Please do not speak well of this gambling scam company anymore. This kind of behavior, which seizes the prize money without waiting for players to provide documents, is fraudulent.
that is exactly the point here mate, as OP looks got what he deposited yet the site behaviors shows that what if those account aren't providing thread here? meaning they will be scammed forever and won't get any amount in return? stop collaborating in sites like this as they are not trustworthy . There are too many such companies on forums.
Something like what I am wearing in my signature? Roobet.io is what you are calling different from those fraudulent mate , have tried it? for OP better check the site and surely you'll face nothing like this anymore .

Even Outside the forum , actually majority of those scams are outside bitcointalk that is why we mostly hear their names. when newbie account posted here about their experiences in such. and Justbit.io is one of those that has no representative here but look at OP , making cases and accusation here trying that someone from the team will hear him lol. but good to know that he already taken His deposit money.

Hi there
I have been playing some time now on justbit.io. Won some money, and my account stands approx 8 mbtc. I asked to withdraw 5 mbtc and today they asked me for KYC procedure (ID and other stuff). By their site states explicitly that they do not ask for KYC if crypto was used to deposit. Update: They confiscated today all my winnings without any other notice, nor waiting for me to send them the documents.
You should use my site we don't ask for KYC ever

We have good gambling sites that have their announcement thread on this forum. If you are good to read the terms of service the casinos provided, it can save you from problems that can occur when you want to withdraw. I have not seen justbit.io announcement or signature campaign on this forum before. I will not advice anyone to use any casino that do not have signature campaign on this forum because gambling sites that can advertise is a sign that they have money.

Why didn't I find this forum earlier??? I fell into the same trap as the author of the thread. This casino positions itself as a cryptocurrency casino without verifying the player’s identity, as indicated by the banner on the main page “NO KYC for crypto players”. However, according to the rules (42.1), the casino can request KYC at any time for any withdrawal, including when playing with cryptocurrencies. I believed them and played with cryptocurrencies, but upon payment they demanded that I go through the KYC. If they had not lured me with an advertising banner, I would not have even registered because for me anonymity during the game is the most important thing! I am not going to provide documents, and my payment of $2200 is frozen. In fact, Justbit is misleading new players by luring them in with false information. p.s. A year has passed since the first message in this thread, and this damn banner is still hanging on the main page, which indicates that the casino is fraudulent. https://ibb.co/YLF7QX8https://ibb.co/MkptXqG

I will blame you for just one reason, and that reason is that, you saw and read, and also understood what their terms or service said in the section you mentioned, which clearly stated that they have the right to request addictional kyc imformation from their customer for any withdrawals, "Any withdrawals" there simply means any withdrawals, doesn't matter whether you are withdrawing in crypto or not, and this automatically means that, the "no kyc for crypto players" banner they displayed on their home page is completely irrelevant. If you sue this casino for example, what the lawyers will work with is what is written in their terms and conditions, not what is displayed on their home page, I personally do not see this as fair, but all the same, it's what it is. When you saw and read and understand what they wrote in their terms of service about requesting kyc for ANY WITHDRAWALS, you simply should have just ignore the banner on their home page and look for another casino if you know that kyc is not your thing, but then, you went ahead to register, deposit and play, this is your mistake and I blame you for it. This days, it's hard to find a casino where kyc is not present, and currently, if you find a casino that claims to be kyc free, doubt such casino, for the casino is either ran by scammers looking for all means to get people to deposit money the people will never be able to withdraw again, or the casino is desperate for customers and will do any thing to lure customers in.

Maybe every casino should be more precise in their statements, especially those that can be interpreted in different ways. The OP is definitely right when he says that he was guided by what he read, but unfortunately things are never that simple, because the real truth is always hidden in the TOS and is written in small letters.
I don't think there is a single online casino that is completely KYC-free unless it is something illegal, which is of course a completely different story.
Op are right I have come across as situation where it's stated no KYC but at the end I was facing KYC issue that make me losses my coin. They have some hidden information just like fiat bank operator not all information is written to be seen clearly you can only get to know you have signed in certain things you need not to when you have deep challenges they will reveal to you those hidden things.

You don't need this forum just to find the casino you will be dealing is scam or not because a simple search in Google will drive you to whatever this casino is facing, anyway you have already scammed and better use this as knowledge to never engage in any gambling site that you did not dig deeper, or better to ask this community first before dealing in any site in the future.

I think top sites will always have something like KYC when they need it. For example, if an address involved with a hacker's deposit to their site, they will need KYC; otherwise, they will get into trouble with the police later.

I don't know how rich you are but if I was you, I honestly will not let my $2200 go just like that, for this is a lot of money in my country, and when I say "a lot of money" I mean it's really a huge amount of money when converted to my country's local currency. If I was you, what I did do is give them what they want and get my money out, and they will never see me again, but on the other hand, if my privacy is so very important to me that I cant just risk revealing who I am to any online centralized entity, then I will hire someone else who doesn't mind revealing their identity to do the kyc for me, it could be a friend or family member, someone who will truly see reasons and understand, and of course, I could let him or her have like $200 to $500 when the money is withdrawn, atleast for their time and effort. I honestly will never leave my money, not even a $100 for an online casino, except the casino shut down or outrightly stopped processing withdrawals while my money is in their custody.

Its funny, its like you need to become your own private investigator these days. Always read the fine print! It is fine for a reason! More often than not it is always going to be directed towards the other parties interest or in this case a clever trick to get you to trust in them thinking you can get away scott free and then they rug pull you with the KYC hammer. I mean to Lucius point the truth is always hidden in the TOS, the TCs, the MSA, the whatever legal contract they got you to agree to!

Sad to see this you let them get your money just like that but anyways its your choice not to give what they want since maybe your the type of guy that value your privacy over the money. So I guess this is constant reminder to anyone that they should not be fooled by No KYC needed claims by a casino and its really better to read there TOS since you may know everything that might possible to implement so people would not get surprised about sudden things that they don't like to ask. I don't know what you mean in that bolded text but hopefully you didn't include this forum which does something negative to you.

There are many, many people out there who value their privacy over everything else and op is just one of them. Everyone needs to remember the fact that any crypto gambling site except decentralised ones can ask for KYC at any point of time period. Everyone needs to remember the fact that any crypto gambling site except decentralised ones can ask for KYC at any point of time period. I guess before we sign up and use a site, we need to check if they have a license, and if they have a license we should assume that eventually they'll ask for a KYC because they are regulated. They might not ask the start but we have to be aware of that. Sometimes people who promote a site will just make false advertisements just to attract gamblers, but what really in the TOS is the valid one, and that TOS will not stay forever, it could based on the discretion of the operator, and there's nothing we can do but to comply. Only those truly decentralized casino does not require a KYC, but how confident are we using them? I don't know what you mean in that bolded text but hopefully you didn't include this forum which does something negative to you.
You misunderstood him. He meant to say that there are many sites like this forum where he can warn people to stay away from the Casbit group. Agree, that's the correct interpretation.

I guess before we sign up and use a site, we need to check if they have a license, and if they have a license we should assume that eventually they'll ask for a KYC because they are regulated.
The casino in question has a valid license and they state in their ToS that they may ask for kyc. The question is why they insist on promoting themselves as a non-kyc crypto casino! This is a blatant lie. We may find them some excuses and understand it if they only impose it on high-risk players like those who use the casino to hide their criminal activities (money laundering and such). But asking every user who makes a withdrawal request to verify his identity for no valid reason is unacceptable.

I haven't checked the entire platform but if there's a statement on their website that they can ask KYC anytime if someone is being very suspicious on their platform and that's why they ask for KYC when they claimed that they don't ask for KYC when you withdraw and play on their gambling site. Many people have already know s gambling site that is like that where KYC is not a must for you to play and gamble but they will ask KYC if you are being suspicious or doing suspicious activity.

They mislead there gamblers for telling that they are a non KYC compliant casino and I will never trust a casino who claims like that but at the end when withdrawal request has been executed they implement this Kyc and will give a reason it just for verification. This one should need to look after by people on those casino since if they mislead or tell a lie about it then better for them to have a doubt and always read their TOS to know if their statement is true so people they can't use the word they didn't read the TOS that's why they have rights to compromise their user since for them they violate their rules for not partaking on their random KYC verification made.
