Here I have a point to make. For some poker players, I don't remember the exact statistic but they are around 10%, poker gives them money not takes it away. So you shouldn't lump them in with the rest of the casino games, which are inevitable money losers in the long run. gamblers really have to think about the funds they can play at the casino. and just thought the funds would run out. so allocating part of our weekly or monthly salary at the casino must also be taken into account with income and needs.

Isn't that obvious that one should gamble with care? Doesn't matter if you have "statistics" or not (not even sure what that means...), but you should only gamble if you can afford to gamble. If you can't afford or if you need the money for something else, you shouldn't gamble at all. Not even a % of your money that you earn. During this situations where you need money, but you still feel like gambling, then it is time for you to get help, because very highly likely you are addicted to gambling.
You shouldn't  "target" any profit too when gambling. You should gamble only for entertainment and the profits can be considered as a reward.

Poker is not what that is different in gambling. Blackjack, Baccarat, Livecasino and some other casino games can be good too. Even sport betting which is not frequent and occasion are good. But only few gamblers can use of gambling to make money. No matter how the game is, including Poker, frequent gamblers are prone to more loss. But just that their are strategies that can help minimize the loss or probably profit might be the outcome.

But considering this point of your's you can see that people doesn't associates theirs self in gambling because they want have profit when the future permit, the most reason why those who is addicted in gambling is addicted is because they want they playing gambling because of money not because of entertainment, it is even difficult now before you can see someone who is gambler that plays gamble because of entertainment. What i mean is that you have a budget plan in gambling so that you will not lose much in gambling, which is same as bet what you can afford to lose

Bankroll management is the proper term for this. Gamble responsibly because that income is also going to feed your family, their expenses and education.  If this is not working out, limit the budget on things that need spending and include your monthly gambling expenditure on it. Problem is that most addicted gamblers cannot make themselves so this or follow it. So they need someone to help them out.

Family and friends can take this responsibility if they are supportive enough. Who knows maybe doing this budget for the first time may motivate that gambler to reduce gambling spending and eventually stop this addiction.

That's pretty much the standard. You should definitely do that if you are going to consider the gambling route that you want. Budgeting isn't a bad thing and having a specified amount can lead you to the betterment of yourself to limiting your losses and not regretting it in the long run. The enemy is yourself, thinking that "only if..." that would make you want to think that you should've done something in the past and that's the convincing factor in the present that you are going to gamble because "What the heck".

It's all about self control and being satisfied that you have experienced it and be positive about any outcome. As long as you have set the amount, it would be best if you were placed.

Being a responsible gambler is not a bad thing, and its necessary.
Imagine being too careless using your own hard earned money, that can be a big loss and frustrating.
We have to be more careful and consider every option to avoid big losses, if you can't gamble that much then don't do it. The stats are not public and we cannot check any gambler's fund in and out of gambling sites to analyze how much anyone is investing ins gambling and how much ration is he making profit out of it.

Yes, one can make certain rules and limitations as to how much he or she will gamble weekly or monthly and allocate a predefined budget for it. Under any circumstances, this budget should not be exceeded and this way, the gambler will remain within certain limits and even if he loses his entire balance, still he knows that he has spent nothing extra.

You actually do not need statistics on your gambling wins and losses to control it. There are two things you need.... namely :

1. The amounts that you deposited
2. The current balance.

These all are basics of gambling or any other investments. Because funds management is the most important when you are investing or gambling either you have experience or not. To gamble you have to invest a amount which you can afford to lose. That means never take risks with all of your funds where is no guaranteed profits. Always set a budget before gambling and do proper analysis and observation to maximize your wining ratio. If you lose just take a break and never try to win back your losed funds immediately.

It is something inevitably from gamblers because they wouldn't keep counting their lose rather they are focusing somewhere and having the hope that one day they must cover up all their expenses by hitting a targeted higher amount from gambling site, as for me I will often classify those people who don't count and take records of their lost during gambling to be a gambling addicts why?  because they are positive and optimistic about their energies, efforts and time, resources spent at the cost of carrying out their gambling exercise.

From my research and little knowledge towards those who lived around my vicinity that always comes to gambling at a local betting shop opposite our building, some of them don't care of what they spend to an extent I noticed a bettor who don't go back home with cloths I was like what could be the cause of this action and from the information gotten he was said to had spent all his money gotten (win) from shop and was like constantly betting thinking he would multiple his profits but ended up losing the previous winning.

Lastly what I understood correct is that he was chasing lost after little lose, greed doesn't allow him to let the little amount go and he ended up losing all every and also to the point of staking with cloths. This now lead to the main purpose of this your topic because if a statistic is being drawn to monitor and regulates the total sum that would be spent at every week, month I don't think he would had this mindsets to gamble with even his total amount won to the context were he needs to drop his clothing in an exchange to their amount of money stakes.

We don't really need to check the stats of people who gamble, that's just dumb. Just set a specific amount you CAN spend (and will) spend for each session, each amount should adjust depending on the number of times you gamble say per week or per month. And no, gathering the same amount of money isn't exactly possible since it's money you decided to dedicate for your enjoyment/entertainment. There's a different part of your income that should go directly to money that will be used for investing. Those kinds of financing would make your life a whole lot easier and at the same time stress free (just don't forget to add enjoyment, spend a little for yourself).
