I know that reading T&Cs is a hassle and I don't claim I have done it for every service I have ever used. However, if I mistakenly break those terms, it would be my fault and no one else's.

In theory, we're expected to read and understand every clause before depositing but in practice, very few us actually do that. Most of the terms are long, technical and sometimes intentionally made to be complex to average gamblers which discourages careful reading. I have received many messages of casinos I am using to bet when they update their terms of service which shows their devotion to alert their players about the new things on ground for all their players to know about it.
It is only a fraudulent casino that will update their terms and will never alert their users about the current update.
Not reading the terms of a casino can be seen as a mistake and should not be related!
If all casinos can be alerting their customers when they change or update their terms of service that would be a very good thing to do because not all the  customers will have the time to be going back to read the terms of service of a casino and at such the casinos cen take advantage of their updates to stop the withdrawals of the customers especially if there is a big win by the customers, I don't know if I should say the casinos that doesn't notify their customers are fraudulent but I think they can do better if they still want their customers to see them as a transparent casino. After creating an account with a casino I don't remember going back to read anything again because I think I have perfected all the casino requirements.

As far as my experience goes, I also received a new email whenever a service that I used updated its ToS. Maybe some of them go into your spam folder? Even if they don't do that, sometimes they give that notice on their homepage. I guess it's more common for platforms that require dealing with user data quite often, because the law requires them to do so, and so on.

Anyway, does this website also give that notice?
