They were at the bottom of the league table and after the middle of the season, Manchester United Started doing well as Michael Carrick took over the leadership the team. And they ended the league in third position therefore in my opinion, Michael Carrick will do well in the next season but we will still know more in the first round of the season. Yeah indeed it's alarming, vaguely looking at it, it would seem like the money spent is too huge for a player but one thing I have come to understand is that as time changes, the value of money in football becomes lesser as cases you would see from history and to point out few in 2913 where Gareth Bale breaking the transfer record was just 103m while Liverpool are making casual signings of 150m in Wirtz. So you need to understand that 60-80m is not mid especially from a player coming from England.

I did not know that Tottenham hotspur added a new defender to its squad i was thinking it was just in the midfield they added new players so far. It is good to see how serious Tottenham hotspur management are in fixing the team right now, i believe after they are through in improving their defense, they would start improving their attack, which is a very important department Tottenham hotspur management should look in to, because after Harry Kane and son heung-min departed Tottenham hotspur team, Tottenham hotspur has not been scoring plenty of goals.

Amorim did well in European football and then in the EPL terrible in his first season but we thought things won't be bad especially with the fact that he gave them some sort of European success they couldn’t experience under Erik Ten Hag.

Then in the second season it was totally terrible and then he was sacked. Arne Slot won the least with Liverpool but the next season was really terrible.

Anything is possible and it's too early to judge or disprove anything.

Micheal Carrick is a great manager and I don’t think that he’ll fall short of good performance next season after seeing how much he has putting into the Manchester United team till date. They seem to look happy that their glorious days are returning gradually, so they’ll be expecting something bigger from him next season. Manchester United are now going to be playing in the champions league next season and I think they’ll have a very good chance with Micheal Carrick being the manager to go far in the competition. The premier league will not also be what will be left out by the manager, but gradually they’ll also fight for the title in the premier league next season or the season after. I’m also looking forward to their tactical showdown. Statistically speaking, Xabi Alonso has the edge over Arbeloa because Xabi began his coaching career earlier and has already achieved success. The signings they have made look more like they want to win trophies. The last English top flight title Tottenham won was in 1960–61. Since it was changed to English premier league, Tottenham has never won it. The last recorded trophy they won was against Manchester United. Where they won the Europa league. Tottenham have the best stadium in England, with the worst title heritage among the top 6. How they got to be part of the top 6 big teams in England, I don't know.

Well, I'm also impressed with their signings so far but it seriously nothing for until the season begins and we see their impact. We have seen many great signings before that end up doing nothing. I don't want to remember the season Chelsea made great signings of Hakim Ziyec, Havertz and Timo Werner all together but these players performed below expectation. Thomas Tuchel actually won the champions league with them but they were still average. My point is even with great players, if the coach can not make proper use of them or know how to use them in their appropriate play position, they'll hardly prosper. A coach with tactical knowledge and average players will beat the one with best players but lack tactics.

Carrick's impact goes on being treated as it was destined to be. Like anyone would have bounced back from Amorim. The man never went to see any of the youth games. Over a year at the club, not once. Mainoo was barely playing. Fernandes was playing roles that had nothing to do with his abilities. Everything was choking.

Carrick comes in and goes to watch the U18s. And then Mainoo suddenly becomes untouchable in the starting eleven, Fernandes goes on to have maybe the most creative season anyone's had in Premier League history... Effective coaching does not always involve putting things in place. Sometimes it is as simple as taking away what is not working. Carrick basically stripped away all the nonsense and let the quality speak. Now the club is in a position to put some serious cash into it. Debts have been cleared up. The recruitment is indeed in line with the manager's wishes for the first time in years. That is more important than they think.

Amorim openly confessed to making errors and then heading to Milan. Meanwhile Carrick's building something that actually has structure behind it. I know which side of that I would like to be on.

I think that it is definitely Mitchell Carrick's success to bring continuity to the team by taking Manchester United, which was not in the top ten, to the top 3 and ending the season.
If his improvement continues, then they may fight for the title next season, I am not getting more confident now but this message of their improvement creates. Carrick has already proven himself, now we can expect success from him.

The situation in which Ten Hag left Manchester United and the situation today are completely different. After Ten Hag, Ruben Amorim paved the way for improvement, but he did not succeed. For sure the market is inflated, but there other things that are considered before selling a player for a very high fee. First the player needs the be young, like around his early 20s, secondly, he needs to be a proven player already( premier league proven) and last lastly, not an injury prone player. When you look at the case of Anderson,  Tonali, Fernandez and even Santos these are really young players expect for Tonali, but then he his premier league proven and not prone to injury.

In the case of Trossard, he his 31, no team will buy a 31 years old player for a reasonable amount. His current market value is even barely 20 million pounds. No team is stupid.

The market value is broken way more than we could imagine, £20m can't get an average player anymore and the price paid for not so top talents ate the issue.

Imagine the price for Mateus Fernandes, he is not proven yet for me and his team got relegated but Tottenham had to pay so heavily for him. Liverpool spendings last season was another broken structure,  the fee requested by Sunderland for Granit Xhaka was expensive for his age even if Chelsea ought to increase their offer it won't get to their asking price, although we should have.

And after spending so much money in getting them then you start getting limited results and that is why if a club wants to go for a player they. Should go for a player that is more experienced, and the issue now is that I feel like most clubs just have excessive money because if you are going for something it should be that it is because of the potential that you saw in them that you want to acquire because going for a that does not have experience does not really seat well and going for an average player within 100 million is just to much because what if you don't get the result you want then what will happen.

And players that should be bought in that amount will have to be a player that you are just so sure that they will deliver because spending a over 100 million without results ia just fucking annoying and at this point the management should know what they are bringing in not just spending money on unnecessary things because it is just going to be a very disappointing moment when you are not getting the results that you want.

Carrick will not want to jeopardize the job he worked very hard to get. He knows the key to getting the job coach in Manchester United is hy winning and staying at the top of the league which he did. If he doesn't win and stay at the top of the league, he would probably be elsewhere thinking on how to get the next job. Even now that he has gotten the job, there are clause and conditions attached to his job that he will not want to play around with it to keep the job.

I like the way the club has refused to sell Rashford, I don't know the kind of level of confidence I have in that dude but I think he will do better staying at Manchester united than been sold in another place that will not yield anything for the club. Are they going to look at the result they are going to get if they keep Rashford or they are going to look at the money they may loan him out that will not bring any value to the club, I want to see him work with Carrick.
