I would say both because they are both unique. As you said, Real Estate provides security and stability compared to cryptocurrencies. If you check many people who are invested in cryptocurrency, they invest there and when they make the gain, they go ahead to investing in properties like Real Estate. But if you insisted it had to be one or the other, I will have no choice but to choose Real Estate over cryptocurrency.

Honestly speaking without any biases towards bitcoin, If someone has the financial capacity to invest in real estate, they would surely prioritize it over bitcoin. Real estate is not a unique investment though. A lot of people are actually aiming to invest in this kind of industry, but not everyone has the capacity to do it and it is not something that we could buy fractions little by little overtime it become larger like bitcoin.
But I have to agree that some people are invested in bitcoin and other crypto hoping that they'll get a huge return to invest to a business, in a real estate or any other investments that bears lesser risks and stable returns.
I think most people would choose real estate over bitcoin, even the people from crypto community.

If you do have the money then you could really choose up both and this is something that i would really be doing because we do know that real estate business could bring out a fortune or something that could really make your rich. Yes two different technicalities but you can only succeed on both if you act the certain way. Both profession requires patience, discipline, resilience, risk and money management, faith, and love of the game. Otherwise you won't thrive.

I support your opinion investing in crypto involves much risk compared to Real Estate as but also increases in value overtime.
Real  Estate investment can yield more value in a shorter time compared to crypto of which I you are investing must be a long term outlook, not also neglecting the fact that its is highly volatile meaning it can decrease and increase anytime. But Real Estate is stable and not easily influenced.

If you look at trading I think both should be achievable with a capable record. Yes. There may be many investors who prefer and look at their investment options in places that have long-term stability and not many like the volatility of prices that quickly fluctuate quickly and are not as uncertain as is the case in investing in the crypto market.

I couldn't invest bitcoin early and make huge profits like many people but then I chose ETH and BNB. Which people call shitcoins but I'm lucky because they brought me a good profit. Both bitcoin/crypto/alt coin and real estate are profitable, but bitcoin will give us more benefits, because in real estate we need a lot of money at once, and in real estate we have to invest all our money at once, but in bitcoin we can invest small amounts and much more. can invest money we can invest according to our convenience we can invest bitcoin on weekly monthly basis which is not possible in real estate. I will always support bitcoin/crypto I feel most comfortable investing in bitcoin/crypto because I can withdraw my money whenever I want And I can control my half independently, which I could never do in real estate.
