Here what i do:
If I won a big win then I bet more in hope of winning more but I bet after committing that if I lost 10% of the winnings then anything would happen I will stop and withdraw the amount.
It was very hard initially to control myself and I lost it all after seeing those big wins, no I can control better.
and play very less or gamble very less with small amount these big wins doesn't affect my psychology a lot.

That is a good strategy you have. I understand it's really hard to practice it for real, because it's tempting to keep playing beyond our limits, but with some experience it's pretty possible to do this without much difficult anymore. We must realize that getting a win from gambling is difficult, so when we can win, whatever the amount, we must be able to appreciate it by stopping gambling. We still have a lot of time to stop, and it's not worth it if we keep gambling when we've already won because it can make us still want a bigger win, and in the end, it will only make us frustrated because we don't win anymore. And that will make us continue gambling even though we have spent all the winnings and the capital we have. And when we see it, we can only regret it without being able to recover from that defeat.

How much is enough. You see your team winning and you can cashout with a decent win. It's a win of course but often enough you give up a lot of the potential full payout. Even when the odds are almost gone and you team is a HUGE favourite you only get 85-90% of the full payout. That often seems too much to leave on the table and people tend to let it go. And then suddenly your team is falling apart and the 80% possible profit or whatever becomes a 100% loss.

Some days ago my team in basketball was leading by 25 (!!!) points in the last quarter, with 10min quarter and managed to be 1 point behind with 1 min to go. Cashout was not possible in this game since it wasn't live. My team managed to win in the end but I would have never dared to cashout with such a lead or even with 12 points ahead and 4min to play.

For a person that has made up his mind to continue with gambling despite he's loosing or not will same way have to embrace the outcome to his actions for not quiting when it was necessary, we have some people who can really afford spending much on gambling and not minding the consequences for that while some cannot just afford loosing and having that done repeatedly, yet they can't give it a caution to pause and restrategise for another day.

Being a gambler who takes full responsibility for everything that happens and that will happen is really recommended, it will be useful so that you do not feel deep regret as a result of the risks in gambling that you experience. Basically gambling is about winning and losing and if you want to engage in this activity then it obviously means that you will be part of the people who will feel victory or defeat in every session you do, I would say that they are losers if they want to win but cannot accept defeat, lol this is gambling that the end result is between winning and losing, you cannot think selfishly about winning because however gambling is always inseparable from the name of risk and even the possibility of risk is far greater than the chances of winning, and that is why the more you try, the more defeat dominates. So no one forbids anyone to gamble as long as they are able to accept all the consequences that have been set.
