I think you are right and I agree with you, Bayern Munich would have been in advantaged position if had maintained the 2:1 lead they had before Real Madrid levelled the score this would have given them an edge over Madrid because Real Madrid would be playing with caution and they won't be too offensive because they will be afraid of Munich going for a counter attack or them receiving cards but since Bayern Munich were unable to secure the win at home, I also think it will be very difficult to defeat Real Madrid in Spain in front of their fans and supporters who will be motivating them with songs and chanting. In fact, if you check the players of Dortmund and PSG, you can understand that PSG has a much better performance and much better players while I think the main reason for PSG losing the first game was just Dortmund playing at home because they had fans in this game supporting them and this definitely affected Dortmund.

Actually Munich wouldn't have allow themselves to loose the match against Stuttgart even if they know they were actually going to be able to still not get affected by that looss in the bundesliga but for the sake of their mentality a d their psychology been intact, I think they would have done more of trying to win that game in their domestic league and boost their morale high enough to be more confident in the champions league.
