It's not a good one. Winnings are motivations, and when you keep loosing, your players get demoralized, and it's not a good beggining for the new coach. Well, it's just pre season, and I believe it doesn't have much tell on them. I think the only positivity they will get from the losses is to prepare better, knowing that they are very much vulnerable to loses, seen that they have lost two pre season matches consecutively.

Alonso has to understand what his tactics are. How to select and what best to do to curb the menace he met at Chelsea. You have even said that Chelsea played without many of their key players. How can you say that 0-1 result is that bad for them?

Beside that the bad result in pre-season is not a sign if Chelsea will also play bad in the league. They got hammered so hard during Maresca's first year pre-season against Celtic, yet they finished at the UCL spot, and they also won two trophies that year.

The similar pattern was also showing by MU, when they shite at their pre-season, then they did better during the league games.

It means the result from the pre-season is not the end of the world.

The scoreline I do not really give a fvck about.

How did they defend, how did they attack, did they look porous, are they even organised? These are the things I would look out for. A team can still be the best and ends up losing a game they should have won. Since I have not seen the game but only the goal, I can only say that they need more co-ordination especially between the defenders and midfielders. There are few weeks until the Premier League Competition kicks off completely, I can't wait to see how Xabi Alonso reshapes them next season.

His leadership is quite good and with good intelligence he can take the team to a very high level. In my opinion, if he joins Arsenal, it will be the best, because he does not have a very good relationship with Mbappe in the Real Madrid team.

I am thinking out loud, if Mourinho decides to keep Vini Jr, what I think he will be doing such for is because he wants to bring competition among the two players which are Vini and Mbappe. A Vini and Mbappe on Madrid will make both strikers want to keep their feet but it will be at what expenses, if need be in my opinion I don't think it is bad, but if it will over u the budget of the club, then it is best he leaves Vini Jr to Arsenal.

Jose Mourinho keeping Vinicius Junior just for the purpose of bringing competition between him and Mbappe will ruin Real Madrid because both players will be selfish just to prove who is better and who can help Real Madrid win games. If Vinicius Junior will not leave Real Madrid to Arsenal this transfer window, the best way Jose Mourinho can get good performance and result in playing Vinicius Junior and Mbappe together is for them to play as team, this will eliminate jealousy between them and make them to even assist other to score goals.

It's just a pre season game and most of the manger just trying new tactics to the players. I believe xabi Alonso can make it better when the season begins he is tactically very good manager and I believe him they make this chelsea side to the best Premier League team but chelsea management need to give some time to xabi Alonso. If they do same as they did with last 2 manager I think it will be disgrace for xabi Alonso to say yes to chelsea. They have very good player and actually a young talented player in the squad so just need a little time to understand the xabi Alonso tactics.  I watched the first pre season matchs and I love the connections between player and they tactically very good make some good move and transition. So I think we need to give some time to xabi Alonso.

Sign Morgan Rogers and arrival of ex players Mudryk I think they adjust the xabi tactics soon and then we see the real xabi effects on chelsea but I have one concerned who is the real replacement of Cucurella's.?

So Arsenal should understand that Vinicius is not needed, but rather find a better player if necessary, because Madrid will not let Vinicius go.

However, Madrid will let Vinicius go, but for money, Arsenal have offered €120 million for Vinicius, while Madrid are demanding €150-170m. This is excessive.
So I don't think Arsenal should try any further for Vinicius, they should take his alternative and start the season well.

The game is another day to recall that our attack is still really lacking and the experience of Danny Welbeck may have little to no major impact.

It is not what Chelsea fans should be concerned much about it ontil the season matches then they can begin judging X. Alonso and questioning his ability to manage the North London club.

There have been managers that did not had an excellent preseason results, it was all abysmal but all of that changed when the season properly kick off.

The preseason games don’t actually matter sometimes, because we have seen teams performed very poorly in the preseason games and letter had a very good season, this is not the first time we are seeing that, but winning your preseason games will give the team confidence ahead of next season, and might also not have any effect to their performance.

Nevertheless, we still have to say the truth, Alonso look like the main man for the job but he need to make some adjustments to the team; he has signed some experience players from the premier league teams, they will definitely have good season if he use the players well, but from these preseason results, I hope he learned from that and prepare well for the premier league because the premier league is not easy as the preseason games.

I don't see any chance of Vini Jr deal working out for Arsenal because the team needs him so bad and I will suggest they go for another else they will waste their time. I have seen pictures of Arsenal new signings and they are mostly midfielders and I kind of imagine how solid their midfield will be this season. Breaking the midfield will be very difficult for any team as their defense is already solid so right now I think the only place that needs adjustment is the attack.

I don't think the match against Sydney is worth considering. They lost 2-1 to Tottenham, this was despite Tottenham receiving a red card and playing with ten men second half. They also lost 1-0 to Juventus, it's clear that the coaches make a lot of substitutions in these matches to see what form the players are in, but from the matches Chelsea are playing so far, I think they've looked a bit weak.

The purpose of pre-season is to learn from your mistakes and gain as much experience as possible before the start of the season so that players and coaches don't have to struggle in the main season. Pre-season matches are rarely valuable, but there is no reason to be too serious about pre-season matches.

Even the team's key players are not put on the field during pre-season, but young and new players are given the opportunity to play so that they can adapt to the team and understand the coach's strategy. life is miserable without premier league. As a Manchester United fan, i feel United is making the most sensible moves in this transfer window. it's refreshing to see United being calm this year instead of blindly throwing around heaps of cash like they do every season. except for Arsenal, all the Big Six teams changed their managers. so i think those teams will struggle a bit at the start of the season.
my prediction for this year is Arsenal won't win the title and Newcastle United will be relegated.

You already made it clear that you are a Manchester United fan, so I will not be surprised if you feel thar Manchester United is doing great in this transfer market. In my opinion I don't think they are doing great, because they need more players and they are not making any right now. Tielemans and Andrey Santos are just average players and I don't think they are an upgrade on what Manchester United already have in their team. You also need to understand that Manchester United are playing in the champions league in the coming season,  so they really need squad depth,  but I am not seeing any right now.

Anyways it's your predictions and you are entitled to it, but I really think that Arsenal still remains the favorite for the premier. And at the end, they were defeated by Juventus. A Chelsea fan told me last week that they signed the two veterans Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson that Xabi Alonso is cooking, I called him after the game to ask him if this is the taste of what he's cooking or we're tasting the starter 

Well, I'm a believer of Xabi Alonso. I think he can help return Chelsea to winning ways and wouldn't judge him by the results of preseason games. I hope he achieves his aim at the London club.

I really don't think there is a rift between vinicius Jr and Mbappé, they've been playing as a team for the best time i can remember, if anybody had issues in that team, it was between Mbappé and Jude Bellingham which i think it has been settled long before now. Both Vini and Mbappé have been doing very well, the major challenge Madrid have been facing is a creative midfielder and their weak defence line, as for the midfield they've been able to get Bernardo Silva and Marc Cucurella to help on the defence line.
