Anyway, if all the runs are being scored for a losing cause, it loses it's significance. I would rather blame Hardik Pandya. He had the most balanced team in the IPL and even then he lost two consecutive matches to Chennai Super Kings in the playoffs. Luck was also not in their side. If the rain interruption was not there, then the outcome could have been different and Gujarat Titans would have won.

IMO, there should be separate squads for both the T20 format and the test format. Asking players to participate in multiple format puts them under pressure and increases their workload.
