Second, it is security that must be very well built and tested many times by the team and even with trusted cryptocurrency audits companies. If there are bugs in smart contracts, the token will be exploited and hackers will dump it seriously.

I believe Shuffle team are building many things for SHFL TGE and delay is normal. If they already had plans for promotion, they will execute it one way or another and that time will come with us.

Carefulness will help to build up good plan and I have feeling that Shuffle team are intentionally doing this for their token launch as well as promotion for their users. You’re correct that the community gives a huge impact on meme coin success but being an ERC20 token helps them to be easily seen by whales since ERC20 is still the most popular blockchain for whales to invest. There’s a lot of tools that whales using in there to determine newly created token that has a potential which they usually gamble through providing liquidity in early stage.

Being minted/issued and distributed in Ethereum "could" help, but I believe that it truly depends on the service/project/idea behind the token itself. There are many MANY dead tokens in Ethereum that have surged, crashed, and that have been absolutely ignored. Why? Because there's no community behind them. A memecoin can survive longer than a break-through invention because of the community of users that continue to support the memecoin. Although stupid, Dogecoin is the proof.

I recently encountered a frustrating situation with shuffle. I requested a withdrawal over 10 days ago after completing all required verifications. However, they've refused to pay out my winnings, citing breaches of their terms and conditions.

Their reasons for withholding my winnings seem unreasonable to me. They claim I breached terms by using a VPN once (probabily i connected from a device in which the VPN was switched on, never seen a crypto bookie banning vpn) and by engaging in sure bets on their platform (i admit have covered some of my bets placed on shuffle betting on other bookies). According to them, using a VPN and making sure bets are violations of their terms and conditions.

I believe their interpretation of the terms is unjust and I'm entitled to receive my winnings.

The main issue here is you being involved on arbitrage bets which we all know that is not acceptable in the casino based on their ToS. So VPN rule alone would be enough depending how strict they want to be with the ToS. But hopefully you'll get your money back. Maybe you'll get a change to appeal again, and maybe they'll accept the reason that it's by an accident. Or maybe you are not telling something, like the fact you accidentally used same ip on that vpn that you had been used for alt account. We don't know as we only have your side about it. But obviously "accidentally" is going to be everyone's go-to excuse. Imho leaving the VPN on, could happen to anyone, but it's now just a matter of their interpretation.

I have nordvpn extension on my browser, as 99% crypto people, no need to mask my ip, i am kyc2 verified, with id and proof of address that shows that my address is the same of my IP, expect for 1 time when i connect trought vpn in moldavia (and i do not place any bet in that case). llateman100: I wouldn't worry, i didn't imply you were doing betting for an airdrop, and that wouldn't even matter.  What i meant was, i am assuming that they might be doing mass banning several people using vpn, that were abusing vpn and creating accounts for it. And you might be collateral because of automation they need to use. So if that's the case, they are quite busy at that with the moment and you'll get your change to appeal when. The fact that aidrop announcement is late so much would support this theory.

ndumm: And about that airdrop announcement that meant for last week. I really would hope shuffle would be more transparent if there's a problem and least that they would tell if they can't keep the deadline. As that creates trust and gives a caring signal. This is like promising a date and not showing up or answering to texts. I get it, you got your reasons, but ghosting after the deadline is just weird.
