I can understand they may not like to buy after the sudden recovery we have been experimenting, and some of them may like to wait to do this until a correction takes place, but since there is no way to know if the correction will actually come, they need to take a decision and do so soon.

Halving is predicted to occur in 2024 therefore people are accumulating their favourite coins now but if someone is still waiting to buy during halving then their profit will be either less or will have no profit. After halving price will go down again because as the number of sells increases for bitcoin then price will show decrease so that time will be favorable for all investors to own again.

Pump and dumps coins should be avoided to buy because there are some coins which will shine by price during some duration but if we buy them they become devalued so always search before doing anything as all higher worth coins are not suitable option for investment.

My favorite altcoin is of course ETH and that is the top altcoin that I am starting to collect at the moment. Don't forget to collect Bitcoin little by little or buy in stages. I believe being a diamond hand and buying gradually will make a lot of profit in the end. just waiting for the halving to arrive and the new ATH to be reached. starting from now it's still pretty good, just need to wait for a correction for the top altcoin and buy it again.

I have invested in altcoins when their price was very low in the market early this year but I feel like investing again in altcoins, because I don't want to miss any opportunity in my investment next year because am going to hold my altcoins like one year and some months before I will sell to make a good incomes from the investment. Same here. I am also holding several altcoins. The original plan is to hold them until 2025 when I need to decide again if I sell them or part of them or hold them all for the next cycle. My Chainlink has already more than doubled and I am tempted to sell half of it and buy another altcoin that has not yet moved that high.

The altcoin market hasn't reached its full potential yet in this cycle so even at the current price, most of them are still good to buy. I still have plans to buy more eth and some other altcoins as part of my monthly DCA.

We are close to halving, and there isn't much time left according to some experts. So if you haven't made any investment in the market till now and are still waiting for a major correction then you should start your DCA from now on until the bull appears in the market. Time is running out is what I hear all the time and a very good reason for the FOMO indeed. But the question at this point is; should we let the FOMO push us and cause impaired decisions in our trading/investment? It shouldn't be so, we should follow it as we see it in real-time, and what I see now is that the market might not be making some dangerous bullish movement anymore until next year. This applies to the major coins, although some altcoins that are new like those with Ordinals and BRC-20 related are moving well. The new meme tokens are moving well also and might not have the same pattern as other coins/tokens with good projects and utility.

With all these, I believe that studying the individual charts and fundamentals around the coins/tokens we want prior to buying them is the way out. We can just generalize advice at the moment, and for instance, some coins are already overbought and are in their corrective phase. This is evident in their negative price action as well, so we should be informed and careful with each coin/token according and individually. However, in general, when it comes to an average come asset in cryptocurrency, I believe that the best time to strike them is gone, yet one can still hold on to their effective retracement from now till the second week in January. I mean around the 10th of the month when the fate of the ETF that caused the present excitement in the market is determined.

I think the right time to invest is now before the halving. Afterwards, market prices will soar like crazy due to hype/FOMO. Choosing the right altcoin is tricky, especially when the market behaves in many strange and bizarre ways. Some altcoins go up due to certain events (airdrops, partnerships, etc), while others go down the drain as developers abandon them in favor of the next big thing in crypto. I'd choose altcoins with a proven track record of development and innovation. Those that aren't driven by hype but deliver concrete results to the public.

Usually coins within the top 20 ranks in market cap are worth the investment. ETH and SOL are "blue chip" coins that are bound to increase in price in the future. As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, there should be nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

Theirs no time someone invest in altcoins projects that's the wrong time for the investment because I believe that what is important in any any altcoins investment is the projects, if an investors is able to verify a good or potential altcoins I think investing in it is a secondary aspect of it, investing in altcoins it depends the kind of altcoins because is not all altcoins that survive a long-term or long duration of bearish season and that is while so many of us do emphasise on research analysis in any projects you want to invest, so that you also know if the project is a project that is potential and also relevant to the market.

We will never really know what will happen in the market in the upcoming days. Many of us expect the market to have a healthy correction but there seems to be something stopping it and it continues to recover even after a small dump. What you have suggested is the best option, by doing DCA, we can at least purchase any cryptocurrency of our choice. Accumulating early is better than regretting it in the future.

We can't predict where market prices will be heading to after the anticipated Bitcoin reward halving. Most of the time, prices went up. But that doesn't mean it will happen again. Everything is subject to the rules of supply and demand. A healthy global economy would propel market prices all the way to the moon. It's slowly recovering right now, so it will take some time before we're able to witness major increases in crypto market prices.

If BTC hits a new ATH, you can bet altcoins will soar like crazy. High risk = high reward. As long as you play your cards right, there should be no reason to be concerned about losing everything in an instant (bankruptcy). Who knows what the future holds for altcoins?

To be honest I lost in this way. I was looking for short term profit when ORDI token launched in binance. I have not waited for token to rise and sold earlier because I was in need of money. after two days the token start pumping and pumped 5x in front of my eyes. Crypto is not a place to double your money in 24 hours. we have to exercise patience and should not sell until we get desired profit. Yes, that's another concern from many of these investors. They invest the money that they're not sure if they can just allow to grow on this market without needing it.
