would ever trust this casino again, not after all the atrocities they committed.

This is the very first thing that came to my mind when I read the post of the OP, if this was another casino and I saw they were really trying to help the people that have been scammed then I could assume their story is true, but this is the second time the 1xbit casino has supposedly changed hands and they are trying to restore their reputation, and yet not only they did not changed their ways but many more people got scammed, so it is important no one falls for this as this is a tactic they tried before.

I hope that the new management will truly resolve all the past problems of 1xbit, Though I'm just thinking why would anyone will buy a problematic casino that has a lot of bad feedbacks and negative image from the community? Trying to resolve all of the past problem will cost you a hefty amount of money to resolve it and there's a chance that not everyone will try to gamble again in that casino even you have managed to resolved all the problem and clear your image.

If you are really true to your words, I will support the new team managing 1xbit. Though I stand to the point that it is much better to just launch a new casino that has a neutral reputation.

Don't take this thread seriously as we have seen several similar attempts to gain attention such as this in the past, I still remember when a user with a similar account name claimed to be 1xbit official but this guy you quoted always disregard such claims.

We cant really assure out that this one do falls into some new management. Clearing up the mess on what the previous management had done would really be that something will takes time.
You should really clear out that bad reputation and impressions on which causes the entire community do see this as a scammy site. First, you should stop on running that signature campaign or simply

Even this new manager of this representative has not come up and say anything to solve problems that users have complained in the forum in the Scam Accusation Board. Users had advised him  him to address the issues to create small trust  in the forum but he has not, so from his mum people have taken him the disguise to the former manager.
The only way for 1Xbit company to have 0.0001%  trust in the forum, they have to address 90% issues in the forum and let people confess that, their funds which was scammed by 1Xbit has been refunded and since 1Xbit cannot do that, then they are deep into to it. And everyone should stay away from them.

Everything would be proved out if those words would be posted up on the main thread of 1xbit in regarding on this matter and not on having that new thread claiming out on trying to solve on everything.Its true that if this one isnt true then tendency that it would really be scamming out those users who had been having a trouble or issues with the site literally and this might be ending up on asking for some amounts to have that recovery or whatsoever that this do involves such situation which means that people should be wary or be aware on some potential scam or risks on dealing with this account.

If truly you are some admin or mod of the gambling site..you could check the cases tagged on the 1xbit accounts and start from there, asking for detailed information on the case sounds like someone trying to hijack some identity and claim the funds if successful, besides am sure the 1xbit staff in the back office can give you access to all emails of these problems and you could start from there.
