I know what you mean and I agree, but politicians are known for passing completely useless laws to make it seem as if they are trying to solve a problem, when at best the law they are passing will have no effect at all to tackle the problem or maybe they are making the problem even worse with those laws, so even if I know people will always find a way around those laws that will not stop politicians to try to impose their will anyway.

Last time I checked, Google listed I liked languages, Economics, Politics, etc. And I take the task to uncheck those that did not met my interest. You should check that out, it could help you.

Good point, if ads being click mistakenly the chance that it will be an opening for a possible hacker to penetrate, it's very important that you are really paying attention and if by mistake you should always clear your browsing history and make sure that your device is protected with any available anti virus that you have.

Though it's something that is more on the business side and those ads are being paid by the owners still annoying and still have that possibility that they are using it as front side but in the backdoors they are trying to penetrate to your device.

He can also use opera mini or brave browser these browser has a anti malicious ads that can be filtered so easily. if he is using chrome he can install extension that can block those ads, I never encountered frequent ads here in safari maybe it only happens in chrome I am not sure though. I have tried it recently and it is true that the advertisements that usually appear frequently have disappeared and are no longer visible.
But when I open YouTube there are still advertisements showing up although not as often as before.
But that's okay because I also very rarely use YouTube lately because when I open YouTube it only gives me curiosity to see streamers broadcasting their gambling sessions.
