With the way Carrick has been doing, it doesn't matter about the results in the recent weeks, we are talking about a manager that is doing as fine as he could, and that's the only thing that matters. I understand that it may not look that amazing right now, but the problem is that we are focusing on the wrong thing.

The team already sucks, and he took this team that sucked, and made them look good for a while, sure maybe it doesn't look that great at the moment, but this is the manager that managed to beat City and Arsenal back to back. They have to keep him, and I am hoping that the whole rumours of them considering it, is only for the show and nothing more, it would not be smart at all for them to do anything stupid here.

Carrick has been doing well since he was given the opportunity to coach the team and the performance of the team prove that he is the right man for the job, some Manchester United fans don’t want him because of the performance against Leeds and it is normal for a team to lose a game because lose is also part of game, Carrick has done what Amorim and Ten hag can not do even when they sign many players for them, and the way Manchester United players are playing currently looks like they are very happy with Carrick.

Manchester United is playing against Chelsea tonight and it is going to be another test for Carrick, Chelsea have lost many games in their last matches and they will be coming into this game with a good confidence to beat Manchester United and get the three points, Carrick need to work smart because many Manchester United defenders are out of the game because of injuries and suspension and that is the weak point at this moment, the game is going to be tough but Manchester United need to play better.

Chelsea form is worse compared to Manchester United.. Chelsea performance hasn't been better, whether they will be at Stamford bridge or playing outside it, it don't give them any advantage over Manchester united. If Stamford bridge is an advantage then they won't have loss 0-3 against manchester city. Chelsea is weak that's the truth and considering their current form they may likely lose at Stamford bridge..  Carrick will embarrass Chelsea at Stamford bridge,he his good at it.

I am not a fan of Manchester United, but I believe that the best managers that can run the team effectively are those their ex players that are doing well as a coach, because since sir Alex Ferguson left the club, ole gunnar solskjaer has been the best performing manager that has been at the club so far.

Last season they made a mistake of letting Ruud Van Nistelrooy go instead of giving him at least two seasons at the club and look how capable he is if given the chance, because he did very well during his short stint at the club, so I think that Michael Carrick should be given at least a season to prove himself the more, because I wouldn't be judging him base on recent performance, when I knows that it's because of him Manchester United are now occupying the number third position in the table.

If after having this type of run, they are still not sure about Carrick, who took this team, with players he did not get himself, and made them third place so far, I highly doubt that United even deserves to be happy. At that point, if they do fire him, then I would say that they should relegate and be sold off to someone else before they can be good again.

Otherwise, these morons at the top will keep on thinking that they know better than everyone else and will do whatever they want to do, even making stupid decisions like these.

Manchester United had just one bad game, it's too soon to judge them based on just one bad situation, I do not think that we are going to see this being a big problem just as of yet. I understand if they keep this up, then it could be a bigger problem, but for right now we could just say that it is not going to be the same thing. We should consider how things could be looking very different to most people out there, and for that reason we need to be careful as well.

I understand how United could go as low as fifth, but at the same time, that's still going to UCL, isn't it? That means even the worst thing for United is far better than last year, and I would guess that we should expect them to have a much better year next year.

This is the best time for Micheal Carrick to do better, we were all here cheering him and telling him how he was very good when he assumed the role in Manchester United, he did more than well enough to push the team to the top of the league but as time goes on, the inconsistency in their performance is not good, as it is now the only difference between him and Amorim is that he is at the top of the league while Amorim didn't but their early performance in the club are identical.

There is no time left again before we wrap up the season but I still believe Manchester United can finish among the top teams that will qualify for the Champions League. It's not even a debate but if he is not officially signed yet to the club as their coach. If he want something good in offer, he must be willing to do more so he can convince the club that he can do better than any person that might be challenging him to take the job from him.

When Michael Carrick assumed the role of Manchester United manager he did well and pushed Manchester United to the champions league place, and plenty of Manchester United fans want Manchester United management to give Michael Carrick a long term deal while some Manchester United legends were agains the idea, stating that Michael Carrick is not qualified to be giving a long term deal, with the inconsistency Michael Carrick is showing at the moment, he is proven the Manchester United legends who do not want him to coach Manchester United next season right, so i agree, this is the best time for Michael Carrick to do better, increase Manchester United chances of finishing in the 3rd place this year, and also increase his chances of earning a long term deal and retaining his role of Manchester United manager.

What Carrick has done in Manchester United is nothing short of a miracle. For a team that’s been struggling for years - where players and managers have both been a problem for the club. Now there is some hope for stability and growth but the owners are considering changing managers when what they should be doing is to back the manager and give him the money he needs to buy good players.

I disagree with you. Manchester United and Chelsea are not in the same state. In terms of performance, Manchester United is better than Chelsea and also Manchester United has more confidence in their coach than Chelsea. The problem of Manchester United is their defence, which I don't know how the coach will manage the situation. I feel that Chelsea is supposed to explore the weakness of Manchester United defence if they are going to win the day . Yes that can't understand why the Man United coach will be replaced after struggling hard to reach a good point in the standings especially having secured a Champion League ticket, the only hope of fans is maybe extending the contract and giving him the freedom to buy the players he wants in order to develop his team in his own way without involving the club management or owner.

Chelsea lack the technical no how to win Manchester United at this time, although football can gives us unexpected results at the end of any match but we can't stop predicting with the form and performance of every team, Chelsea has dropped so much form to the extent that no person can confidently stand to say that they will win any team at the moment, we lost count of how many matches they have lost recently, despite that Manchester United lost their last match, Chelsea cannot win them, the least that can playout in that match is a draw according to you but I still doubt if Chelsea can get such result.

        Coventry are back to the English premier league

Coventry played against Blackburn Rovers this night and they needed a draw to secure promotion back into the premier league, the first half chances went to Blackburn rovers and they got the lead in the second half, almost delaying the celebration of the Coventry fans to another game day not until they equalized with a header from a well taking free kick .

Coventry has been in the England lower leagues wilderness for 25years but now they are back and you can see what it meant to The coach, players and fans, they were ecstatic some with tears of joy rolling down their cheeks

Frank Lampard really took them from the desert to their destination the EPL I think he can be very proud of this achievement especially as an English coach because they are very few successful English coaches. The first job is done they now have to be ready for the EPL.

At the moment many teams are better than spurs Tottenham, that’s why they haven’t won an EPL game this year. Coventry city has had the time of their lives, this season will be written in their history books and all the players and coaches will have Coventry city fans singing their praises for a very long time.
