Now that I think about it your are right, in my country is the same, if a company advertises that their product has a very low price and then the clients find on the store that this is not the case the store still has to honor the promises they made when they advertised those products, so it makes sense that this could also extend to their policies, and anyone that tried to withdraw their money from the casino should not undergo any form of identifying process as this was the way they were promoting themselves.

that's true for a lot of licensed casinos in the forum. though they are not requiring kyc outright from their users. they have certain limits or situations where they will possibly ask kyc from you at any point of your session on the site. and if it is clearly stated in their ToS, expect that sooner or later, they may require you to submit your docs. so much better if you will refer to their terms and be careful with what info you are disclosing with them that may possibly give them reason to look into your account.

Reading up TOS is the most important and if possible then make out some screenshot and put up a date which do serve as a proof if ever they do make out some claims that they are totally that KYC-less kind of gambling site or company on which on the time that you do make up some huge win then they wont really be asking out for such verification or condition. With regulations and authorities right up their nose, casinos are compelled to ask their customers for KYC so that there are basically no cases of money laundering and other illegal activities and they comply with the AML and other rules imposed by the authorities especially if they have acquired licenses to operate legally.

A lot of casinos use "no KYC on deposit" as a marketing strategy. You should have read the rules of their casino website before you made an account and deposited your money there. It baffles me that there are so many people who completely ignore the Terms and Conditions and then proceed to lazily do as they like before they are faced with reality.

Obviously there is no such thing as a legitimate and licensed non-KYC casino because they have to follow laws and regulations, otherwise they would not be allowed to offer gambling services, especially in countries which strictly demand such regulations to be implemented.

Right now your only choice is to present your KYC to them. If you live in a country which is restricted by their ToS then they will disable your account. You will still have a right to take back your full deposited fund amounts, but not your winnings.

Always assume that they are lying if they are telling there's no kyc. Asking directly doesn't really help your situation when they are lying. Almost everyone of them comply with AML laws so they are required occasionally to do KYCs. And when they are working outside of areas that don't require for you to do kyc in any situation. Then assume that your money inside that casino is not protected by any legal entity either. It's just your trust to the casino and that they would deliver.

This site is defrauding their crypto players if they implement KYC when they announced on their banners that no KYC for crypto players.    They should hold and be responsible for their announcement or advertisement.  If they intend to KYC crypto users, they at least remove the banner that advertises no KYC for crypto users first.  This way crypto users have no means of resisting the KYC or have a point of defense against their terms.

See point 14, where they clearly said they reserve the right to ask for valid identification of a user under the KYC procedure for some cases. For asking KYC you can not say they are scams. Maybe they have found something suspicious.

I absolutely doubt that justbit have looked at these 0.005 BTC, done some blockchain analysis and decided that this 0.005 BTC is fraudulent, involved in money laundering or anything at all criminal. OP, I suggest that you ask them for proof that you violated section 14 and that if they don't provide it, you'll be sounding the alarms everywhere. That's what I would do.

Most of platforms todays does have that similar terms which they would really be asking out some KYC if ever they would really be seeing some suspicious activity or what on which it would really be that a normal approach but if they would really be that showing off that they are that no kyc platform then they should stood into their words or ground and then when time comes that there would be some huge win

This KYC is now creating problem in the casino space, I don't know what they are doing with the KYC again. When KYC is provided they would still confiscated the account and if you didn't provide it, they would still do the same so what should we do now? I am really tired of this KYC stuff. Op have you tried to reach their customer care service to know the reason behind? There are some time you have not meant the conditions so you have to contact the representative here if there is any to inform the company what is going on. Even though they know let the representative inform them again then they will tell him the reason why the account was confiscated.
