It didn't say that you get your deposit back, it still under discretion of Shuffle management if they allow if they allow to make it happen. That's why it really better not to create multiple account or violate the casino terms since you will face this consequences.

I guess the only thing you can do know is to wait for their response if they really promised to send back your funds. Creating unnecessary issue will not help your case and maybe it will irritate them and make them decide to make your case last longer. So try to move on and just follow up thru their support email since for now this is the best action to do especially you acknowledge that you violate their terms.

They actually didn't enter "at the perfect time". Shuffle was founded during 2022 - the peak of the bear market, amd continued building through 2023.

I meant that there seems to be growing need for casinos in the market. So markets aren't saturated by good casinos yet. I could have said just in time instead of perfect time, as perfect time was probably when biggest net casinos were born. Also i wasn't talking just about crypto gambling, even though essential part of shuffle is how it integrated with the crypto scene, i don't see crypto bull or bear market as significant. Perfect or not, it depends.

Users perhaps don't want to hold bitcoin, Ethereum and altcoins in a bear market but only very smart and experienced people can exit and won't stuck in a bear market. In addition, some people willhold stable coin and have less risk of falls like non stable coins. Obviously with stable coins, there is another risk type, depeg.

During bear market that lasts about two years, people feel boring, disappointed with market and possibly switch to playing games, betting.

Well, I guess you're the one who has not read the terms & conditions. In part 3.4 it's clear your money is getting seized, and part 9.4 is also on their decision (thanks to other fellow member forum who mentioned the term & condition). My advice is quite simple, If they ignore you (mostly your case is rejected). Moving on, cause the one who makes these problems is your self. If you do not multi-account, then these will never came.

You can also create a thread or case topic in the most popular site reviews like "CASINO GURU" with a good experience from third parties service. Perfect or not, it depends.

It depends on the market if it's a bull cycle or a bear cycle, it depends on if the users are optimistic or pessimistic, it would also depend on the strength of the other casinos that would become their competitors. During 2022, it was a bear cycle, everyone was pessimistic, plus Stake and Sportsbet are both very VERY strong competitors which I believe hold most of the market among crypto casinos. Fiat users = Yes, Bitcoin/crypto users = It's a fact that many of them sort of understand and probably have learned about cryptocurrency basics and perhaps also exposed to its ethos. For me personally, I never gambled before with fiat, and if I never learned about Bitcoin and crypto, I probably would never have gambled in an internet casino.

Yes, this is true. They use like x satoshi that equals to $50 for bet and will consider how much they get at the end, like win up to $60, $100 or lose to $40, $25. In short term they mostly look at $ value but in long term, if they bet in bear market, lose money they will probably regret a lot in bull run. Losing 0.1 BTC in a bear market is different than losing 0.1 BTC and a bull run with price is x2 or x4 from bottom.

Have you people noticed how low price is working for anyone's advantage who is holding $shfl? When price is low, they afford to burn more, and volume has been so amount of tokens burned raises with that.
They have now burned over half of the circulating supply. Can you name other tokens that are burning on this rate to circulating supply?



At some point there will be mainly holders that don't sell it for burning, at least not with these prices.
