it's true that the price of land will always last and can even provide multiple benefits from the start we bought, but everything is seen from the location of the land itself, in my country too if you buy land on land that is still quiet it will be cheap but in the next 2-3 years the location of the land is in the position of city expansion, land prices will increase manifold, our country is the same when it comes to land issues

Half of the rich people keep continue to swim in fame and wealth because of their occupied landed properties. If you own a land, housing estate you can be sure living great but this wealth are mostly control by political leaders and BD individuals......if you're blessed enough begins to occupy property's that can sure your next generation... In my country Nigeria if you don't have any of this properties forget yourself, you will end up making life mortgage and tenancy. Land prices will continue to be expensive because the population continues to grow, in my country the price of land also continues to rise, unfortunately a lot of land has been controlled and politics, if the economic and political situation is stable, the price will continue to skyrocket.

Before the inception of the internet, physical assets have been a very good goal to enriching people who know early enough and have the resources it takes. Even with the internet, landed properties continues to thrive and would continue because it is such an asset with almost certainty that it would continue to give a better ROI.

Some land could just skyrocket to over 1000% ROI in just 5 years, this has happened many times, especially when there are new events, institutions, businesses/industries that are brought to that area. This is why no matter how much I have on the internet as an investmenet, I make sure that 30% of my assets is still on landed properties.

So anyone that doesn't have some land secured are going to end up in poverty you mean? This is just one of the ways to be set for life, there are many you don't know it seems, and also not all those who bought lands at a early stage of their lives end up getting rich, some died before their time and some lose their lives because of this so called lands, in Nigeria, there are many lands problems that have taken the lives of many people.

At the end of the day, you don't always know what's waiting for you at the end of your journey, not everyone will have a great life because there are fortunate to buy some properties sooner, it's not by our grace but by God's grace.

Some people focused so much on this idea because their parents keep telling them to buy lands and in the end, things don't end up as planned, it's like someone who was fated to use all his life to serve God as a paster or a prophet of God and he only cares about land business.

If you buy a land in an area that has the ability to become waterlogged tomorrow the value of the land will reduce and when selling it, you will run at a loss.  That is one situation where the value of a land purchased can reduce. A Land will be a bad investment when you buy a land in dispute or a waterlogged land as earlier mentioned.

On saying land is a best investment, I do not argue, but I will also like to say that whenever you hear people in a discussion say - "...this was the best investment I ever made, that was the best investment I ever made", it is not only Investment in Land that is mentioned. This means that everyone has a best investment, and it is not only in Land. Investment in bitcoins can also become your best investment if you do it right.

Its nothing like only politicians and business owners are owning the lands. If you have got the money then no one is really stopping us from buying the lands too. Its just that most of the modern generation is focused on quick leisure and their spends are increasing on the non valuable investments a lot. I am not sure but I keep seeing few shows on the history and they show how everyone is behind buying few antique dolls and cars which are packed in the box and never opened. They think that is the investment. They think they can auction it for millions and live happily ever after. They are so happy in that world but they dont understand that its temporary. While real estate is big player game. You have to have plans for buying the land. You should be saving up money for that cause and chase to gain more real estate investments. There are many urban regions where surroundings will be taken by industrial zones and thus raising the value for those lands. It is definitely worth buying it with proper plan and execution's.

Yes, it all matters on the location because if you do buy a land but its place or location is on a very rural place or having less to no access on the main road then it would be useless unless if there some sudden development out there on which it would really be a huge chance that you would really be having that good potential on increasing your investment but of course this isnt something simple to say on.

Property investment (land) for me is good, because the longer the land price increases.

It's just that, based on personal experience, to get land prices that are in accordance with our finances, everyone sometimes has different luck.

Investing with land is only possible when you have enough land. If you don't have land,can you or I invest? You have 100 acres of land and you are not doing anything there.
