I'm not here to defend shuffle.com, and I'm definitely not here because I'm part of their signature campaign. lol I'm here to tell you that your accusations are meaningless without evidence to back them up. You can take your claims to the scam accusations board here on bitcointalk and present them there.

If for example, even though as user has smaller capital, but he/she has utilized that capital through more time spent playing different games in the casino, that should be considered as a boost/multiplier for that user to get a little more points, no?

None of the casino will implement such feature for a user with a smaller capital. Casino should have some boost for those users who loss big amount with small wager. Lossback is available in some casinos, but it is low and rare for a lower VIP ranked users.

I was merely making a suggestion that the team/admins behind the casino should probably find other methods to help with the growth of their community, and we plebs with small capital are the majority percentage of that community.

He already had a change to describe the problem and make an accusation, which he didn't chose to elaborate further. Bare in mind that literally no one was preventing him to do that. It is strange in our view, but not strange from casino side. Only $10k wager is required to reach the Silver VIP rank. It can be easily completed with the sacrifice of ~$100 only. Shuffle team isn’t considering us as important users as we haven't passed that easy mark yet. From our view, we have lost a few hundred dollars with small wager only. We are getting less bonuses compared to our losses.

This is actually ideal thing to do towards their token since many use case would provably create healthy circulation with their token.
