This season's champions league had more premier league teams eliminated too quickly, Liverpool did perfectly bad in the knock out stage losing both home and away. Arsenal can't withstand the ongoing process of the league of champions, highest they could do is get to the finals, which is mostly impossible, but premier league teams played poorly this season overall. No doubt, all of them at some point dropped form, the most annoying part is dropping form at the end of the season, those who didn't start well and began to do well towards the end like Man U, are actually more preferable than playing well all through the games and ending up losing in the end.

There is no much to be surprised of about that, premier league teams have being underperforming this season although, it’s okay to give them credit as a lot of premier league teams did make it to the knockouts and quarter finals. Looking at the teams that are left in the champions league right now, you can clearly see that they are there betters, was it concerns performance this season.

Arsenal is barely hanging on and with Atletico haven’t lost a trophy Real Sociedad over the weekend, you just know they would be taking it all out on their fixture with Arsenal and have them kicked out too. They have better focus on the premier league.

At the same time I have to say that they were given an actually good chance by Donnarunmma. An absolute gift and even after that they lost the match. I guess it is actually right to clown them. Professional bottlers bottling hard  . Now man city has the greatest chance to win the league, especially looking at the opponents that they are going to face in the rest of the matches. And of course we all know that arsenal is definitely going to lose or drop points in the next few matches.

This match between Atletico Madrid vs Arsenal is indeed a very crucial match, like really hard to predict, judging from their recent lost, a painful ones at that, Manny believe Atletico Madrid will surfer from that lost and can easily give in for Arsenal to win them, but I don't look at it from that angle, rather I will consider it a do or die affair for Atletico Madrid, Because they're definitely gonna play with all they've got to make sure the knock out Arsenal of which will be a difficult one for them, because Arsenal will never give in to that also.

Yes, Manchester City have a match in hand which makes it more interesting. If they win that one and have a bigger goal difference than Arsenal in the standings then the lead will change hands!

There are still some more matches for Guardiola's team before that missing one though. Let's see if the gap will still stay the same first. But at this point I just don't believe in Arsenal to break a leg...

I think people are expecting so much from.the premier league teams, that's why people keep talking about their early exit in the champions league,  but they seem to forget that they still have a team in semi-final,  but Spain also have only one representative and Italy has non. So why so much talk about the premier league teams.
I also think that the four remaining teams are capable of winning the champions league thus season, although we favor some more than the other. In my opinion I think Arsenal is one of the favorite, because they still remain the only unbeaten team in this competition.

Obviously, it's only Manchester City that truly knows or comprehend thier current situations now and also thier main target at this stage of the title race. I have begin understanding thier target as well, once they win all the remaining matches with clear sheets and possibly also maintain thier goals strength differently, the story line would be change totally, I have also testified that Manchester City can actually hand any pressures coming thier way now at this crucial stage,moreover thier mindset might be calm but it will be very strategic outcome.

Also, Arsenal are seriously in under tension presently, the pressures are clearly two now. First one is the pressure of maintaining thier position at the top standing while the second one is the pressures of not repeating thier mistakes from the past experiences its obviously heavily on them. Well if this season's trophy is meant for them, it's fine and if it's not we shall see it at the end and the remaining matches shall judge that.

i like Arsenal. last year, they bottled the championship despite being 10 points ahead. This year, they had a huge advantage again but couldn't maintain the gap with Man City. They left everything to this final match and lost...
now the advantage is with City. Unless they make a massive mistake, they will be champions. and their remaining fixtures are very easy and once Manchester City gets into a rhythm, they are a team that simply doesn't lose these kinds of games.

Absolutely annoying Arsenal now can't even compete with City because we are seeing Manchester City go from being almost useless to now being a worthy successor to winning the PL trophy. Now we can see that the statistics between these two teams have reached such a level that if Pep Guardiola's team wins a match, they will be one step closer to realizing their elusive dream because then they will be level on points with Arsenal. In fact my opinion the situation was completely reversed when Arsenal lost to Manchester City in their last match in the 33rd round, In this situation, it can be said without a doubt that City are not beating the Gunners by coincidence or by accident rather, they are defeating through skill.

This might have been the most crucial game in the Premier League this season.
It was a really close one, but Man City have managed to shift things in their favour and earned 3 points, meaning they no longer need to wait for Arsenal's mistake and winning the league is entirely in their hands.
Arsenal is still closer to winning the title, as it's not certain if Man City will win their outstanding game, but the mental advantage is definitely with Man City now.

I wouldn't say Arsenal are necessarily going through any performance crisis now, but they are definitely not in their peak form either. They need to sort themselves out and push harder in their last 5 games. Not only they need to win, they should also be winning by the best possible margin, as it's possible the goal difference could decide on the EPL championship given how close things currently are.

Just because Arsenal lost to Manchester city doesn’t mean they will be able to transfer aggression on Atletico Madrid. Arsenal didn’t play well in their previous matches, and if they don’t play well also against Atletico Madrid, they still going to lose. Arsenal have not been playing well in their previous matches, I just hope things will change when they play against Atletico Madrid, because I don’t even think Atletico Madrid will be easy for Arsenal to win.

Arsenal will do everything possible to win the match, because right now they have higher chances of winning the champions league, so they just going to focus on the match against Atletico Madrid. Even til this time a lot of you guys still haven't known the kind of manager that Pep Guardiola is, mostly when he comes close to winning any major trophy he doesn't let it slip off.  Arteta opened the window for Pep when his team lost to Bournemouth. I can confidently speak for Guardiola that he may not lose any of the last games he has for this season than I can do for Arteta.
And one thing as a mistake I would say Arteta made, was the mistake of not signing Victor Osimhen when he needed a striker for Arsenal. Viktor Gyokeres doesn't seem to possess the attacking and striking character as does in Osimhen which would have really put Arsenal in winning ways in many of those games they had to draw and loss.

The real threat to City in their upcoming matches may come from Aston Villa ^{and to a lesser extent from Crystal Palace}, while Arsenal could drop points in their away match against Palace. So if the fortune smiles on City, they might take the trophy ^{but I don’t believe that will happen}. I think they’re destined to finish second in Premier League. I’ve cast my vote for Arsenal in the poll, and I’m confident my prediction is right.

I am not an arsenal supporter, but I feel really disappointed in them because I initially thought that this season would be different from other seasons that they led the chart for almost the entire season, but when it has gotten to the defining moment of the season, that is when they will start being inconsistent, by losing and drawing games uncontrollably, and this season, upon all the hype that they were hyped, that they are different, but it's very clear that they are not different from other seasons that they bottled the title winning opportunity.
That is why I believe that it has more to do with their mentality, because this arsenal team can't withstand pressure, so they always mess up when they really needs to be consistent, that's why I think that they have also lost this league title because pep guardiola's Manchester City team wouldn't lose this title now, that the trophy is on sight, so they are going to win their next six game and be crown champions, so let's not be surprised if that happens.

Your prediction is interesting but my only worry is with you going against Chelsea, I know they've really performed poorly these past weeks but I don't think they'll continue losing after 4 defeats in a row. Well maybe it might end with a draw since Brighton is the host and won't resist equalising if Chelsea scores first, just like they did against Tottenham days ago.

Yeah I know... But I have been really fed up with Chelsea recently. How can they just be this bad for 4 weeks in a row? 

They didn't struggle with finding goal opportunities against Manchester United. But this time they were so clumsy and unlucky combined.

Brighton haven't been losing for the same number of weeks. 3 of them are wins. I just want to make a change this time to see whether it will work for me.
