Despite the circumstances surrounding coach De Rossi's sack, I still do not think that mediocrity or incompetence of any form should be tolerated hence if things are not going as expected by the Roma management then they reserve the right to take any decision they deem fit in order to improve the performance of the team and if terminating De Rossi's contract is one of those decisions then it should be respected by everybody involved. De Rossi in my own opinion is a good coach and did perform very well with the team before the end of last season but failed to improve things at the club this season, though a lot of people think they could have given him more time instead which I think was the right to do but the management thought otherwise and took a different decision rather.

But in my opinion the management's decision to fire De Rossi is not an entirely bad decision, no one wants their club to experience a continuous decline if that continues to happen they will be left further behind. From the start Roma did not employ De Rossi for a long period of time and according to his agreement he actually only trained Roma until the end of the season (last season) but because he had made good results towards the end of the season the management tried to give him more time but unfortunately this season the coach did not give good results at the beginning of the season and had not won, that is what made the club management not continue their cooperation again because they were worried that Roma's performance would get worse.

Is it for real? I'm really surprised.    I just read that Pogba defended himself like he didn't dope intentionally. After that he was just waiting on CAS to get good news but I was really doubtful anyway.

Now I'm also wondering what happens... I don't feel like Juventus will get him back in the squad like nothing happened. There is a quite good chemistry in the team currently. Motta would like to take his steps cautiously. Honestly I don't think Juventus needs him now. They are already playing strongly in each area. Como team could not perform well in this match and that team lose its confidence. The players of that team should play matches against small team where they will get confidence and they should work hard on their skills because they lack in many skills. The players of of that team have to make changes in the future matches to win next matches. Coaches should think about that and they should make changes whicha re beneficial for their team. Because anyway, playing away is certainly not an easy match for Como but in fact,  Como managed to hold Napoli to a 1-1 draw in the first half even though the final result was lost. But at least, as a mediocre team  and a promotion team this season, the fact that Como has a pretty good result because at least Como can still compete in the middle of the standings. I'm sure Fabregas has a good way to build Como into a strong team over time, although only being able to compete in the middle of the table but is basically a good result for Como.
