And as what has been mentioned, it's Derrick James the trainer of Errol Spence Jr. And obviously we can see in the picture that maybe they are still already working. We have heard about the Spence Jr. Vs Bud Crawford fight so most likely this could be true as again pictures circulating already that Ryan is on the camp on board and might be introduce by James himself to the fighters he is trainer. But then again, it's the whole attitude of Ryan than can make the big difference.

I agree with that, it's still his attitude that will allow him to enhance his fighting skills, with a new trainer and a new set of people to
work on keeping moving forward after that loss.

Nothing to judge for now as we are waiting for the next update if he will have another money fight or if he will again find a cherry pick fighter to hype his name.

Something that we will need to wait, whether that change in training partners will benefit him or not.

It's one thing to love being a star and a celebrity because well, it's a secret dream that most of us wanted to achieve at some point in our lives but at the same time him skipping out on important affairs like training just so he can appear more in the camera is just going to cause him to lose more fights in the future. It may even be seen as him slacking off or "damaged" after the fight with Tank but he definitely needs to change his attitude and bring his enthusiasm to the game that made him famous in the first place.

Ryan should realize this because if he wont then he would really still not to make some progress and would really be still sticking into his current self or current way of boxing on which he would potentially be having another losses in line which means that it is really that a huge effect into his career. If he do still minds about having that a good career then he should really be following into those new trainor itself and on the people around him. I guess Ryan Garcia needs to understand that, just like in his new coach, he is not the only one that Derrick James will try, he has Errol Spence who has a incoming fight so he needs to understand that.

Maybe it was just an excuse on Ryan's part because as we can see in the fight he is a quitter. And perhaps in that Reynoso camp, he didn't put forth himself in training hard and just said in the public that he Reynoso is just busy with Canelo and other fighters. Now after his lost, he changes trainer again, a sign that the problem is really Ryan. But let's see how James can transform Ryan, especially his footwork.

For sure, based on the pictures being circulated now with Ryan on the side of his new trainer, he could have been taught new trick, very different from Goosen or Eddy Reynoso's trainer method. The thing is that he is with a black trainer now, maybe there could be some sharpening of his defense, like Ryan is plodding, slow moving with his fight. And we all know that black boxers are not known by this, they are explosive. Then Ryan's stance, I mean he uses the Philly shell that Floyd is known to used, so what better way to learn it thru a black trainer like Derrick James. Two of the most famous boxers that James trained is we all know by know is Errol Spence and then Jermell Charlo the unified 154 lbs champion.

But it has proven wrong by Reynoso, I think Goosen has focused more and dedicated to train Ryan 100% in this fight against Tank Davis and yet after just one lost he decided to severe his ties with his long time trainer (they have history in the amateurs as well). So I do agree with the majority that the problem is Ryan and he is becoming the next Anthony Joshua who keeps on replacing his trainer after a big lost. And so we might think that the problem is not the trainer themselves, maybe they have given Ryan all the focus and the skills as a experience trainer but it's more on the mind and mentality of Ryan Garcia. No amount of trainer can provide any boxer of that, if they are weak on their minds, it's going to be very difficult for them to hurdle big fights.
