We are feeling the heat of several matches in the Premier League today, one of the most heated matches was the match between Nottingham Forest and Everton. I am already aware that this match has started and at this stage 42 minutes of the match have passed but Notting Forest and Everton are not getting any scoring opportunities. For now considering today's match, I have come to the conclusion that today's game will probably have the highest chance of being a draw. By the way if Nottingham Forest unexpectedly draws today's match, it will put a lot of pressure on them.

It was a poor result for Nottingham Forest, for their top 4 aspirations they are supposed to win and take home all three points. Normally I would have expected nothing more than a draw but Everton beat the odds to win against Nottingham Forest who are fighting to finish top 4.

Arsenal lost points against Brentford in this match and lost their hope in the league, Arsenal lost control of Arsenal's game especially in the second half and could not resist Brentford's physical play, so losing points was inevitable. I expected Mikel Arteta to make substitutions earlier, he was late.

Arsenal need to focus completely on the UCL now and the cup there. Arsenal are like the monsters at the end of the season in the UCL, but meh in the league.

I have lost interest in Arsenal’s Premier League games this season so I didn’t have any expectations before the game. It’s already obvious that Arsenal have lost the league title race to Liverpool for the season. All their focus will be shifted now to the Champions League to see how everything turns out.

Don't tell me United doesn't need to sign a new goalie. All of their goalie were awful to watch. The picture above is the moment when Bayindir did stupid mistake by passing to the opponent's attackers, then his club conceded 4th goal.

They have no good goalie available, and must be their top priority to sign a proper goalie. I'd also see a new goalie is far important than a new striker.  

Getting a goalkeeper shouldn’t be difficult for Manchester United as they are a big club with rich history in the Premier League. However, I think it will be difficult for United to get a top striker when you cannot offer Champions League football or for the least any European competition.

It's a matter of time. When they change the squad completely, which is unlikely to happen quickly, the players will first have to play with each other and only then it will be possible to count on any results. In the current situation I don't think the problem is in the coach, but if the goal is changed, there might be improvements, but mostly I think the problem is in the management.

I don't know whether Man United management is capable of managing the team or not, in my opinion, since the change of club owner, Man United seems to have difficulty finding its identity as an elite team in the EPL. Several classy players have been brought in, and coaching changes have been made very frequently, but none of them have been able to boost Man United performance.
In my opinion, Man United should give Amorim at least one more season and give him the freedom to bring in players according to his wishes, if he still fails, the Management should look for a more experienced coach like Luis Enrique, Ancelotti and Guardiola.

In the first half of the season you trust them and they were again a shit team like the start of the last seasons, and after the mid of the league they again start to show something and start to collect incredible results like the tie against Arsenal and until now doing the same against Forest.

The Premier League is becoming more difficult to predict this season because any team can surprise you with a shocking win just like Everton has done against a tough opponent. I think my expectations for Nottingham Forest was too high, I made a bet that they would win Everton with a two goals margin.

You are actually right about the goalkeeping department, it would be very easy for them to get another top class goalkeeper if they wish to do so, but I don't think that that's their greatest problem this season, their porous defense can make any world class goalkeeper look ordinary, so replacing onana wouldn't solve the defensive lapses they are suffering from right now.


Then as for the ability to attract world class central forwarder, I still feels that it would be very easy for them regardless of European football or not because the name Manchester united have made in the past is still speaking for them uptil now, what they just have to do is to offer the player an enticing contract that he can't say no to, that's all, because to the best of my knowledge, it's all about the money at the end of the day, and a top European team as Manchester united offering you that, when their is no better offer, why wouldn't the player take the contract?
So it's all about the money bro.

Honestly I can already see a decent win for Eddie Howe's students.    They are one of the best teams in the league recently if we compare form graphs of teams. Newcastle are given 1.72 odds for the win which is like a gift...

By the way Eddie Howe has been diagnosed with pneumonia and he is likely to miss some games. I hope he gets well soon.

Not surprising much. Now it is going to be more fun to follow the last weeks of the Premier League. Manchester City got a superb win today. Aston Villa also did the same.

Now both are waiting for tomorrow. For what Chelsea and Newcastle will do... 4 teams fighting for the same goal. Manchester City and Newcastle are my favourites to finish 4th and 5th.

Yes it is officially stated that the premier league will have an extra spot in the champions league for the next season. This occured because both Arsenal and Aston Villa made it through to the quarter finals of the competition. It will even be more exciting if Manchester United or Tottenham wins the Europa league trophy then it will be six teams to compete in the Champions League next season.

It is entirely believable that Nottingham Forest did not achieve the expected result in that match. Moreover the desired place they was trying to achieve may not remain. Watching the game of Nottingham Forest in that match, it seems that their fate may not be helpful because they were left out of that match at Add Time. In fact the attention of the Everton Football Club was very sharp, they were suddenly waiting for an opportunity.

Nottingham Forest have lost two matches in a row, which in my opinion is a very unfortunate situation for them because they will gradually fall behind. Even in the next match, their opponent will be Tottenham Club, if luck is good then there is no alternative to winning this match.

He is obviously not the right manager for the team. This is his 2nd season there.

I thought the initial cause was Onana, we all see that the cause has been shifted to a more general accountability. Nobody should get a single blame for why Manchester United has been this bad, i barely want to speak about how they managed to last this long in Europa, it can be small teams they play and take advantage of meanwhile they are puppy playing in the Premier League run.

All player’s in Manchester United are suppose to be blamed. Am also among people that do criticize Onana, but I guess the problem is not from Onana alone, i know Onana is also a horrible goal keeper, but their is no difference between Onana and Manchester United second goal keep. I just have the feeling that if Manchester United defense is so poor, if United are having a quality defenders then most of the balls that do get to Onana won’t really get to him again, just few well be get Onana.

Onana is not the problem in that squad despite that he's not in good form now. Before the ball get to him, it pass so many players before reaching his place. I just observe that there are too many of them who have lost the mentality and determination to play for the team. Everyone in that club should shoulder the responsibility for their bad performance including the coach who makes the selection. They can't continue shifting blame from one person to another while the team continues to sink.

At first, they blamed Rashford for not being effective in the front and they sent him away but nothing change. Now, they blamed Onana and swapped him with a guy that swallowed four goals in his first trial making things worse. The earlier they realise the problem is from the team coordination and not the individual, the better for them.

Poorly for Arsenal back to back three consecutives season just finish at 2nd standings, last two season loss from Manchester City for winning premier league and this season have to face Liverpool almost winning EPL tittle.
Arsenal have 13 points left behind Liverpool with 6 matches left, if Liverpool win 2 matches later premier league tittle race season 2024/25 have been over and Arsenal must settle at 2nd place again.

I just saw Aston Villa and Chelsea points are the same, Chelsea should be automatically out of the race because it's difficult to accept their success over teams they will be facing, and also competing as well for that spot. Let us assume that Arsenal's draw against Brentford was due to their next Champions League match against Real Madrid, but I do not see it as an excuse, if Arsenal is good enough to beat any club in the Premier League, they would defeat Brentford instead of a draw. Arsenal can still win the game and maintain their lead against Real Madrid, they have 3 goals lead, and while they have good defenders, they can only defend during the second leg.

However, Arsenal's Premier League position is not safe, they are 6 points ahead of Nottingham Forest, 7 points above Newcastle, and 8 points ahead of Manchester City. Anything can happen in football, and no one can predict what will happen in the remaining games. Arsenal must improve in league games because if they continue this way, they risk losing their position, a draw or a defeat will not help them qualify for the next Champions League.

There is no excuse for the draw to Brentford because it is expected that every game should be taken seriously despite losing out on the title race. It wasn’t their best performances this season. Arsenal became too relaxed at the back after scoring their first goal and that mistake cost them. They need to learn to win games early in the match and not give opponents any chance.

To some point I didn't blame that goalkeeper because Manchester united players where hiding themselves so who will the goalkeeper pass the ball to, Manchester united really need a lot to improve. They need defenders, midfielders because Bruno Fernandes can not do it alone and also strikers because Hujlud and Zirkzee are not really good for the club, the only problem with zirkzee is speed, he doesn't have speed but he can hold and control the ball unlike Hujlud who can not hold and control the ball and he is always falling all the time. Zirkzee had a chance that he would have carry the ball to the 18 box and strike but he doesn't have the speed and that was the kind of ball H. Barnes was using to rubbish them.

It is true that Onana makes mistakes unfortunately but sometimes when you observe the build up to the goal you will notice the defensive lapses and many if these goals would have been avoided if Manchester City’s defense was good and reliable. It pains me that United fans are always so quick to point fingers at the wrong direction, the same way they pointed at Ronaldo, pointed and De Gea and it turned out they were not the problem after all.

Aston Villa and Chelsea are not having the same points. Newcastle is above Chelsea by 2 spots, Chelsea has 54 points and Newcastle has 56 points at present and Newcastle has a game at hand today, if they win they will further be above Chelsea. Talking about Premier league teams not doing anything in the Champions league, it's not totally true though but I understand the point you made there concerning the 5 teams slot, I totally understand your point there.

Your statement ain't match to the reality. You said signed quality goal keeper would not be a hard task for Manchester United as it's one of big club in the world. How can't they sign proper goal keeper instead of Onana? They also made blunder by not kept a quality goal keeper that's even better than him.

Manchester United doesn't even look interested in signing a big name for the goalkeeper position.    I've heard some names like James Trafford and some other players from England. I hope they go for Trafford if they don't make a bigger signing.

Burnley are like the least conceding team in the Championship thanks to him.    He is only 22 years old. It'd be a reasonable investment for the future. I just hope they don't find another fiasco like Onana...
