The result is indeed Man City won, but how could they not be able to score another goal? I know Pep did not use their best players in the match, because maybe what is expected now is the winning points. No matter how many goals they can score, because now what they are thinking about is securing a position in the top 4 of the standings.

I think pep did some experiments in terms of strategy by relying on KDB not in his original position and maybe that the reason why they didn't score again, I think pep implementation in this match was quite a failure, 9 shots with only 2 on target that why I said that. Ok it doesn't matter the most important thing is 3 points but I hope this kind of experiment doesn't happen again in the next match.

I don't think Pep is brave enough to take the risk of doing the experiment because the season is almost over and there are only a few games left, while they are in the middle of a fight for a place in the Champions League next season. If the experiment doesn't go well, they could miss out on the Champions League, so I think Pep only plays players who are good in training (their mental readiness and their fitness).

Nottingham decline in performance is indeed quite worrying, having managed to be in the top 3 for a long time and now as the season is about to end their position has dropped quite drastically but there is still a big chance for them to compete in the CL if they can shift Chelsea position and also return their performance to normal.

Such a decline for Nottingham is unfortunate. Although it was expected. Because we could see Nottingham Forest's weak attack from the beginning of the season. I was just waiting for their performance to start declining. However, despite the weak attack, Nottingham Forest was able to keep their overall performance stable for a long time.

I listened to a podcast a few days ago, and one of the pundits (a Chelsea fan btw) claims that Jackson isn't that good. I guess he has a point, considering how many big chances he missed this season[1]. His goal conversion ratio is quite bad relative to other goal scorers in the league. Not to mention, some of the misses are hilariously terrible. I'm not sure he will score against Liverpool, but he will give them trouble with his pace.

No matter how you guys rate Jackson I still believe that he is not the type of striker Chelsea needs, Jackson doesn't score goals when he’s needed and that affects Chelsea from the beginning, although he is just coming back from injury, for me, he is not a good striker for Chelsea, Chelsea is a big club that needs a striker like Osimhen and Gyokeres who are very good in times of scoring goals in every position, Jackson has been missing a lot of chances and that makes me believe that he is still not a good striker for Chelsea.

Chelsea's problem is a striker and if they do not get a striker they are going to struggle, with Chelsea's remaining games we will understand that Chelsea needs a striker, Chelsea's remaining games are against Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle and these teams are not going to allow Chelsea to defeat which means that it will be difficult for Chelsea to make it to the top of qualifying to Champions League next season.

Finally, Aston Villa is back to winning ways after their 2 - 1 loss to Manchester City. This win now means they've won 4 games in their last 5 matches and lost just one. Fulham on the other hand has lost 3 games and won 2 in their last 5 games. Although Fulham is not in contention of fighting for for the Champions League spot so their loss won't really affect them. It's Aston Villa it would have affected the most because a lose would have been another set back for them

Manchester City ever since their return from international break seems like they’ve found their lost mojo, they’ve been on a fine form since then, Wining four now and drawing one. I had no doubts they were gonna win tonight, I  think Pep and most of his players wouldn’t want to miss out on Champions league action next year. Liverpool reaped from the misfortune of City, Arsenal has chosen to just be second best every year, the only way they can redeem themselves is if they Win UCL which is now a huge mountain to climb.

Wolverhampton and Manchester city are not rivals that is why I didn't hesitate to pick Manchester city to win straight yesterday because I know they are really fighting to qualify for champions league next season and Nothingham forest has made it easy and possible for them and like I said before I don't think Manchester city will lose or draw any game in the premier league again because it can deprive them of the champions league if they do..., Though it was a strong match yesterday that is why it ended 1:0 in favor of Manchester city and the reason it ended that way was that Manchester city is still building up back but I believe by next season they will be fully back.

Wolves six matches winning streak ended by Citizens in tough game as Wolves were playing with tight defense which never allow them to have the good number of goals which is trademark of Manchester City but with this win now chances are high they will be ended in top four because Nottingham Forest is having surprising defeat at home against Brentford.

Tomorrow Brighton hosting Newcastle United this is also going to be interesting game because Newcastle United looking for securing their spot while Brighton already out of UEFA is now looking for good end of their campaign in this season. What concerns me is also the condition of Nottingham's performance, which is approaching the end of the season, it turns out that it has actually decreased. Unlike at the beginning of the season, they look quite tough and consistent, even though they are not the favorite team. Really unfortunate.

This is a very meaningful victory because it means they still have a chance to get a ticket to the Champions League. Indeed, they still have to depend on other teams, but at least they still have hope left, especially since Chelsea and Nottingham Forest have to face each other in the last match later, and this match could be an opportunity for Aston Villa.

This season is really very exciting, and there are many surprises that happen. It's a nice win for Villa, though they showed atrociuos gameplay today. Three points are still important for the considering they're in competition for the UCL spot. They have three games to go and gotta win them all. If they miss three points, they have no more chance to play at UCL again.

These three games you made mentioned especially the game between westham united can be a very tricky tie because Nottingham forest are not too superior to them, but it's actually a winnable game if they can be very ruthless with their chances once it comes.

Nottingham Forest really betrayed their supporters towards the end of the season and it is really difficult to know what the reason for such poor performance is. They started so well and even won Liverpool the league winner at Anfield Stadium. Not many new teams to the league could do that so the expectations of their supporters was very high. I think losing to Brentford in their home is their worst low and at this point it is hard to trust them to get back to the champions league spot.
