The problem about this is that, there are some who only initiates recommendation towards new investors but won't bother to teach them what is actually needed but instead, they will teach them unnecessary information or worse is that they will teach them or encourage them to invest what their mentors were investing, the same as what happened on crypto industry.

Many times retail investors invest in stock market without proper information. Investing money without understanding the stock market is the biggest mistake because they lose more money. I would say "hate" is a strong word considering what they do, but I agree that they are definitely shady and doing something terrible. Like regardless if you win or lose money, they win money and that is why they keep churning away their profit machine. They can help you buy whatever, all of your money could be gone, all of your life's work could be gone, and they end up with their profit one way or another.

Just one regulation would solve this all, in no trade they could make a profit from you buying anything, zero money for buying something, they could only profit if you sell and make a profit. They will pressure you to sell at that point, so if the price keeps going up within first month of you selling, then they forfeit their profit as well. So they only make profit if you buy something and sell it and it goes down. See if they still want to do that job.

I think there is no wrong in investing in stocks as long as the market is legal and legit.  I agree that often times market is cyclical just like the Bitcoin market where we often see the ups and downs of its prizes, long series of downtrend and eventually some sideways before breaking out to record series of uptrend.

We have our own opinion about the market but we cannot have a successful argument against a successful trader, he will always give a sound advise and answer to our question.  We have indeed our own opinion but it does not mean that we are always correct @OP.

It is true that stock investment is centralized, but it has existed for hundreds of years, it cannot be said to be a shady business. Nothing because the scenario you paint is simply false. No one guarantees you anything when investing in the stock market, today with the information that is available you are responsible for your decision making.

If someone has lost all his money in the stock market is that he is quite stupid to be honest, because it means that he has not followed the basic principles of investment, such as diversifying, and has bet everything on a fancy low cap company like the one who bets everything on a fancy shitcoin.

On the other hand, many people who complain about how much the stock market has gone down are not complaining about how much it has gone up. I have been investing in the S&P 500 for 10 to 15 years. Last year my investment went down, but the total return since I started investing is clearly positive, and that the doomsayers and whiners don't usually tell.

I don't mean to say it's the same as a ponzi scheme, but when the sales they offer don't live up to expectations and too many promises are offered like retirement, stable income, big profits etc as you mentioned it's almost the same as a ponzi scheme. How is it possible that the stock market can provide stable income and big profits every time because talking about volatility no one can guarantee, so it is almost certain that the offers they give do not make sense

It's best to try to do manual trading using a separate pattern, now access to investing in crypto and bitcoin is so easy for everyone to run and you don't need to follow a scenario with lots of agreements at the beginning like you told me.
