Some users already reported that they received their pending withdrawals. But the website has been down for almost a week now. I wondered how they proceed with withdrawals while the website is being maintained. Maybe some team members are working on the backend, but the process is slow. Some angry players are raging for their funds.

I don't think Icopress has anything to say regarding this since he awaits their answer. Whatever is happening, at least they should announce that we are doing something and we will be back in (ETA). This does not look to me. I hope I am wrong.

Their site is also still under maintenance status, I think it's just waiting for confirmation from their team even on the official betnomi bitointalk account which was last active since July 3 yesterday and even the last post was last May, their representative on this forum only helped to calm down a little but nothing certainty that really makes users feel calm and safe, it would be a shame if this site went out of business.

Hopefully this is a good news and those waiting on queue for withdrawal could have some renewed hope to wait for eventual coming back of betnomi. Having a maintenance notice safe some pains and that is what should have been done from the beginning.

Meanwhile, there should be room for someone to assist even when the key man leaves for other important stuffs. Example there could be life threatening situations and a key man leaves to take care of the health, that doesn't mean that the casino has to go down this is why when employing there is need to employ people that can also do multiple jobs so that when a staff is not able to carry out a function because health issues or whotnot, someone can efficiently stand in until they are back.

It's totally a different domain and the tld is .bet. The logo and design looks very different which means there are no chance that it's owned by betnomi.com management. Some other party may be is trying to use the traffic from the brand name betnomi.

Though this may be the case, I am happy for you OP since you were able to receive your money. I do recommend that you search new gambling websites that are similar to betnomi to avoid this from happening again.

All you can do is hope for the best. I remember only two days before Chipmixer disappeared I mixed some coin and I was lucky to be able the get the coin back. If I was a day or two late then I could lose a larger amount of bitcoin. You never know what can happen with a centralized service anytime.

They have established a good reputation for years so it's sad thing they will leave the business just like that. It's unfair to their gamblers who have invested a lot for them and who still have their funds on hold because of what happened. Things shouldn't be blamed in one person only but rather the whole casino for what is happening.

I really hope that they can still fix this issue and the pending payments but I think it would really take time for them to regain the trust of many users again. Betnomi representative previously stated that betnomi.bet is their old platform and they transitioned to the betnomi.com domain in 2021. I'm not sure if they still own the old domain or why they didn't just redirect to the new tld.

Well I'm already feeling skeptical about this whole issue and i think it is taking so long than expected and the fact that people already reported  that they receive  their pending withdrawals is a good news and hope from their end but they should  at least make a post on their thread to keep the hope of their players who are already growing impatient and we wouldn't  have to blame them, we all know how gambling winnings goes  because no one wants their money to be held.

If you are going to take your website down for maintenance, then you should inform all your customers about this before proceeding.

I think they Informed their customers  through their sites but their patients couldn't hold any longer as the process was taking too longer than expected.

Well, I assume that those who claim to have received their funds, that is, have gotten their withdrawal processed, are probably those who initiated a withdrawal request before the site got taken down for supposed maintainance.

And then, the fact that some users have reported having their withdrawal processed even while the website is down is  a good news and gives hope to those who are yet to get theirs or even access the site..

Just learned also that the management have responded to icopress, that's some good news there, lets hope they come back in a jiffy.

Yes you never know and sometimes they are honest and make their best to avoid to completely scam their (past) customers. For example Hotbit had a rather bad reputation but when they closed they gave several weeks to their users to withdrawal their remaining funds and they even extended the deadline at the end.
