Manchester United had just one bad game, it's too soon to judge them based on just one bad situation, I do not think that we are going to see this being a big problem just as of yet. I understand if they keep this up, then it could be a bigger problem, but for right now we could just say that it is not going to be the same thing. Arsenal didn't score a goal today against Sporting CP. The stadium was silent. Believe me, they were supposed to score in other to send a message to Manchester City for the weekend. This is not the Arsenal we watched at the start of the season. Irrespective of how lucky they are to have crawled their way to the champions league semi final, I think they will lose to Manchester City on sunday. I want to see them win a major trophy this season but if they will bottle it again, it will be more impressive to see how it happen.

You're right, Arsenal mentality was evident in that match, they played too cautiously, even though they were playing at home, if Sporting had played better, the result might have been different, I don't know what will happen when they face Atletico Madrid, but with that mentality, I doubt they can advance to the UCL final.
And regarding them in the Premier League, the pressure is even greater after failing to pick up points in their last few games. I think Man City has a better chance next week.

Manchester United a better chance to win. Leeds didn't come for a win, they came to get a draw. If you noticed after the goal from Manchester United came in, the Leeds coach have to do a substitution to bring in players that will hold the ball on the ground for long. This was his strategy so even if Manchester United got to score the second goal it will end in a draw match. We can all agree on the fact that Manchester United are far better than the previous way they were previously Inspite of the recent loss that they have had. Even though they don't make it to the top the only achievement they can get this season is to qualify for the champions league next season and at this point I'm sure they can make that possible.

After securing a ticket to next season's Champions League, I hope they really improve their performance. The progress they have shown this season is indeed better, of course, much better than last season. Since this season, they are also not involved in European competitions, and the competition in the Premier League also seems to have some teams experiencing a decline in performance. A good opportunity for United to rise this season, but bigger challenges will come next season.

Sometimes you people forget that arsenal is not only in one competition, on the 19 of this month they will be playing Manchester city which is a very important match for them, that match will determine their faith in winning the premier League title and the premier League title is the only title they are more sure of lifting than the champions League title, the match they were playing with sporting CP they were just being careful because already they have some players that are injured, so they cannot be risking their players for champions League they are not even sure they can lift they played their best they should go and prepare for the match between them and Manchester City to me that match is more important than the match they played yesterday against sporting CP.
I believe arsenal will still lift the premier League title this season and the match they will play with Manchester City is a match they will put their best and their all and they may likely win the match or the match will end in draw.

Yes, I agree with you. Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has tried his best this season, despite recent mistakes. However, Manchester United is still in the top three. I am thinking of how the tempo of the match will be, both teams knowing that they need 3 points from the match to maintain and keep their Champions League qualification dream alive for the next season.

Chelsea losing to Manchester United will not be a good option for them because they will entirely lose the top spot for any possible chance for qualification for the Champions League or even the Europa League because clubs below them will appear above them if they win their 33rd match of the season.

With all these points made it still doesn't make Chelsea to have a higher ground over Manchester United in this game. It's like you don't watch these two clubs games, it's not played like any other kind of game in the EPL, they are a big rival to eachother and whenever they meet Manchester United doesn't even play as if they have any key players missing in their team or their defense being weak. So not forget that Chelsea defense is not strong either, which is one reason they have being conceding easily in their previous games that they've being losing to.

Chelsea are 7 points away from Manchester United. I don't think Liverpool and Chelsea both can leave them behind in the short time remaining. Carrick deserves a contract extension.

When the season started Arsenal where very powerful beating a strongest teams I don’t know what is there main issues that they can find it difficult to beat a common weak teams this days, most of their gems that they’ve been playing this against weak all this while they playing the games under pressure; which is not supposed be like that because this right for them to be more strong than before.

What exactly are you saying in your first paragraph?

It’s not clear enough for reading, but yes Arsenal’s performance has been down lately, the players are weak, some are injured; they can’t play the beautiful football they started the seasons with due to fatigue, but there is one thing that still stand for them, it is good defense.

If Arsenal can maintain defensively they way they maintain yesterday against Sporting CP to get a draw in the match, they can get at least a draw against Manchester City because losing to Manchester City is never an option; but because of the team’s condition, I think they have to play defensive game to be able to get a draw unless if we are lucky to get an early goal in the game.

This weekend is going to be like final for Arsenal, if we are able to get at least a draw in the match then the season may be over because it will be four points gap if Manchester City can win their outstanding match.

We think similarly about Carrick. I also believe his contract needs to be extended because, looking at Manchester United's current position in the league, they definitely owe it to him. He quickly proved himself to be a very talented manager. Unlike Real Madrid, he achieved that success with his team. Arbeloa, on the other hand, didn't make the most of the opportunity he was given. Next year, with Carrick and the new signings, Manchester United could become a much more dangerous team in the Premier League.

Actually I could see they have lost their usual aggressive nature and are now for some reason becoming too defensive. You know, ut is a toxic cycle to be so mentally drained at this late stage of the season

So, the next few game will be the actual decider. If they can win this weekend against man city and get their mentality back on track they might still be in the race. But another slip would mean a complete loss of confidence. I think now is the proper time for Arteta to make a major tactical change in the coming matches

People have no reason to be surprised about Arsenal at the moment, the team is struggling but isn't down, they have the capacity to face off the remaing teams, unless Newcastle. Their next game with Newcastle would be more challenging for Arteta, they need to prepare much better for that game, City's match with Arsenal could end up unworthy of what we expect, the game could end in draw, Arsenal vs Newcastle is the real deal.

It wasn’t just one bad game, they had tow bad games in their previous two games, the draw against Bournemouth also cost them the three points. I didn’t expect them to had such terrible performance in their previous two games, I can’t remember the last time Leeds United won against Manchester United at Old Trafford, but they destroyed Manchester United, even make of their defense to get a red card, it was Maguire in last two matches.

At this point, the expectation on Manchester United is very high because the fans is expecting them to finish among the top four. They want to see this team play in the next Champions League and that would be a great news because it has been a while, like three seasons they played last in the Champions League. They needs to improve their performance and win the game against Chelsea.
