Askgamblers really did reject my compaint. I am 100% sure I filled in all their field correctly, and included screenshots etc. It even took me almost an hour to write it all. And initially I received an email stating they had received my submitted complaint. But then the next day they sent an email that it was rejected, without citing a real reason.

Nah, there's no way to change it. Asked that one too from their live support agents and they confirm it. Well, thanks it wasn't bad email that I've used since it was more the same or almost identical to the username I wanted. I think they should introduce that option in the future but only for once considering people might want other usernames or they want security over their profiles. If you don't want that, I think you can delete that account, make a new one with an email that probably starts with the username you wanted, it's probably the only option you have as of the moment

There’s no need to feel confused about it since there’s currently no way to modify the username. Honestly, changing a username is not really that important for now because it doesn’t make any major difference. You can simply continue using the username you already have without any problem.

Actually there is but you must contact the support team before it can be changed to your preferred username and they will change it for you. You cannot change it by yourself unless you contact bets.io support team to change it.

Changing your username is not something that is really common in most of this platforms, even outside of the gambling platforms. Your profile name is mostly different from the username and there use it usually different. Mostly your profile name is attached to your identity you provide in such a place where KYC is required and your username is what is visible to the public. If not changing your username isn’t a big deal, I’ll advise you just let it be for now. It may be easy process or hectic one to change, but most times the username you’re using doesn’t matter especially if you used a strange one that can’t be traced back to your name.

I don’t have an account here but normally username was set differently during the sign up. Casino just assigned random username based on user giver credentials such as email if players forgot to change it during the registration.

Normally, Username can be changed on the profile page unless it was being used for sign up during the registration procedure.

I highly recommend you to purchase cooper membership so you can make a better announcement thread and add some picture and graphics into it. The text based ann threads aren't much attractive and that's why I recommend you to go for cooper membership and improve the ann thread by adding pictures and graphics into it.

I also recommend you to run a signature campaign as that will allow you to get Bets.io to reach more audience. I must say that Bets.io is a quite good domain name and with a signature campaign you'll get many new players on your site. I thought that it was just a joke to the followers, because from the picture it was clearly AI generated and there was no way they would put that Ferrari as a giveaway.

And from the discussion above, it seems the username can't be changed. I didn't pay much attention to this because when I registered, the name seemed to perfectly match the email address I registered with. I don't know why it couldn't change the username, but Bets seems to have a reason for that,
