I think what newbies should do is to first take the time to visit various on forum reviews of casinos before depositing and placing bets on them, if this member have taken the time to make an inquiry he would have avoided getting scammed.
Sorry ops but the money is gone and the team will not do anything to resolve your issues because your account was blocked intentionally since they already know there will not pay your winning, So just move on and avoid this casino for life.

If you have taken over the platform and the management has been changed, you should have access to their previous bitcointalk account, which has a bunch of negative feedback. If the management actually wants to clear things up, remove all the accusations, and pay the customers that lost money in scams, they should come up with the old account.

Creating a brand new account and claiming to be the new management who wants to pay the accusers for the money they've lost doesn't sound like something very legit to me. But I hope that it's true for the sake of those who lost their money, not for the platform itself.

It is rather unfortunate that many will continue to fall prey to this scammers, even with all the warnings around, and one of the major reasons being that many of us don't read, how then are we supposed to be informed if we don't read, everything that has to do with the internet involves reading, if you use the internet and don't form the habit of reading, then there is a high chance that you will not only loose opportunities, but you will also loose vital information as well as money in the process.

For us to always be safe in this space, it is very important for us to learn to do our own research, which invloves reading.

I sent email to securty 1xbit, i contacted on livechat, i sent you message here on bitcointalk forum private and you are not back to me.
I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

He is right in informing us that 1xbit1.com redirect to 1xbit, but I don't think it is under new management because a casino that has a bad name and with new management is actually good news because there's a possibility of them rebranding and trying to regain their reputation but checking the site, there's no announcement on that.
OP is lying about the new management announcement and he isn't part of the 1xbit management based on the official bounty manager of 1xbit post.
Whatever his intention is, we should be careful dealing with this guy don't provide any confidential information if you're a complainant.

don't get me wrong, lots of old people use starter accounts just for something. but especially for beginners who are here it's normal to have mistakes whatever that is.

but after all, sometimes beginners who come here to look for gambling don't research the casino first. even though the representative's account has been marked red which beginners should know about and must check the entire casino before registering or making a deposit. if something like this has happened, complaining will only be pointless.

The fact that the OP created a topic that he allegedly controls the domain 1xbit1.com it does not mean that he actually controls it and he did not provide any evidence, and they probably will not be, these 1xbit domains(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.........). com there are at least 11 pieces.

Last night, when I saw this thread initially, I tried to access 1xbit by directly typing down the URL on my browser, after a while the webpage did not load but rather I was re-directed to 1xbit1. That is why I assumed OP either bought or hacked the webpage.

Because regardless of what the other 1xbit account says and denies, OP certainly had power over the address when I checked. It only makes things to appear weirder...

Scammers are trying to take advantage of other scams. Where are we living? I am not sure what this scammer tried to do with user information when he didn't need a user password. He polity asks for a user accounts and details of how they were scammed. Unfortunately, the forum doesn't moderate scams even though we know that he is another scammer. I don't think people will read the full thread before they write a reply. Some of their victims could easily fall for this.

Maybe he just wanted to make it clear that @OP has nothing to do with 1xBit but he also didn't say anything that he was trying to help solve the problems faced by members who experience it.

I don't think the members who have had this problem will find it difficult or difficult to get their money back. Moreover, many people have experienced many problems, but not all are solved. Whatever it is, we can only hope that no more people get scammed by casinos that are not reputable.

  -    At that point, what you said is pretty much correct, and I also agree that if 1xbit will really have a new website platform, their official website or their official channel group should announce about that.

Apart from that, it's really very difficult to fix something as big as what happened with 1xbit, I don't think it's really fixed anymore to be honest. Good luck to you OP if you can fix it.

Sorry, I don't really believe in this change because the initial action was the same as before regarding the initiative to atone for the sins of the previous management. 1xbit.com domain — works fine, but in a few countries. Most users are redirected to the backup domains (over 15 different domains) which are still belong to 1xBit, and only an owner of the main domain can establish a redirect.
Managment — is still the same as it was since the creation of this account.
OP — doesn't belong to 1xBit team and tries to impersonate 1xBit. He didn't prove his rights on 1xbit domains, and won't be able to do so.

Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.
