Unfortunately ChangeNOW is not active here since June 2023. Here is their ANN thread [ANN] ✔ChangeNOW - registration-free instant crypto exchange!✔ [OFFICIAL THREAD]. They already have five negative tags due to their scam. You have a very slim chance of getting your money back from those scammers!

ChangeNow has a long history of technical issues, scam, delays in reply, incompetence of the support team and the excuse now is that your wallet is tainted or linked to dark activity.
What is the nature of the data you provided to them, and did you deposit directly from an address connected to gambling services?
In most cases like this, the solution is to issue a refund to your Bitcoin address, so make sure that you can reach the deposit address and ask them to refund the money to you.

It should always be emphasized that Bestchange is only monitoring and that they have no responsibility for the deal between the exchanger and the client. But they can certainly help in solving cases because of their authority.

Bestchange won't help in this specific case. Bestchange's stance is clear regarding AML/KYC disputes between exchangers and customers: if AMLBot (the service they are affiliated with) shows a high risk score, then Bestchange calls customer a criminal/terrorist and quits mediation. There are hundreds of such cases at feedback pages of their listed exchangers marked as "KYC/AML dispute" on their .ru domain and outcome is always same - customers lose funds.

There is also a reason why Bestchange is listed as a 'taint proclaiming' service in the thread [Blacklist] of unreliable, 'taint proclaiming' Bitcoin services / exchanges

All of those links provided on how bad they are should have been seen by OP before if he did researched about them beforehand the transaction on this platform. However, I am not blaming him because when things go bad, that's the time when we try to search for the feedback of such platforms. It's either they're telling the truth about AML reason or they're just reasoning it out to discourage you for the exchange because it is taking time. Yet, I wish that this case will be solved OP and hopefully this thread gets their attention.

Thank you. This is the first time I know this information. I found myself sent them merits before, but I do not remember such a discussion. In general, it is wrong to distinguish between Bitcoin on the basis of its clean coins and dirty one.
ChangeNow is not a service that I would recommend to someone and expect a perfect experience free of complaints or being scammed, so it is better to stop using or recommending it. I will try to contact @bestchange to see their opinion.

I didn't click through those links, but many scam accusations that are made here are never followed up on by the OP of the thread.  But even if that isn't the case in any of those links, I have to think that they prove beyond a doubt that Changenow is a scam service, i.e., that every scam accusation is probably outnumbered by more than a few satisfied customers that you never hear from. 

But I could be wrong--and I also didn't know these instant exchanges (or at least Changenow) reviews the provenance of the coins you send them.  Jesus.

It may worth a try contacting them but I am somehow confident of what they'll reply. I've been personally tracking all their messages, comments and actions (here, on russian Bits Media and their own platform) in regards to AML/KYC stance since they started to divide Bitcoin and concluded that they're either corrupt or forced to participate in the AML/KYC shitshow. I assume that OP isn't worried or OP's instinct didn't have anything that tells that changenow is a fishy website but in a way, it's kind of weird that OP knows about this forum and didn't even care to check here in hopes that there's no problems on that service, I guess to some degree, OP should know better the next time to ask questions first if they're unsure about something online that involves money. That kind of habit will definitely save OP from potential headaches, hopefully others would take note and never do what OP did so the cycle at the least isn't vicious if won't be stopping anytime soon.

I don't know deeply about them technically but I know they are from a same team. I had communication with ChangeNOW team in the past so I knew it from them.

There will always be problems with people trying use these types of exchanges when they have a policy to ask for identification under their ToS to verify KYC/AML requirements. They can block transactions leaving their customers in limbo therefore using an alternative would be much better option.

Here again, I will tell you to go to Bestchange monitoring and leave negative feedback, where you will state the problem. It speeds them up considerably, they are very careful about their reputation there, unlike on this forum.
