Firstly, it looks like the data generated by ChatGPT is old data. in conclusion, what is generated by ChatGPT is not accurate. or maybe, the question that is asked is not quite right. I never think it's reasonable to make such a decision with Chat GPT. Here Chat GPT publishes results based on pre-collected information. If I go to bet here I will never bet considering this chat gpt. Because I will compare between two teams and I will bet there according to my decision. Here the chat GPT has announced Liverpool and Manchester City as candidates as they were in the top spot last season. So you never consider this Chat GPT decision as the right decision. If I require sports predictions on the outcome of a match, I can simply look it up online or look at previous results. Its work is very similar to the speculative analysis we see in cryptocurrencies and sports predictions.

I find this to be much more accurate and reasonable than the response from ChatGPT given by the OP. The reason for that is simply because Bing's artificial intelligence model probably has access to the internet and to all the latest data available out there, while the free version of ChatGPT has limited and outdated information.

I've barely used Bing's AI model but from this, it seems to provide better responses than the free version of ChatGPT and it will probably gain a lot of popularity once it is released for the whole public, I think it's currently only available to those who opted in for early access.

This is quite impressive to see this answer given by the new version of Bing ChatGPT, as I could see a huge difference from the normal ChatGPT which I used in this thread, as Bing seems to give a more precise and accurate data analysis with reference to the current stand and points of each of the top teams of the premier league this season. But the only similarity I could observe is the fact that both analysis made a huge emphasis on "Liverpool" being a strong contender liken to win despite Liverpool being in 7th position on the premier league table with 50 points, (i.e a huge gap difference of 25 points from the leading team "Arsenal).

There could be a textual analysis provided by AI but such thing is not explicit with regards to prediction. AIs won't give accurate prediction. The information they can provide is limited with what is existing and not with information which is not in the 'book'. There could be a textual analysis provided by AI but such thing is not explicit with regards to prediction. In the first place, prediction is a guess based on existing stats of a team perhaps, but anything can happen in the game. This is the downside of AI wherein the information is limited. Also, would you be okay as a gambler to rely with what a computer would be recommending when it comes on betting? 'coz personally I won't. Well, so far, I've not heard or seen an AI model that is specifically designed for prediction, or sports betting predictions to be precise, and I don't think that anyone has thought of developing something like that. The current AI models might be able to help you out with your research and analysis about a match before you place a bet but that doesn't really mean that they are made for this.

I think people mainly exeggarate about chatgpt 4. It can obviously be lot more better than 3rd version because it's new and not outdated. But I don't think it can become all knowing machine in a year or month or something. AI developments will obviously improve in next 5-10 years but its still at baby phase. I also consider that, even with maximum amount of statistics ai may fail to correctly guess results. Humans are emotional machines. You may try sports betting and one player may perform bad and everything can go wrong.

This Premier League season is over and will soon start for next season and I want to see if any gambler can win a bet for the Premier League from Al's prediction.

All what ChatGPT gave are all generic  answers based on past performances, and sport relying 70% of past data will always give suggestions of last best performing teams and in this case Liverpool, Manchester City  and Manchester United .
If you look at the names its given Liverpool is nowhere near the top four which tells me ChatGpt isn't  really up todate with current affairs and just relies on historical data.

If we talk about 100% accurate predictions, that is obviously not possible to be done by a human, AIs come way after humans when it comes to that because they lack the ability to think and decide but they simply evaluate data and provide answers based on the questions asked by humans. One might be able to make a correct prediction when there are only 2 outcomes and you have a 50% chance of getting it right.

Yes, the AI is really one of the things that we as players are always going to take into consideration, first of all I agree with how you say it, because I know that's the way it is, the AI phase is just under development, and it may be that many people marvel at what it does, but I know that they have a lot to develop, just as it is difficult to say that the things that humans do are done by humans and not with AI, because when you focus on it there can be many inconsistencies maybe 5 years?
