Well that's true, I think that's not a bad method to do , Actually there are quite a lot of ways that we can do to exclude ourselves from gambling, one of which is as you suggested, but it all comes back to you, because usually there are always some gamblers who want to get out of their gambling habits but their statements are nothing more than just nonsense that is usually said when they experience defeat and maybe it's because of the annoyance of victory far from them.

If gamblers do not know what they want and how they will get it done, what they want will manipulate them into misbehaviour and they will lose all their money and even their sanity because it will surely infest their psychology. I've had enough ugly experiences in trading which is similar to gamble, but the good part is that it trained me to be well-behaved to the point that gambling preparation and handling are workovers for me.
