3% cashback is not bad, but I guess you have to perform kyc verification, and you are getting back some crap tokens reward.
And I don't know if this is true, but I found some information that 3% cashback is only valid until December 31 of this year.
I don't know any non-kyc card offering cashback, but there are some services like Moso.xyz doing that.

They do need KYC, but the cashback can be swaped for USDC immediately. And the airdrop is just a plus.

Not all of their services are going to be discontinued. The EUR Gate Card will, but there will be new cards in the future according to the official website. The USD Gate Card Silver will launch soon as a virtual and physical card. A EUR and USD Mastercard called Gate Card Midnight has also been announced for a future release. All cards will be available as virtual and physical ones and will support Google/Apple Pay and ATM withdrawals.

Kraken has now released its own debit mastercard called Krak
currently, the Krak-card is only available in the uk and eu countries, and to use it, you need a verified Krak account with completed kyc

It's a USDT Visa card by Truther. If experience tells me anything, it will probably work like the Gnosis card and ask for local ID verification while storying the card data on smart contracts.

They are claiming no-kyc, no logs, no identity checks, g00gle and apple pay support, impossible to block funds, up to $4,000/month.
This sounds to good to be true, but let's wait and see what happens.

Even if it works as they are promising, my guess is that fees will be so high that not many will use it on the regular basis, as would standard debit card.

To me this resembles more of a Gnosis card. Buy a virtual card on some blockchain, use it up to X thousand dollars a month but if you go over the limit then KYC verification will be required by the partner before you can spend more. The only difference is that Gnosis asks for KYC upfront and has a geoblock.

All of the anonymity tech stuff is just marketing waffle to describe this process above. The rest of the features seem to be standard of Visa cards.

Users of Dolphin card received email with instructions to refund coins to USDt on Liquid Network.
Procedure is very simple and you only have to follow the link on Jan3 website and enter your withdrawal address.
After that you could wait for few days to receive your coins, but you don't have to send any personal information.

That's usually supposed to be my job and in fact I could use another crypto debit card after Noones wants me to verify my address before I can make a new card (and my bank statements are not working correctly grrrrrr) which keeps getting terminated because of some random charge which I can't seem to cancel. But it's really hit-and-miss with these kind of cards, and I've already hit my admittedly small quota for lost funds this month.

Well, the problem is the card acquisition fee.
Even the virtual one has an issuance cost of about 80$.
