I agree with your point that neither sqauds has any possibility of reaching for playoff matches. First inning of today fight of Indian Premier League competition was already finished among Lucknow Super Giants sqaud against Mumbai Indian sqaud. But now this match was stopped due to interruption of rain and playing crease is wet. I except that defeating target which was made Lucknow Super Giants squad in today match and their performance was incredible in batting Inning. Kl Rahul start this fight with unbelievable performance and he managed to collect 55 scores off 41 deliveries but other batter Devdutt Padikkal wa unable to play with Kl Rahul for maintaining batting partnership and he wiped out at first delivery. Nicholas Pooran batter made highest scores from Lucknow Super Giants squad and he collected 75 scores off 29 deliveries with power hitting shots.

Mumbai Indian squad still playing their batting inning and their squad collected 33 scores off 4 overs and I doubt that Mumbai Indian will not defeat tremendous target.

This season performance were like a horrible nightmare for Mumbai Indian because they have invested huge amount and get handsome performer but still unable to get some vital victory and here the responsible for that situation is thier entire team because no one show consistency in such crutical matches where they can easily take lead but they can't. Anyway it's end of Rohit era with Mumbai Indian because just like he announced it was his last match with Mumbai and unfortunately Mumbai unable to give them a handsome fairwell with victory. Hope so may be in upcoming season he continues his career with Chennai super king as Dhoni will leave so he will be the best option and that the best decision of Rohit In order to get his respect back in CSK.
