The crazy part about this latest Trump witch hunt is that there is actually more evidence that Joe Biden raped Tara Reade and molested his own daughter in the shower than there is that Trump raped this mentally ill weirdo. I’m sure this travesty of justice will be overturned in appeals court because it’s just too ridiculous not to.
Yet here we are aren't we? The evidence was presented, a jury decided he was guilty. Why do not you present your "evidence" and see how it flies? We both know the answer - it is cheap to create a fake story, but when you are before a judge you actually need to prove it. You can't, because fantasies do not leave traces. The fact is that Trump is a bully. He is totally used to berate others without any price to pay and this time he went too far on bullying his victim apart from raping her. Everything that happens to Trump is "which-hunt" but when Naci Pelosi gets attacked in her home is "the people taking revenge" - no need to reconcile the measure here?

You just have to understand that corruption is everywhere and we don't need to be surprised because they would want to use every means and opportunity to make sure that Trump is not able to contest in this year election. All this plans are in vain. I am very happen that Trump would be contesting for this year election and he's going to kick out Jeo Biden that has not been competence with his duty to make American dream comes to live again.

If there is enough evidence Joe Biden or any political also committed sexual assault against anyone in their family or outside their family, then it would be matter of any of the victims to step forward and declare whatever happened, since it has not happened yet, one needs to deal with the uncertainty. Also, I thought the Republican party was about law and order, but lately they seem not to care about laws, otherwise they would not complain the decision made by the supreme court about the razorwire in the Texas southern border or the veredic on this defamation case. It is okey when the jury favors them like the case of Kyle Rittenhouse, that is okey and the law is to be respected. But as soon as the law is not in their side is all a conspiracy or politically driven by the democrat party. It is a very strange double standard which does nothing but to further divide the population of the country and give people the wrong idea of being able to ignore or go against the law if does not favour them.

Maybe other will like to join the bandwagon while Trump has enough to pay.
Does he though... wouldn't be a big surprise to find out that all he has to his name is a couple of NFTs and a MAGA hat. All the other stuff is probably shielded by impenetrable layers of LLCs.

If Trumpy fills in for bankruptcy is a good result too. He is boasting that image of "self=made" big business man while "a man of the people" that is a fake as all the rest thanks - any money is thanks to daddy's shady doings. A filing to bankruptcy is another dose of reality for the Republicans to shadow. Latest doing... asked repeatedly for a bill to stop the south border migration, and then, when Biden gets it, ordering the party to not vote it. For Trump saying something does not mean to really have to believe it.

The legal costs of Trump are mounting to a ridiculous sum now. It all comes from the campaign funds as the guy thinks that it is ok to spend the donor's money for solving his legal problem. I guess the donor's are all right with it.
However, there is a practical problem: he is burning through cash like a C series startup led by two nerdy drunks in a back-alley illegally-occupied trashed single-room habitation. We are talking about making some of the lawyers so rich that they will be able to run for presidency themselves some days on their own funds if they wish to.

will trump continue to be heard in court. while trump himself won the republican party presidential convention. which of course in the USA presidential election will be the presidential candidate of the republican party who will face the candidate of the democratic party joe biden. it will be controversial if the presidential candidate has criminal legal status, especially if he is jailed.

I read the news on how much those lawyers are being paid for representing Trump, and in my opinion it is ridiculous the money they are supposed to be paid for their legal services. I don't know how the legal system is supposed to work in the United States, but are lawyers allowed to increase the cost of their services only based on the relevant of the case or the amount of money their client is supposed to have? What is the variable which established the maximum or minimum price a lawyer is supposed to charge to clients? If anyone of us got involved in a legal problem in the United States and we were supposed to pay for our own legal representation, we would never be asked for literal millions of dollars. Keeping that in mind and in a less serious note, it would be interesting and funny if Trump decided he will represent himself in court from now on, in order to save money. I don't think the judge would ever accept something like that to proceed, but dreaming is free.

Lawyers have to pass a State exam of short (the bar or whatever is the case) and then they are released into the wild to either seek a public service work, open their own practice, work for whatever firms are hiring... typically the larger firms can charge ridiculous fees in the range of 1000 US per hour and the like.

So you are saying if Trump wanted he could have gone with a relatively small firm or to find some lawyer working independently, in either case he could have just been charged some thousands of dollars instead of the millions he owes now? Is that how it is supposed to work? Or maybe, because of the importance of the case against him and the ego he needs to feed constantly he always go and hire the best and most expensive lawyers he can find. I personally have some doubts on whether paying as much as possible lawyers will bring the best results to the client. I don't see what is the difference of a 10k$ from some lawyers who could charge millions, either of them could defend a case equally good. Perhaps there is some system where lawyers are also valued keeping in mind the amount of years they have practiced and the number of cases they are successfully won or defended in court, that is the only explanation or logical thing which comes to my mind in this.matter of legal fees.

Some of the costs are probably fixed, but potentially he could even argue that he has no means and get a free lawyer. However, the larger firms have huge numbers of hires from the first 10% of their classes and partners with a track record of killing it consistently (getting the veredict their way). They are many times defending corporations because suing other is kind of a sport in the US to the point that corporations assume they are going to have a few millions of legal expenses every year. Trump is unlikely to be using cheapo boutique firm, he is not the type of guy who would go cheap on his defence... when OTHERS are paying for it. In the US money matters a lot in the court. Having means is the difference between being killed in some prison and getting free. It is just like that.

More and more American groups are supporting Trump. They are seeing through the sham trials. International Union of Police Associations officially endorses DONALD TRUMP for 2024 presidential election https://www.naturalnews.com/2024-02-14-iupa-officially-endorses-trump-for-2024-election.htmlThe International Union of Police Associations (IUPA) has officially endorsed Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election. IUPA President Sam Cabral praised the former president's support for law enforcement in a Feb. 6 press release, touting how Trump "has earned and deserves our wholehearted support." He continued: "Trump's history of support for the men and women of law enforcement is unmatched. His policies and actions were directed at improving safety in our communities and the men and women who provide that shield." The organization chartered in 1979 took a firm stance against certain aspects of Democratic policies. Cabral accused the Democrats of supporting initiatives such as defunding the police, advocating for sanctuary cities and open borders and reducing accountability for criminal behavior. These measures, he added, have had "tragic" consequences for communities in the form of business closures and increased criminal activity. Moreover, the head of the police union also disclosed the alarming rate at which police departments are losing officers – leading to a diminished law enforcement presence. "Roving gangs are terrorizing retail businesses, raiding them with absolute impunity akin to a thousand-year-old past – regressive rather than their own progressive ideology," wrote Cabral. "They have not dealt with the consequences of their own failed strategies, while we have all suffered." "We firmly believe that Trump can and will address these issues effectively, while reinstating the confidence of a safe and prosperous United States of America. Trump has reminded the world of the greatness of this country, [and] he is the right person to continue to Make America Even Greater." Trump supporters hopeful for the backing of 2 other police unionsThis was not the first time the IUPA threw its support behind Trump – it previously did so in 2020. Aside from the IUPA, two other police unions – the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO) – also expressed support at the time. ...

I should have expected you'd do the same. The same what? Possibly you have heard a little from the Bible in the past. Do you remember this from Matthew chapter 23? Jesus speaking to the Pharisees: Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel. So, the Republican Party has had a little mismanagement of funds. And the amounts are a handful of $millions. And we don't know that Trump even knew what was happening; he was trusting his campaign manager. But here you go, straining out this gnat, while Biden and his regime destroy the US by sending money to Ukraine and the Middle East, causing high inflation in the US, killing off as many as 600,000 with unnecessary war, attacking America with illegals over the border, and a ton of other things... to the tune of way more than $200 billion. And now they are trying to do even more. And you want to ignore the Biden camel. And all you can do is pick on a few paltry million, blaming a guy who did a whole big MAGA chunk of good for the country and the world. You get more pathetic as the days go by. Superior Court Judge just dropped a nuke on Big Fani's fanny… https://revolver.news/2024/02/superior-court-judge-just-dropped-a-nuke-on-big-fani/Willis was pulling out all the stops to prevent this upcoming hearing, but the judge wasn't having any of it. Not only did he insist on proceeding with the hearing, but he also hinted that Fani might have just disqualified herself and thus ended the sham trial against Trump, thanks to her crooked ways. Here's what Professor Turley had to say about the latest events: It appears that Fani Willis has failed to block a hearing into her alleged conflict of interest. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee is quoted as saying "Because I think it's possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations." …Willis and Wade have more to fear than disqualification if they knowingly filed false statements with the Court. Indeed, they can look to their own case on how such filings can result in bar or criminal charges. It's refreshing to finally see justice being served against someone many of us thought was untouchable. It's clear that the judge is not finding anything amusing about this situation or what Fani's been up to. Lawyer Mike Cernovich chimed in with Professor Turley on Fani's alleged lies and cover-up. Mike pointed out that Fani's actions actually fall under "RICO" territory, not the fake accusations being hurled against President Trump. Meanwhile, Revolver recently highlighted a story involving a co-defendant of Trump, who has witnesses ready to prove that Big Fani lied in court. ...

Inflation is not caused by sending money to other countries. If anything, that would reduce inflation, not increase it Putin invaded Ukraine and refuses to stop attacking them. Without help, Ukraine would not be able to defend itself. They would lose all the rights that western democracies enjoy and people in countries like Russia do not. Do you remember what the bible says about helping those in need? "Protect the rights of all who are helpless. Speak for them and be a righteous judge. Protect the rights of the poor and needy” Proverbs 31 By the way, have you heard Biden has created more jobs than Trump, unemployment has been lower than when Trump was in office, and after 37 months, the stock market is higher than it was ever under Trump. Here's a look at how the stock market was at this point in the last 8 presidents terms: PS - Did you hear about the Trump appointed special council that's been looking into Hunter Biden has made an arrest? WASHINGTON — An FBI informant has been indicted on two counts for allegedly feeding the bureau false information about President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign.
Alexander Smirnov, 43, disliked Joe Biden and was arrested in Las Vegas after returning from a trip overseas, according to the Justice Department. The case grew out of the special counsel investigation being led by David Weiss, who is also leading the case against Hunter Biden. Weiss had been appointed by then-President Donald Trump as the top federal prosecutor in Delaware. An attorney for Hunter Biden told NBC News that Republicans had been warned that they “built their conspiracies about Hunter and his family on lies told by people with agendas, not facts.”
“This is just another instance of Chairman [James] Comer and [Rep. Jim] Jordan peddling falsehoods based on dishonest, uncredible allegations and witnesses,” Abbe Lowell, Hunter Biden’s attorney, continued in the statement.
House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jamie Raskin called for an end to the impeachment inquiry following the announcement of the indictment against Smirnov.
Smirnov's account was critical to Republicans' impeachment inquiry into the president.
“This is the biggest political corruption scandal, not only in my lifetime, but I would say the past 100 years,” Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., chair of the House Republican Conference, told “Fox & Friends” in June of what Republicans had termed the “Biden bribery scheme.”
But according to the indictment, Smirnov's claims to the FBI, which he first made in June 2020, "were fabrications," and, in truth, he only "had contact with executives from Burisma in 2017," when Joe Biden had left office as vice president and "had no ability" to influence U.S. policy.
"In short, the Defendant transformed his routine and unextraordinary business contacts with Burisma in 2017 and later into bribery allegations against [Joe Biden], the presumptive nominee of one of the two major political parties for President, after expressing bias against [Joe Biden] and his candidacy," the indictment alleges.
The indictment also states that Smirnov "repeated some of his false claims" after being interviewed by FBI special agents last September — after Hunter Biden's plea deal fell apart that summer — while Smirnov "changed his story as to other of his claims, and promoted a new false narrative after he said he met with Russian officials."
Smirnov wrote in one May 2020 message to his FBI handler that Joe Biden was "going to jail" and suggested that he knew some of the allegations "should be soon in the news." https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/joe-biden/special-counsel-charges-fbi-informant-lying-bureau-hunter-joe-biden-rcna139091The election results, the classified documents, the financial fraud, the porn star affairs, The “Biden bribery scheme”, the list keeps going for so long....and it's obviously only going to get longer, I feel embarrassed for all those people that keep getting fooled over..and over...and over...

At this point, only the ones that wish to be fooled are still fooled or they simply do not care. US dream is over, it has failed to millions like it failed during the big depression of 1929. People are desperate to try anything different and the ultra-liberals in the US have found that the populism is the way to get richer, while keeping the commoners happy even eager about the stealing yet another bit of the national wealth.

I have read speculation on the internet about Trump and his asset managers to be considering to liquidate some of their real state assets in order to pay for the reparations and damages of the civil trials, while they appeal, that is. It seems that in the United States, even if you plan you appeal the decision on a civil case, then one is supposed to deposit the full damages amount of money as collateral until the appeal comes to effect. Depending on how the appeal goes, then one or the other party will get the money. Knowing how such a sore loser can Trump be, he would rather not to sell anything to get enough collateral and appeal the judgement, he is likely to use some of his properties as collateral and ask for a loan. Which is quite ironic of we consider he is in court because the way he valuated his own properties to benefit himself. At this point, only the ones that wish to be fooled are still fooled or they simply do not care. US dream is over, it has failed to millions like it failed during the big depression of 1929. Depending whom you ask, the American dream is over, indeed. We are going though very strange and changeling times, I have myself talked to people who live in the United States and it seems it is pretty much a monumental work to keep oneself there, because of the price of the good and services and the small increase of the real salary. though, I have seen critically talking about the American dream can be perspectived as anti-patriotic there.

Lol. And somebody complained about $8 million in mismanaged Rep Party funds. Videos included. MAGA fans set up $355 MILLION fundraiser to pay former president Trump's latest legal bill - with GoFundMe raising nearly $50,000 within hours of fraud verdict https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13095185/donald-trump-fundraiser-legal-bill-fraud-verdict-gofundme.htmlScientologists Elena and Grant Cardone established a GoFundMe page to help pay Donald Trump's latest legal bill. The ardent MAGA supporters set up the page hours after the former president was ordered to pay $355 million fine for lying about his wealth for years. 'I stand unwaveringly with President Donald Trump in the face of what I see as unprecedented and unfair treatment by certain judicial elements in New York' Elena Cardone wrote on the page. Cardone is seeking donations from supporters to cover the full cost of Trump's fine. However, only $201,000 had been donated as of Sunday morning. 'The recent legal battles he faces are not just an attack on him, but an attack on the very ideals of fairness and due process that every American deserves' Cardone wrote. This is more than a legal fund,' she explained, 'it's a call to all patriots to rally in defense of a man who has never hesitated to stand in defense of us.' The judgement on Friday found Trump, his company and executives, including his two eldest sons, schemed to dupe banks, insurers and others by inflating his wealth on financial statements. It is the latest fallout in Trump's ongoing legal woes, that include an upcoming trial for election fraud and another for sanctioning 'hush money' payments to an adult entertainer ahead of the 2016 election. ...

Make sure you let us know how that fund-riser goes, I mean, if it is going anywhere given the distance between the "needs" of Trump and the shy support he is getting. Honestly, it would be much better to put there a republican that does not owe so much money that need everyone to chip into his legal bills. Just dump Trump, let his sink into oblivion and get anyone else with the same programme. JUST dump the TRUMP

Honestly, it would be much better to put there a republican that does not owe so much money that need everyone to chip into his legal bills. Just dump Trump, let his sink into oblivion and get anyone else with the same programme. JUST dump the TRUMPI mean. It is not so easy for someone like Trump to be dumped as easy, after all he has got a pretty tight power over the Republican party. For Trump to end up being dumped, it would take all of the major player within the party to do it at the same time, most of them do not like Trump anyways, are just behind him because of power and because he continue to be the future of the Republican party, at least in the coming years. But if all of them dumped him, it would be easier for him to be replaced by a normal Republican candidate and leader, some establishment republican which is worried about legislation and not whether ending up in prison for 91 indictments. The crowdfunding is interesting by itself, by the way. It may not completely cover the legal losses of Trump, but it certainly show how many fan Trump has out there. Trumps continues to talk on how Biden has ruined the economy and trashing the country, etc. But on the other hand, I know he would be willing to accept that money, instead being coherent with his speech and demand for the money to be returned to each donator, do they can survive the alleged horrible economy which is going on.
