I know that reading T&Cs is a hassle and I don't claim I have done it for every service I have ever used. However, if I mistakenly break those terms, it would be my fault and no one else's.
Some of these casinos terms can have deeper meaning than we can easily assimilate and interpreting most of those writeups can be incomprehensible for most gamblers that are only interested in making quick cash by making use of the bonus offers after making a deposit. The reason why I may not blame gamblers that end up not reading the terms of service of a casino is because they are after the benefit to be gotten from the casino before weighing the obligations of users from accepted regions which they might also be.

It is necessary to carefully read the real meaning of terms and conditions.
But the question is how many players are carefully reading the terms and coinditons to understand them and to follow them  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

In theory, we're expected to read and understand every clause before depositing but in practice, very few us actually do that. Most of the terms are long, technical and sometimes intentionally made to be complex to average gamblers which discourages careful reading. While accountability ultimately lies with the user, casinos also benefit from this imbalance of understanding which sometimes requires highly learned minds to fully understand. So the issue if you ask me isn’t just negligence by players but also how accessible and transparent these terms truly are.
