Michael Carrick is a promising coach and that is why his contract as renewed in last may, as the Manchester United head coach, the management of Manchester United is more interested in strengthening their team performance to quietly concentrate on making more winning and pushing the club to a more preferable state, this is what is important for the owner right now, and Manchester United fans are also supporting Michel and expecting a lot of more positive performance from man United in the next season.

Smaller teams usually fail to deliver on their promise in major tournaments since they fail to play well. As an individual I think that club football is much more interesting to follow weekly. I also agree that Michael Carrick is a decent manager and he also did very well at Manchester united last season. He did changed how people feel about Manchester United and I also think that the players really like him and also wants to play for him, so that is an advantage for him. I expect him to do well in the upcoming season,  but I don't think he will win the premier league. What the board needs is to give him time and not put too much pressure on him, because I believe he can win them trophies in the future.

Micheal Carrick is really a great coach for the Manchester United and ge proved this thing in a very well deserving way because everybody knows that how much  bad and worst condition  Manchester United was in when Carrick joined the team. And if we make comparisons of that time to the right now it is very clear and the difference is also very huge to understand the situation and make an idea that how much Micheal Carrick is capable of doing well. And I think the appreciation he recieved for this great work will motivate him to do his best in the upcoming season as well. Carrick may or may not do great job, I do not know, and I have no clue. But at the very least giving him a chance is more valuable than right now it feels like there is a good chance that we could see this be something much bigger and could provide some stuff. I understand it may not be great on the long run, but it is not terrible either and we could see it do a very fine job.

I think Carrick deserved a full season, even if the season goes bad, I think they should wait for the whole season. While I do not think they will be terrible, a 5th place finish for example would be worse than this years 3rd place and yet it would still not be a good reason to fire him if you ask me. This is why they should give him a full season.

Michael Carrick improving the performance of Manchester United in the middle of the season was so surprising, i did not believe he could performed that good but it does not mean he will do a great job now that he has a permanent job because the challenge will be different compared to when he was just an interim coach for Manchester United. Manchester United management did not see Michael Carrick as the ideal coach for Manchester United, they just wanted him to take care of Manchester United until last season finish so that they can sign a high profile coach but Michael Carrick good performance earned him a 2-year contact. But, if Michael Carrick goes bad and cannot maintain the same performance he had last season, Manchester United management would sack him because he was never the ideal coach for them.

Among the teams you have mentioned for the league title, I do not think Liverpool is worthy because their performance has not been strong enough and they have not struggled enough to stay in the top 3 and be successful for the title. This time I think Manchester City's performance and success are more visible. Manchester City did not win the title by a few close points and this time they will not make such a mistake and Arsenal or other teams will lose the title. Manchester United is still better and stronger than Liverpool and they can create more chances than Liverpool. We will watch the performance and effort of the Premier League with great interest because the title of this league also requires a lot of teams to work hard to get it. I’m also very optimistic that Carrick will help Manchester United improve their performance even further and even compete fiercely for the Premier League title next season. Yes you are absolutely correct because before him Manchester United we are struggling to make it to the top and when it came a lot of people still don't believe is capable of doing the job. Carrick arrival in Manchester United is actually a gift to them because they are suffered too much which most of the football fans nearly give up in their career. If Arsenal happen to wrap up the deals for Bruno Guimaraes, Rogers from Aston Villa and the winger from Club Brugge, they'll most definitely emerge Champions of the English premier league.

I don't see Manchester City winning, I even expect them to get punished with that 115 charges.

Yes, with what Carrick has done since I was appointed to manage Manchester United, everyone will be convinced that he is likely to perform even better next season. However, I would say we should not easily conclude that he is definitely going to perform better than last season. Let's wait for the season to start first.There are some managers who start very well after they are appointed, but their performances drop in the following season. Let's take Arne Slot as an example. In his first season at Liverpool, his performance was so impressive that he even won the Premier League. However, in the following season, Liverpool struggled, even to qualify for the Champions League.So, if a coach has not shown consistent performance over a long period, it does not always make sense to draw conclusions about their long term performance. Of course, that makes perfect sense. Arsenal have a fully intact squad with no major changes, and Arteta has certainly made some tactical improvements, and his performance is certainly much better than before. Meanwhile, City is still in the process of rebuilding its lineup and having a new manager has contributed to the team's instability. And finally, Liverpool is still busy searching for the right manager.

This is just personal speculation and offers no guarantees. And for anyone who still believes City will win the title next season, odds of 3+ aren't too bad.

I agree with you on that, Manchester United are going to be a threat to a lot of big clubs next season and that is a fact, under the management of carrick they are doing absolutely well and this is almost like the way they were in their prime. Next season won't be a bad one for Manchester United because we got to see a little bit of what we should be expecting. If carrick can make further improvements they are going to be unstoppable in the coming season.
