The most Interesting game lost over the weekend, finally City dropped off some points, I don't see anything home advantage when it comes to this game, Aston villa did a good display of by leading the game in the first half, Manchester city wouldn't care where they're playing you when they wants to win a game. Aston villa came with a better game plan than their opponent,  That's indeed a good job.

Many Arsenal fans will be happy about this Manchester City loss to Aston Villa. Manchester City couldn't believe their eyes that they would lose again, three straight to Aston Villa.

Aston Villa will face off against Manchester City next year. Let it be Manchester City will break the yoke of losing to Aston Villa this time because it won't be nice that Emery will beat Manchester City under Pep Guardiola and Enzo Maresca, home and away

And so the winning streak of Aston Villa over Manchester City continues they will try again next time to stop Villa side, it’s a good news to Arsenal and all their fans, now they’re level on point with City. Aston Villa has a habit of ruining things for top teams in the Premier League.

Today Tottenham Hotspur shocked us and Chelsea fans by defeating Chelsea 2:0 away from home. It was a closely contested game for me and the unlucky red card for Cole Palmer reduced the effort of Chelsea to mount a comeback. Tottenham now have two wins.

It was a clear thrashing because from the start Chelsea started showing signs of weakness until they conceded 1 goal, Cole is gradually becoming a wasteful player for the as he's lacking contribution, got a first yellow card for a bad tackle and still went on to getting another bad tackle that result in the red card that the refree hard sent him off the pitch.

My team lost to Tottenham tonight in the EPL after a long while. Xabi Alonso has now lost twice to Tottenham since he became our manager, the same team we usually find ways to dominate and get the win.
Regardless, I won't use this to judge his overall performance but still we could have done better. This is one of those games we shouldn't be losing,  sigh, Palmer got  a red card.

I don't expect more from Alonso. This is how he will continue at Chelsea. He will win some matches and lose some. There will be no consistency. They haven't had any point where they had five straight wins in all competitions. The best they can do is make it to the top four. Chelsea will make it to the Champions League next season because it's just between Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool. With time, Brighton will drop. So if Chelsea maintains a certain level, they will qualify for the UCL, but they won't compete for the league. They can try to compete for the Carabao and FA cup though.

We need to be consistent even for top four and while you  might not see the need to add more to the list for me there are still more team who makes the top four race difficult and even if they might not be doing well now, they can very well bounce back and become a greater threats, don't forget the league is still overall fresh.

My team consistency needs to improve seriously because the level of success you can get in the league is proportional to how well you perform as a team, a lost to lower tier teams and a win to a top team doesn't really change anything.

The league is now entering into a new level, with the coming rounds going to be more interesting. Manchester City is going to host Brighton, and Arsenal is having a challenge from Liverpool. These games are going to have enough entertainment. Aston Villa is also picking momentum; this will increase the fight at the top for staying in a good position.

Chelsea had it coming, the approach from the beginning of the shows Tottenham really wanted this points than chelsea. The game was at Stamford bridge and we expected Chelsea to win but instead they were beaten by their neighbors at their home ground. Today we saw Tel having the best game of his life, he was the man of the match for me, he was causing Chelsea problems all evening.

I think that error from Penders really had a huge effect on that game, chelsea could maybe have get a win if that first goal didn’t go in. I think these games Chelsea will play without Martinez will be a tough one for them, they really need to be worried about penders especially in Arial balls.

The perfect run of 7 wins in a row has ended today for Man City, but, to be fair, they were clearly a better team. The luck was on Villa's side. They had two good chances and converted them both. The first goal was handed to them on a silver platter after City's Guehi lost control of the ball near the penalty area.
Arsenal delivered as expected against Everton (2-0 home win), so they now caught up with the City, and both clubs have 21 points. The City is still in the lead due to a better goal difference.

Chelsea unexpectedly suffered a defeat to Tottenham, which means Brighton's 3rd place is not under threat, irrespective of the result of their game against Liverpool tomorrow, which should be interesting.

Aston villa unbelievable victory has help arsenal close the point gap with Manchester city as they both now have the same points in the table. If city had or drew, they would have still be leading by a point which isn't an enough point gap.

Aston villa has been Manchester city tough rival, whenever they both meet, manchester city doesn't find it easy to defeat Aston villa. Although Manchester city has beaten them several times before but they'll have to struggle hard for it. Even if Aston villa isn't in form but whenever they are playing against city, they'll somehow pick their form out of no where.

Tottenham secured their second win after defeating Coventry in Week 7. Their second victory just so happened to be against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, and that’s what makes this second win particularly interesting.
Chelsea’s loss gives Liverpool the opportunity to move up one spot to fourth place, currently held by Chelsea. Brighton, the visiting team, is no pushover, but we believe Liverpool can give it their all.

Look, Arsenal has not collapsed yet, they are performing bravely and collecting full points. Manchester City lost because of their mistakes, if they cannot correct these mistakes, Manchester City will have to go through even more difficult times. But Arsenal is completely different in that respect, they are still winning bravely, their defense is stronger than their attack and they can perform quite aggressively.
I made a big mistake by betting on Manchester City, I lost my money because Aston Villa gave a suitable response. But Manchester City must learn from this mistake and correct its mistakes.

Yes for now we can say that it's only Man city and Arsenal that are fighting for the premier league title maybe with time other clubs may join them but right now those clubs are still struggling. Most of us was excited when Chelsea did beat Bournemouth 5:1 and when they won Everton by 0:2 Chelsea. They seemed like a team on track, a team that has got both its defense and attacking like figured out.
Finally with a chance to play at home and do the same thing to a bottom league team like Tottenham, they lost by 2 goals. First goal came from an own goal and the second was merely minutes after Palmer got his second yellow card. That’s a team that can’t afford to play a man down, something that wouldn’t make much difference when a team like Arsenal or Manchester City is playing against a team like Tottenham.

I see Chelsea as a big disappointment after the end of this match, I expected that Chelsea will be able to do something in this match to secure this victory because after their matche against Bournemouth, it actually gave me more confident that Chelsea's are finally back to their feet. Should I say the red card affected them, I will say yes because the remaining time left is big enough for them to turn things right, most especially when they are the host of the match. Everyone knows how Tottenham are struggling this season, which was why majority of fan believes that it will be a plus for Chelsea, but unfortunately they misuse the opportunity.

It's a very disappointing game honestly for Tottenham to beat Chelsea 2-0 in Stamford bridge is something that's disgraceful and disappointing because today's game shows that Chelsea doesn't have super subs, players that will make things happen in the game and change the tempo of the game for the team and especially the coach was very confused, if I will say because the players that started that game is not what we were supposed to start with and the players didn't do well individually, probably it's the instructions they were given. But I was seriously disappointed in Chelsea yesterday and with this performance, I think they will just end in top 6 this season and will not be serious title contenders.

This is the way we want it to look like so both teams knows that even from this point, there is nothing like an unimportant game. every and any game matters and whoever starts getting a draw is sure to get taken out of the title contending race. the difference between them and brighton is going wider and except brighton gets a win over Liverpool is their encounter today, the table will almost look the way they are.

One thing that is already certain even as things stands now is that the league belongs to either arsenal or Manchester city. the rest are just struggling to remain anywhere around the the top just to qualify for next seasons champions league.
