Well it's true since everyday the value of land properties increases plus depends on the area, type if it's a corner lot and the location. So it would be consider too expensive to invest with, but if you're smart enough and ready to risk it all you could start loaning then let someone rent those houses with a contract. Then those rent paymennt would be use to pay some loan then in a long term that property could be yours. Since there's a monthly option for payment in buying a land properties. Super risky but high risk? Of course High reward. Just do your own research and study plus planning for you to lessen that risk you're thinking.

That is both true and wrong because it depends on various things like the timeline in which we are talking about. For example, take an example of an inflated economy such as the current one. You will never see land prices soaring as high as they would have been last year. They also depreciate in the times like this when there is no demand for the land. During this time peeps are more focused on survival and savings rather than investment thus they would never go and buy a piece of land, to be honest.

I agree that it has a high retention value. What I mean, it can regain its value in the future for sure, and that security we can appreciate from the land investment for sure. I mean you have a point when you say that land never depreciates but at the moment we're at the cusp of a total economic collapse, and real estate's in the chopping block. The housing bubble is about to burst and has already burst in some countries like China, where developers who have defaulted on their loans are getting their properties repossessed by the banks and the government. While I don't think this should stop people from still going after real estate cause at the end of the day, economic collapse or not there will be demand for houses and properties, this should help investors realize the importance of diversifying your assets and not putting all your money in a single investment venture.

I agree with all you have said, but with every investment that one makes, if well managed and profit well utilised, they can do other things with it. For example, if you have some landed properties, you could lease or rent them out for a specific period of time, and you could use the money to invest in other things. Even if one invests in Bitcoin and makes a profit during the bull market, they could still use their profit to carry out other investments. Land investment has its risks, while Bitcoin also has its own. It's just up to the investor to know how to manage their investment to maximise profits.

So these are the advantages of investing in property or real estate. Even investing in this field allows us to be able to get passive income. That is, if we take advantage of Real Estate or property that we have for rent on a monthly or yearly basis. I wonder if millionaires and multi-millionaires think this way. If I don't have a plan I will end up making life mortgage and tenancy? Everybody's story won't be the same, so many successful people have died and some of them don't even give a heck about lands, they still live a good life.

The best investment for some people now is food on their table, they can't even eat twice a day and you are here throwing land investment of people's faces.

It was how some people think that they are on the right path investing money on lands, and things get uglier for them then they start selling those lands just to stay alive.

Certainly, I agree that we are on the verge of an economic crisis and that the housing market is inflated like a bubble but to comment on the land, I also think that the probability of a downward trend is extremely low even though the prices are ballooning. In addition, it is necessary to consider that all factors should be evaluated when making a comparison of buying a house or renting a house. In particular, if we need to compare these two options without much detail I still support my thoughts that renting a house is an unnecessary expense that only meets the need for shelter. I quite very much agree to this take. When I started crypto earlier, I saw it as the only reasonable investment one can and should do. But along the line, I realized I was wrong. Investing in landed properties can never be outdated no matter how much the digital World grows.
