I hate it when a casino is accused of scamming and they find it very hard to clear their name or respond to it, they have seen the accusation and they may actually have committed the crime or scam they accuse them of and that is why they are not bothered to respond to it, I think I saw them launching a signature campaign, if they can’t clear the air about this scam issue no one will use them.

The existing scam accusation is marked as resolved on the casino side since they use the ToS as explanation on what happened to the affected user. We don’t who to believe between user and the casino on this type of casino because their assumption of being fraudulent still doesn’t have clear justification on the bets they are referring.

As a viewer only, we don’t know or verify if the bet is truly a product pf fraudulent activity or not. This is a good opportunity to ask for clarification since they are now reviving their promotion in the forum.

If a casino did handle the accusation (s) properly, they would lost many things. If they have gotten reputation before, there would be no reputation again and maintaining reputation is the bedrock here in the forum because as a casino what happened to the casino here affect it in the general world. That is why we always go ve advise for casino representative to be active to answer questions and complains in their announcement threads. And when accusation comes, give details explanation for the person to understand the reasons.

It looks like the representative's account was online just yesterday.
I wouldn't be surprised if they make a response now about that scam accusation, after all, they did just launch a signature campaign, which will be for naught if they don't clear their reputation.

They are trying to go through shortcuts. It makes no sense trying to create promotions and adverts here and there without helping out clients directly by resolving their issues. The complaints will continue giving them negative publicity despite the attempts to advertise. For the signature campaign thread to still be up and running, then it is possible he might have reached out to the team and may be expecting response. He will decide on what to do at the right time and I trust whatever decision he takes. icopress has very good reputation and he does not easily get it. He has to build it from zero and actually has a lot of experience in this forum, Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies and online gambling industries as well as management skills. With his reputation and the fact that he does not lack of jobs, he will do careful investigation about a business before taking a contract of managing a signature campaign for a business.

I trust him and hope that he did not make any mistake this time because he has done many quality management jobs so far but anyone can make mistakes some times.

Existing claims of accusations needs thorough investigation and both parties involved needs to be investigated and one needs to hear from them both. Accusations like this always come in some form that it looks so real but sometimes after investigation, you’ll see that the acclaimed victim may have done something that’s against the rules of the casino.

Nevertheless, investigation is important to know where the actual problem is coming from and for the casino to still be up here, it could be they have enough evidence to prove their legitimacy and not involved in any shabby thing. If they were, they would be unresponsive and even a manager wouldn’t have been contacted to help promote their company. Everything could get to be resolved in due course.

That screenshot looks very good with high Resolved Rate, with only one Unresolved case, and generally it shows that Bets.io resolved cases if possible and I think they handled many cases well enough.

It's down for now, as I get same issue like you had. I tried different browsers and got the same issue with Bets.io site now. Likely their site issues but recent hours, there are increasing reported issues on Cloudflare too.

When you look at the complaints you can see that most of them are related to deposit or withdrawal and have been resolved. A thousand people might use the site, but if just one person has an issue, they start posting about it everywhere. Those who have a negative experience tend to make a lot of noise. They also usually don't explain the full story behind the issue.

This doesn't reflect the overall situation. After all, those who use the site without any issues don't go around leaving feedback everywhere. I think Bets.io's efforts to resolve issues shouldn't be overlooked. 100% satisfaction isn't possible in any industry. Not on me, maybe on the time that you've visited bets is they're having some occurrences or maintenance, I don't know but this time it's now okay and have no issues.

I was just reading a lot of things about the posts here just now and I knew it that if you're the one handling campaigns, you won't put your reputation at risk by not doing a background check. I hope that answers those who are in doubt, they're in a work in progress.

If that's really the case, then maybe a VPN could help. After all, these guys aren't like casinos that impose strict rules against the use of a VPN (cmiiw); they're mostly for resolving issues and inquiries.
