After seeing Liverpool losing in the Uefa Champions League and after seeing them losing the final of the carabao cup i start to think they has quite a good luck in this premier because they don't have to face any serious contender.

Manchester city normally stole the show but this year they are the worst versión of them in years.

You are correct mate, i had same thought. show me one top four that is in form to face Liverpool this season, none. imagine is Nottingham forest and Arsenal that is contending with Liverpool for the title. this is a provide that there is no serious contenders this year in the league that is why Liverpool is shining only in Premier league. They were knocked out by Psg and humiliated by Newcastle in the Carabao cup.  Team like Manchester city the defending champion are strugging for top four spot.  Liverpool is just lucky no serious team is contending with them, Arsenal is not a serious team to be afriad of.  

I would say that is sort of true, but that doesn't mean Liverpool isn't playing great neither. There aren't really any sort of future for them though, which is the hard part and I am not sure what they are going to do. Why? Because there is a serious potential of them losing Salah, TAA, and VVD all at the same time and for the past six months everyone has been talking about that.

If Liverpool ends up being the title winners this season, of course that is going to make them have some great income, and that would be lovely, and they could try to replace one of them. But even with all the money in the world coming to them thanks to this season, they can only replace one of them. All three, replaced with equally strong players, would cost 300+ million in a single summer.

The biggest mistake they made was bringing the wrong set of people to handle the club from Ed Woodwards down to David Moyes, those were wrong choices and I believe Ferguson somehow played a role in their down fall cause he approved the selection of a wrong coach to supersed him cause he's his country man. Another big mistake Manchester United made was sacking Coaches like Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunner Solkjer if only they gave them enough time like Arsenal has given Arteta.

 Well they'll continue to be left out of the top 6 if they fail to do the right things, good for them that they've employed the right people at the board level, what's remaining is helping their coach get his right players to carry out his instructions properly then they'll gradually begin to perform well again.

I don't understand why Manchester United made such a poor decision to entrust the club's affairs to the wrong set of people. While you believe Alex Ferguson might have played a role, I don't entirely agree. A retiring coach making suggestions for his replacement doesn't mean the club should have blindly followed his advice.

The club needed proper restructuring and with Ruben Amorim as head coach, Jason Wilcox as sporting director,  and Christopher Vivell as director of recruitment, there may be positive changes and smarter signing of quality players that will align with Ruben Amorim's vision, making the club competitive again.

There is no Premier League game at the weekend? Oh, come on!  

Next week games are going to start on Tuesday. Probably the game I will prefer to watch will be Forest - Manchester United on that day.

The Red Devils have made their unbeaten streak 4 games in the league. Their win against Leicester the last time was also a good one. But this fixture ahead is a much tougher one. Honestly I don't think Forest will lose home...

And only 5 days after this game there is a Manchester derby at Old Trafford.  

It is worth considering that Nottingham have an FA Cup match away to Brighton this weekend and a match against Manchester United in a few days. So Manchester United players will have more time to rest before this match. But I am not sure that this will be a big advantage for Manchester United, because Nottingham are quite strong at home. Everything suggests that Nottingham should win at home.

I really want to see the calendar free from this FA and cup matches in the middle, they make you miss the weekend of Premier League.

Arsenal is a great team, but their repeated injury crisis could be a hard luck to the club. The management need to amend the problems, and reduce the rate at which competent players stay out of pitch for an extended period, by changing injury prevention protocols, and also medical staff, gunners would have performed way better if players were strong to play till end of season. However, it's becoming a tradition, even some fans at the beginning of the season predicted that Arsenal's performance will weaken as the league begin to heat up and players start to get injuried.

Arsenal are normally great yeah. They have really talented players who are big in number. I agree with the injury part too. Saka's absence has hit them so hard recently...

However this isn't the only reason for them to say goodbye to their PL title chance this year. The lack of a credible scorer also affects them deeply.

While Saka was around here he was contributing seriously. But now him and Gabriel Jesus both aren't here which is causing them to be more inconsistent. The number one goal this summer should be to sign a non injury-prone good striker. 

I can't remember the last time arsenal won the pL, I was really hoping that they would would do so this season judging from their performance when the season started but I guess that has been their problem for a long time, they find it hard to keep up the same pace but you are right, Saka was a good contribution to the team but I don't think the absence of one star player should affect the team this way. Let's hope that they would be able to win the Europa at least, although it's not going to be easy because they have strong competitors.

Are you really taking United's previous games result to conclude if they're a strong team now? Their unbeaten steak 4 games means nothing when they fight stronger team. They may be thrashed by Nottingham, and their unbeaten streak will stop very soon. 

My prediction is that neither of clubs to win the game, but both team to score is likely to happen.

It would be a huge disfavor for Liverpool let Salah go without having at least one more season from him. The guy at the moment is firing on all cylinders and there is nothing they would want more than his delivering. The few leagues where they didn’t perform good wasn’t exactly him and I don’t see Rodrigo to be his best replacement. Rodrigo isn’t exactly that a spectacle at Real Madrid even and the premier league could be such a demanding one.

You should have to make inquiries if the Egyption wants to remain in Liverpool. There have been speculations that Mo Salah wants to move to the SPL. The pay and the cultural and religious settings of the Gulf League might be tempting. Salh would not have any issue blending in with the society, which other players find challenging. Liverpool might have offered a one-year deal and was turned down by Salah (this is just my thinking; I have no source for this claim). No club would want to allow a top-notch striker like Salah to leave as a free agent. Even if he wants to remain in England, Mo might be expecting a more than one-year contract and increased salary to match what he might earn in MLS or SPL.

By comparison, City got 91 points last year on 38 games, that is 2.39 average, and Liverpool is at 2.41 right now all by themselves, proving that they are better than last years City. Doesn't mean Liverpool is having the best season of any team, of course not, but they are doing amazing and definitely having a season that is worthy of a title. Even if other teams were good too, I am sure that with 2.41 they would be at the top, it would require an even more extraordinary season to make this work.

We all know Rubin Amorim is a good coach and what Manchester united is playing now is not actually his fault because if you check very well most of the key players are injured so he is just managing what is available and it is so unfortunate that what is available is not working for him that is to say that they are not equal to the task. They should give him more time so that the injury players will be back so they will know if it is actually the players that is the problem or he doesn't have the ability to manage Manchester united. You know Manchester united Is one of the biggest club and so managing it is not always easy there are always pressure both Internal and external and he should also try and set up a good formation that will take him to the Europa finals and win it.

Who is actually saying that? Liverpool not doing awesome with their current performance. Is it because they are kicked out of the Champions League and EFL? Has the person forgotten that the Premier League trophy is still in their hands, not losing it to any team like Arsenal? You really got the point well. This season is generally not exceptional for every club compared to last season. For the fact that Liverpool is leading this season does not mean that this is their best season in performance, it's just me that they are better than others this season. Assuming Pep Guardiola was as weak as this last season or last two seasons, nothing would have stopped Klopp from winning the league.

From the beginning of the season, Liverpool has been exceptional and I believed them to be able to win triple, but towards this ending as the crash out from The Champions League and as well as the FA Cup I was disappointed. They didn't achieve as I expected of them.

Arsenal is a good team and they have good quality players in their club but that's why they are able to finish second in the English Premier League so far. If Arsenal had performed as badly as other teams, we would not have seen Arsenal between one and five in the points table. There are not many matches left before the end of the Premier League. Impressive results Arsenal is a strong team and they have quality players in the club so they are able to be in second place in the Premier League standings this season. Arsenal to reduce the difference in points in the remaining matches they will be able to as long as they are always consistent in maintaining the best game.
Liverpool and Arsenal started the season with fun both have a fairly large chance of winning the Premier League but luck is on Liverpool's side, in the remaining matches Liverpool will not give their opponents a chance to beat them who are already at the top of the standings at this time.

Arsenal full strength football team played excellent in the last match and that team won the last match by doing 1 goal in this match and opponent team could not do any goal in this match and that was the reason behind the easy win in this match. Merino was the person who did single goal in this match and he did goal at 20 minutes of the match . The possession percentage of Chelsea football team was excellent in this match but that team could not perform well and lost the match in the end . The passes of that team were also more in this match . Arsenal player took benefit from the opportunity and we saw goal in this match, otherwise result could be draw . Liverpool is preparing for the match which they play after few days because they will play against Everton Football team .

Amorim's expertise when he was not officially a Manchester United coach that I knew from tracing in several sources was good in producing existing players with the talents possessed by the player concerned.
In some Manchester United matches, I felt that it was true. Not many new players and Amorim often play young players who had never been played by Manchester United coach before.

Never mind, end the conversation failed or not at Old Trafford and let's look forward to what he can do the following season, especially whether management is willing to obey Amorim's wishes in terms of shopping for players and other things that have an impact on the needs of this team.

You should have quoted the post so we can know who’s saying Liverpool, who are the Premier League leaders are not doing great this season and why the person/persons believe so. Because if being number 1 on the Premier League table and being potential winners of this season title is not enough to judge a team’s performance, what then is the criteria?

I thought SPL clubs has learnt their lessons and are not looking forward to splash money on any player again until there is something spectacular they can offer the club. It's very possible that there is talk ongoing on the transfer to Saudi Arabia professional league since he is well love by some of this Arab people, from comments of games, you will enjoy how they talk about him when the commentator is speaking in Arab and not the usual English we are used to here.

Liverpool is as well looking for good boys which in my opinion, I duly support it. The players that we think are good for the club today were once a flopped from other club before they become what they afr today, I believe new young players will take over either do something some of there previous players has done before and how they can set a new record for their own hardwork. It is undeniable that this season Liverpool performed very well in the EPL, even this season they were able to dominate the league and only lost once out of a total of 29 matches that have been played. With 70 points and a difference of 12 points with the team below, and only 9 matches left, it is no longer possible for any team to be able to displace Liverpool from the top position.

However, it is very unfortunate that the extraordinary dominance and consistency that they showed in the EPL, they could not bring to other competitions, both in other English competitions such as the League Cup and at a higher level, namely the Champions League. So it is very unfortunate that in their best performance this season Liverpool is likely to only be able to secure one trophy, namely the EPL trophy.

Liverpool are really in their best form this season, as they have been playing an amazing performance, no doubt, which their performance this season can never be compared with that of Manchester City this season unless you compare it with Manchester City’s performance of last season, which was the season that Manchester City did their best and also won the trophy.

Talking about points Liverpool have gained 70 points this season already, and they still have 9 more games to play, which, if they are opportune to win all, they will have a total of 97 points, which is still higher than Manchester City’s points of last season, so still we all have to accept the fact that this season Liverpool’s performance is better than that of Manchester City’s performance of last season.

Unfortunately, in the last 5 games, Liverpool's performance began to decline a little, especially in defense, they became weak. In the game in which they lost against PSG and then against Newcastle, Liverpool's defense showed great fragility. It didn't seem like the same team that is fighting for the title. In my opinion, Salah's uncertainty is making him lose focus, and some of Liverpool's attacking players also don't know if they will stay next season, so this is harming the team.
