Reading and reading between the lines are two different things.

Anybody can write all kinds of things. Take a look at the science fiction that is written here - https://www.luminist.org/archives/. Sure, there might be a little truth in some of it. But if you want to gain anything of value, you need to read between the lines.

Regarding Trump and the situation in the US, you need to read between the lines to understand what is really going on. To say it plainly, all the things that Trump is being accused of, are exactly the things that the current administration is doing... including the Trump accusations and trials... and doing a lot more than Trump would/could ever think of doing. If he even thought like they are accusing him, he wouldn't be in this mess, because he would have figured a way out ahead of time.

You are kinda fun, though. So, I hope it doesn't hurt you too much when things straighten themselves out again.

Cool

Is not "anyone" dumbass, it is the Colorado Supreme Court. I know you are in the business of making any opinion or view count the same, but they are not. These are people who actually not only can read - which gives them an advantage over you - they have devoted their lives to understanding the law. You are not even a fly compared to them.

You do not need to read between the lines. Trump sent a murdering mob to the Capitol, it is recorded, it is illegal and in any other country he would be facing life sentence or death penalty.

Now relax. Someday you might even figure out that Trump hasn't been found guilty. You also might even figure out that there will be appeals if he is. And you don't even have to read between the lines to understand that this a Dem Colorado Supreme Court, which is against Trump simply because he is Republican. AND, their action is election interference, even if Trump is found guilty.

The Dems are running out of options. So, they are even willing to incriminate themselves just to attempt to keep Trump out of office.

If you really want to see how good Trump is as President, watch the two videos here http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Article/355556-2023-12-22-two-trump-speeches-to-the-united-nations.htm. Or do you simply like to blab, blab, blab?

Cool

It is irrelevant if he was or not good. You run over a kid driving drunk - you go jail, even if you are Mother Theresa (not the case anyway).

I am aware there'll be appeals. I am aware that it is difficult that Judges elected by Republicans can actually do what is right in the US Supreme Court. They may choose to take the opportunity to open a new era for Republicans and that would be a good outcome. In any case, Biden is such a weak rival that probably anyone can beat the guy, so Trump is not really needed for the Reps - let's see if they can figure that out.

I know you are not going to read the Colorado ruling, probably not even the first page of the 300 odd... the ruling does have minority opinions - Some of the judges were not happy with the verdict, you will be glad to know.

However, you know what was their argument? None of them said Trump is not an insurrectionist. None of them disputed that Trump send a mob to interrupt democracy. They simply said that the court had no jurisdiction on deciding on "qualification to be a president" (in a much more elaborated fashion of course).

Oh, I forgot,... you are a dumbass publishing links to shit. Have you own view, do you think the Supreme court will say that it is ok what he did, so that anyone can do it too? Or will they just try to remove themselves from the equation saying "we cannot judge on this" - with the same result, anyone can send a mob to the Capitol and it is ok.

My bet is that none of those judges would choose to be in their seats on this one.

There is in any case a massive flaw to Trump's claims on the elections. If the case were so clear and there would be so many testimonies and evidence, someone in the judiciary, somewhere... I mean in any place at all... would have called for at least an investigation of short. There is nothing. Trumps knows it, you know it, most republicans know it. It is just the perfect excuse to stick to a looser - "he is not a looser".

Even poor blacks understand that the Dems are doing criminal activity in their attempt to take down the guy who will take down the Dem's criminal world.

The Rise Of Black Support For Trump

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/rise-black-support-trump
But others are becoming louder and prouder in voicing support for former President Donald Trump.

Mark Fisher, co-founder of a Black Lives Matter (BLM) group in Rhode Island, made waves recently with his endorsement of the former president.

"I knew I was going to pay a price for it," Mr. Fisher told The Epoch Times, "but I felt like the benefit of doing it far outweighed the cost of me playing it safe."

Mr. Fisher said he felt obligated "to clear a path" for those who think the way he does.

He and other pro-Trump black people are considered renegades.

That's partly because President Trump's foes have tried to brand him as a racist unworthy of votes from black Americans. But it's also because he's a Republican.

For generations, black leaders and churches have encouraged black people to vote for Democrats, including President Joe Biden.

But the tide seems to be turning. Opinion polls are showing that more black people are willing to break rank, as Mr. Fisher did.

Since President Trump's win in 2016, black support for him has more than tripled, now exceeding 20 percent in some surveys.

Polling suggests that black people and other minorities who once spurned President Trump now appear willing to give his candidacy a fresh look—a trend that could help spell the difference between victory and defeat in the 2024 election.

The Biden campaign didn't respond to a request for comment.

Three main factors appear to be spurring black people to pivot toward President Trump, according to Mr. Fisher and others who spoke to The Epoch Times: the economy, the criminal justice system, and the influence of other black people going public with their support.

Blacks for Trump are on fire outside the Fulton County Jail.

It's these blacks, and other of their stripe, who are against mobs. They want to do things legally and peacefully. They are against the mob tactics, especially of the likes of BLM and Antifa... Soros appointees.

So, what about you? Seems that your violent and vehement comments are mob oriented. Are you paid by Soros? You wouldn't lie, now, would you?

Lie? You mean like Trump is not being investigated with the RICO act? Like the links I post are not really there? Like the quotes I make from well documented public sources are false? You would need to be a bit more clear with which bits of my post you disagree with.

My posting is clearly making a point of NOT using mobs for political purposes. If you want to twist facts, you really need to be far more smart than the dumbass you are BA.

If you happen to know Soros, or for that matter anyone who is willing to pay me for posting more than my signature sponsor, please let me know. My sig is for sale, with minimal restrictions on content of course.

What does blacks for Trump have to do with his being investigated? All it shows is that you like to focus on the little things. You complain about the fly in your bowl of soup, but swallow the camel.

To be fair and even though I do not agree with most of the stuff Trump has done and said in his political career, I have indeed heard some left political commentators to point out there seems to have been some increasing support for Trump coming for Black people and also Hispanic people in the United States, I don't know they reasons so your guesses are as good as mine, but it is a phenomenon the Democrat party is not supposed to ignore if they actually plan or care to have a chance to Defeat Trump next year.

My personal theory is that there could be a percentage of Black people and Hispanic people who identify themselves as swing voters and have the impression democrat politicians have not paid attention or have not cared to stick to their previous campaign promises. Of course, polling can always be wrong, as these lastest elections have showed Republicans, but the Blue party is not supposed to sleep on the job when Democracy is at stake and their biggest for seems to accumulate more and more support.

Because they are desperate. It is not that Biden, the democrats or the republicans have failed them, it is that absolutely every single government has failed them. The convict population of black, Hispanic and other minorities in the US is disproportionately high, their economic class tend to be much lower than those of the white protestant background. They would vote for anyone promising any change.

The good thing is that Trump may soon get to know that convict population first hand.  Grin

The good thing is that Trump may soon get to know that convict population first hand.  Grin

If this happens, Trump will become a far greater martyr for the people than he has become already. It might get the people to finally act instead of relying on elected officials. I don't know if the Dems are willing to go that far.

Ammon Bundy didn't know what he was doing in court. The jury simply liked what he did in the wildlife refuge takeover. The jury freed him. https://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/28/us/bundy-brothers-acquitted-in-takeover-of-oregon-wildlife-refuge.html.

The jury has the authority to vote how they want regarding any case they hear... provided it is a jury based on the 6th or 7th Amendments. There is evidence of court cases all over the place, where juries even reversed the charges in some cases, so that the plaintiff had to pay the fine.

Cool

You: "juries can strike down laws"
Me: "No they can't"
You: "Juries can vote how they want"
Me: Huh

Are you confusing 'striking down a law' with jury nullification?  You know just because a guilty person is acquitted or has a hung jury doesn't mean that law they broke is struck down, right?

Did OJs jury strike down the law that makes murder illegal?

Not at all. But you seem to be confusing what I said with both, striking down laws, and jury nullification.

If the law in a school zone is 15mph, and a driver drives through at 120mph, and a cop pulls him over and it goes to court in a jury trial, the jury can strike down the law with regard to the driver so that he gets off totally free. Generally a jury won't do this, because the jury has friends and family with kids going to the school. But they can do it if they want, even if there is no good reason. It's up to them, totally. This does not strike down the law for anybody else, however. For every other person who breaks this law, it's a totally new court case.

If, however, there are bunches of people who drive 120mph through this school zone, and the juries for most of them declare these drivers innocent, the city or state just might change the law so that the speed limit for this school zone is no longer only 15mph. The reason might be that it's an old, condemned school that is not being used, and has a chain link fence around it, and the school zone speed limit SHOULD be removed.

The point is that the jury rules in a trial-by-jury court case. In general, when they strike down a law, it's for that court case only, not for the whole country... although other court decisions might base themselves on this one to some extent.

Cool
I think you're confusing fantasy land of make believe (Badeckerville) and reality.  But maybe I'm wrong.
Give me one example (in the real world, in a real federal or state criminal trial) of a jury "striking down a law".

Finally, we have an agreement!! I am absolutely Ok with Trump being a martyr. The more martyr the better. Look, I can help you with a few suggestions of what you can do with him, if it works as an inspiration for you guys. Allow me to suggest he follows other famous martyr´s examples for your dumBAsstic benefit:

- Mandela: 27 (twenty seven) years in prison.
- Saint Peter: Crucified upside'down.

- Father Luis Jaime, killed by the Americans. The original ones, not the invasive white people.

And the last suggestion - but feel free to ask for more

Quote
Artemios was called to a military meeting with Julian where he witnessed and objected to abuse of Christians. He was tortured with red hot irons, and miraculously cured. Then he was taken to the Amphitheatre where there was a big stone broken in half, and was put on half stone and the other half was raised above him and released crushing Artemios. He was presumed dead, and left for a day. But he was still alive, broken boned, disembowelled, eyeless and remained unwilling to renounce his religion and Julian ordered his beheading.

Just to show you how deep and dark the Deep State is, look at the things that are finally coming out about the Mar-a-Lago raid. Read the article at the below site. Read it slowly and thoughtfully, to understand how bad many of the agencies in the US government really are.

I know, I know. If you are blatantly, pointedly, dead set against Trump, you won't really care about how bad the FBI is. In your mind they are simply doing bad things so that good may result. Doesn't really make sense. But that's how some of you seem to think.

The DC Establishment Is Deeply Concerned That Trump May Have Copies Of His Declassified Binder

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/dc-establishment-deeply-concerned-trump-may-have-copies-his-declassified-binder
According to CNN:

"A binder containing highly classified information related to Russian election interference went missing at the end of Donald Trump's presidency, raising alarms among intelligence officials that some of the most closely guarded national security secrets from the US and its allies could be exposed, sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

"Its disappearance, which has not been previously reported, was so concerning that intelligence officials briefed Senate Intelligence Committee leaders last year about the missing materials and the government's efforts to retrieve them, the sources said.

"In the two-plus years since Trump left office, the missing intelligence does not appear to have been found."

All very breathless and conspiratorial sounding. Which, of course, is the entire point.

But the problem for CNN is that there never was any Russian collusion. It was all a giant hoax. Nor was there any real Russian election interference. No more so than any other year. And no more than what the United States does in Russia.

It was all part of a giant fraud that CNN helped to perpetrate in order to hamstring the Trump presidency. So when CNN claims, "The binder contained raw intelligence the US and its NATO allies collected on Russians and Russian agents, including sources and methods that informed the US government's assessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to help Trump win the 2016 election," what they are really referring to is the proof that Trump amassed of the FBI's efforts to interfere in the 2016 election.

My new years resolution is to keep track of all the times BADecker ignores a direct question in response to one of his ridiculous claims and shifts the topic to something equally ridiculous but different.

Here's two to start:

Powell SHOULD apologize for the mistakes she made in not helping the people of Georgia. She did it wrong, and did not take down the corrupt government of Georgia because she did it wrong. So, she harmed the people by not straightening Georgia out.

I think she knows that she did it wrong. But I don't think that she has learned how to do it right, yet. Perhaps she will learn the right way to do it sometime.

The real question is, will YOU ever even look in the direction of the right way to do it?

Cool

What specifically should she have done differently?

Do you mean it was wrong to make up a story and convince people like you that Dominion and Smartmatic had a secret algorithm from Venezuela  that was designed to switch votes, and the only reason it was caught was because Trump got so many votes the algorithm just didn't know what to do and so the evil dems, disguised as honest poll workers, had to swoop in and change the votes themselves?

Should she have not lied?  Or should she have come up with a better lie?

Should you have done a little more critical thinking before spreading her lies?

Going Viral: New Evidence Suggests There Was Never Voting Machine Election Audit Performed in Georgia Following 2020 Election – Raffensperger Caught Again!

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/12/going-viral-new-evidence-suggests-there-was-never/
There is currently no evidence that there was ever a voting machine election audit performed in Georgia following the 2020 election.

On November 17, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger made an announcement that an audit "using forensic techniques" was completed with "no sign of foul play" in the 2020 election. The statement previously appeared on the Secretary of State's webpage and is still available via the Wayback Machine here.

Investigative journalist Kevin Moncla of the Election Oversight Group, and another individual began to send Open Records Requests from the counties that were allegedly "audited" back in 2022.  While Raffensperger's statement says there were six counties "audited," the Pro V&V memo only listed four:  Floyd County (Rome, GA), Douglas County (Douglasville, GA), Paulding County (Dallas, GA), and Cobb County (Marietta, GA).

The problem that dumBAss has is that his youtube mentors from China only provide a basic disinformation service. Him being either Chinese or maybe Texan (they are not that different really), is probably not willing to pay the extra for the "enhanced disinformation service" which includes receiving some short of answer to questions.

No, juries do not strike down no shit. dumBAss is simply banking on having a jury trial and the coercing the jury by threats and organised violence to exonerate Trump no matter the evidence. Anyone wonders why Trump is judged under the RICO act?

Two states have already excluded Trump from the primaries ballot, Colorado an Maine. In some others the plaintiffs have renounced to carry on with the process and many are pending decisions. One the supreme court decides on the Colorado ruling, the US will have some certainty on how the campaign is going to look like.

It may happen that if Trump does not run, Biden would not either.

The jury did this...

Bundy Brothers Acquitted in Takeover of Oregon Wildlife Refuge - https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Bundy+Brothers+Acquitted+in+Takeover+of+Oregon+Wildlife+Refuge&ia=web.

So, for whatever laws the Bundy brothers and their accomplices broke, the Jury struck these laws down in their cases.

This does not mean that the next time they did it, that the juries would act the same way. It also does not mean that the juries would act the same way for other people.

What it shows is that here is a start towards a certain precedent. If more juries acted this way, government might change the laws or repeal them.

If you get into reading American case law, you will find that juries have done this kind of thing all over the place... including reversing 'debts' owed so that the other side owed the money.
