if you run a crypto directory, and you don't keep an eye on the website you are listing, then it's gross negligent on your part. what if someone uses their link and gets scammed? would they take responsibility for that?
I would not dare in this time to create website that lists only no-kyc casinos.
First it would be very hard to guarantee no-kyc for everyone, and there will be always someone who will complain and tell me that I posted false information.
Than I know only a few small cgambling websites that 100% will never ask customers for any verification.
From big casinos I used Sportsbet and I was never asked to perform verification, but other customers may have different expereince.

I understand the level of how people rate privacy but honestly a gambler should not be too protective about his kyc to casino. Except he don’t want to gamble anymore. If he stills want to gamble he has to use reputable casino and most reputable casino always ask for kyc. For me, if I’m clean why should I not pass the verification. I have no intention of tricking the casino.

I suppose the bigger red flag is if they say it's fun or for money but then it begins to affect your finances. When a person reduces the amount of money to make up for a loss, or starts using the money for bills or business, the game gets losing money. The same habit can be established over time even by those who are playing casually. It is far better to have a fixed entertainment budget, and consider the loss as spent money, than to hope to win the big one on the next trip and then spend the rest of one's life worrying about their finances.
Having different budget is very important as player to avoid getting trapped with the urge of trying to recover loses.
Profits urgency has been one of the reason why so many people are becoming problematic and getting into issues because they want to make money from gambling. Business money need to be isolated and not to be used for gambling by any means due to the riskn involved.

Sometimes it's not really about being clean or not that made some gamblers always want to avoid KYC and will always prefer NoKYC casinos.

Some gamblers value their privacy so much that they find it strange to hand over their identity documents to another gambling platform when they don't consider it necessary.

Yes we know that this reputable casino companies will do everything to protect their customers data but what happens when there's a breach or other security issues that exposes customers data?

While I understand your point, you have to understand that avoiding KYC doesn't automatically mean someone has something to hide.

I agree that budgeting should not be neglected by gambllers, but you will also agree with me that, it is not budgeting alone, it being disciplined to stick to your budget as a gambler, that makes gambling easy for you, any gambler that sticks to their budget will never have problem, because, he understands that once the weekly or monthly budget is exhausted, even though it is before the time for another budget, he will not be refilling before the time, the reason you see some gamblers stay out of budget is the false hope they give themselves, not knowing that they are about to put themselves into trouble.

If you don't gamble for money,  what exactly do you gamble for? I don't seem to understand how you guys deposit significant amount of money into a casino just to catch fun with the money... how is losing money fun? I don't buy this idea of gambling for fun because the only time gambling is fun is when there is winning. If I want to catch fund, I play video games, visit the cinema or just play the demo version of the casino that is available in virtually all the casinos.

I guess for some people it's like paying for a movie ticket, you know the money's gone but you're paying for the thrill. It only works if that budget is fixed beforehand and you don't try to win it back after a bad session. Once it turns into chasing losses I'd agree it's not fun anymore.
Let not deceive ourselves, gambling is not for everybody and their are large percentage of people that are struggling hard to make money or become profitable from gambling. It's like a movie ticket like the way you have explained and is time for people to realize the disadvantages of gambling especially when they don't have a good source of income.

Some people don't know where to draw the line, they don't know that there is some financial stage you will be in life where the only thing you should be thinking of is how to make money through stable means and not to use the little you struggle out for gambling. Gambling, which is supposed to be for fund someone who is struggling will be stressed with gambling losses more than it should have affected them.

Honestly it's painful when I see people who really do no know when and how to gamble, people think they should just gamble any how and anytime they but the truth is no you should be able to know when to gamble the other day someone was discussing with me and he mentioned that he is really in dept and needed a way to pay back on his depts and the only thing he could think of was to gamble with the little funds he had that wasn't enough to clear his bills, and am like don't you think you should think of other more productive ways of paying back on your dept other than risking it again to gambling when you can not be 100% sure of a positive response.

Gambling does make us the kind of money we need for sustainable income. What gambling could give us is penny and you may have to return the money later if you are not careful. Gambling is like a game, you could either win or loss and sometimes your winning will not take longer than the duration you are going to be losing it. Once you are able to work on your budget, losing too much will not be that often.

I do agree that the largest distinction is between gambling for fun and gambling for money. If a person saves money that they can afford to lose, he or she might view gambling as entertainment. Like going to the movies or another endeavor. However. The use of funds for rent bills. Debt repayment and basic needs is a completely different ball game. The risky part is that people think that if they win one big time, then everything is going to be okay and when they lose. They will worsen their financial issues. When a person begins to chase losses, gambling is no longer fun. But yet another expense that can be hard to get rid of.

Gambling is not a source of income and should not be taken as a source of income because it would only end in frustration once you are not winning as expected. Secondly, when you take it as a means of earning a living, you are going to approach it desperately which can easily get you addicted or wreck you financially, so we should do well not to see it as a means of earning a living, because that's the beginning point of frustration.

Quote
Once you are able to work on your budget, losing too much will not be that often.
Working on your budget wouldn't stop you from winning or losing more often, the only thing it does to your finance is that you are likely going to gamble responsible the more, since you will only be sticking to your gambling budget and controlling yourself the more unlike in the past.

The best way to gamble is to gamble with little or no expectations attached to it the moment you decide to gamble for the sole aim of profit making then you have signed a document for your downfall because after losing you will get addicted trying to recover all why you lost. It is a game of luck and chance you can be lucky today and sad tomorrow after losing everything you made yesterday that's why nobody should take it as a source of income. Yes, having your gambling budget can help you to manage the amount you put in gambling also you have to control your emotions if not you could go above your budget.

The two are different but many players that don't want to reveal the reasons why the are gambling will want to agree that they are gambling for fun and not the money. Those that are gambling should know why they are interested in gambling but the obvious truth is very hard to admit. The rich can decide to gamble for the fun and can also bet with big bankroll without facing any trauma if they lose their money to gambling. The unriched people should never brag that they are gambling for the fun. It's not even possible at all.

I was also surprised when I read the first line of his reply because I know he is active on the gambling board and I assume he understand how this industry works. After reading the rest of his post, I realized that it was just a typo and he forgot to add "not" which completely changed the meaning of what he was trying to say.

But I agree with you that "working on your budget" doesn’t change your odds of winning. It only limits how much you can potentially lose, because the less money you gamble, the less money you are likely to lose.

Why is it hard for all of you guys to understand it that there are actual people who do gambling for the fun of it and do not care about the profit making from it whether it's made or not. They just want to have their moment, get thrilled by the performance and result of their games. And mind you, everyone's means of catching fun is not same as some people could be having fun from what doesn't humour you. About the demo, you can't get the thrills in the way you do with live betting because it's more fantastic that way.

I will agree with you here that not everyone who gambles does that for profit but the few gamblers actually gamble for fun just to catch the cruise and thrilling experience and nothing much. Irrespective of their status, they don't care the outcome of the games they play while some just do that to try their ability to see if they are good at guesswork in getting a good outcome.
Gambling comes with lot's of vibes and fun and it depends on one's personal views and perspective on why they want to gamble as not everyone would have the same goal for which they gamble.

People don't agree to that maybe because of their experience, or because of the way they gamble, they think that there are no persons out there gambling for fun or for entertainment sake, but they have forgotten that, gambling was not originally intended for profit, it was for fun and entertainment, however, I understand that there are many gamblers who are strictly gambling for the money which is their preference, what surprises me is why some people think that every gambler is gambling to make gains, every gambler has there reason for gambling, it is either for money or fun, athough no one can dismiss the possibility of someone gambling for fun, turning into profit chaser later, but that does mean that we don't have those gambling for fun.

The risky part is that people think that if they win one big time, then everything is going to be okay and when they lose. They will worsen their financial issues. When a person begins to chase losses, gambling is no longer fun. But yet another expense that can be hard to get rid of.
Nothing actually ruins the fun of betting more than chasing losses. That said, I've actually seen guys who bet just for the fun of it. When a gambler develops the mindset of not seeing gambling as a means of making money but something that's recreationally done for fun, they'll not be too bothered about the times they lost their money because even before making deposit, they've already considered the money as something that was used to fund their gaming time so the result doesn't leave much effect on them.

The problem with privacy doesn’t rest entirely on being clean or not. You don’t have to be clean before having something to hide. You can be clean and don’t want anyone or organization to be nosy about your business.

Besides, a breach on a casino you gamble with can mean your documents in the wrong hands, hands that intend to do nothing good with it. Blackmail and kidnapping isn’t off the table as well as those that would be out their to still all you’ve got, using these documents to pass KYC.

Then there are other challenges of using your document to create accounts and buy items on services that might mean no good. It’s just a lot and so, every individual needs to evaluate what they can be comfortable with.

This psychology is merely self comforting. In such thoughts, I have a lot of money, and even if there are some losses, there is no harm. When a gambler tries to recover money, are they then gambling only for peace of mind? Certainly not. However, there is a significant possibility of our sense of humanity and latent greed being awakened. Because casinos constantly present tempting offers to gamblers, which many disciplined and aware gamblers become uncontrolled.

Therefore, this statement will not provide long term security for gamblers. For example: even knowing that touching fire will burn the hand, despite knowing this, there is a possibility of getting burned if coming into contact with the flames.

The few persons who see gambling as fun and gamble for fun will not do that on a regular basis since it is not every time they will want to have fun or have time for fun. They do not put in money like those who take it as business since they are after catching fun and knowing how good they are good in guessing the outcome of a particular event but you see the other set of people who do gamble all the time there's no way they do that for fun because they can't be wasting money when they are being heart broken in the name of having fun.

I believe it's more about whether or not they can afford to lose it if they lose it. And whether or not they can cover the loss without sacrificing their basic needs. Anyone including the affluent player. Can become addicted to gambling and a player with a small income can view a fixed sum as a form of entertainment. The actual red flag is if some of the gambling money has been borrowed and some of the essential. Needs have been paid off or if someone continues to deposit money to catch up with the losses. It is important to place a limit on how much you will play before you start before it's too much. Rather than just saying that you are going to gamble for pleasure.
