The terms and conditions of casinos and other companies is usually very lengthy and somehow boring for some people. Hence , many people rarely find time to read them. They may actually contain some of the complaints that people raise about some casinos such requiring KYC if there is need or suspicion of money laundering activities.

What is your take on this?

Actually I do gambling mostly on those reputable casinos who are already established. So that I don't have face any problem with KYC requirement or the KYC policy. Yes it is true that many of US avoid KYC verification for the privacy. But it is also true that you will not find a well reputable casino who don't require kyc at it all. Because for becoming a reputable casino you have to gain trust of your user and peoples and trust can also gain by the licence and those licence always required for KYC policy for anti money laundering law. So I always avoid those new casinos all looks like a little bit suspicious to me.

On the time that i do make out those registering times then i do assume that most of terms and conditions are just identical and this is why i dont bother myself on reading those things.

If i do have the time and in good emotion or feeling then i might be considering on reading up some keypoints or something which is important to read up with those terms.We do know that
this is really that informations that we do need to read upon but cant really blame out on why people do skip these things? Reading up on a whole bunch of text would

Let's be honest; I'm sure almost everyone here didn't read the terms and conditions. As the OP said, they are quite lengthy and take time to read, so it's quite common that most only skip them and just check the check box. But the thing is, they're crucial because they contain the terms and conditions of the casino, and sometimes they have hidden terms or conditions that's hard to read if you didn't read the terms and conditions carefully. So I think it takes time and dedication to read this statement, and if you are a very meticulous person, then you can read this kind of condition without a problem. Honestly, sometimes I only read the important things that I want to know. But I make sure that the casino where I am going to play is a trustworthy and recommended of most gamblers here. Because even you didn't read their rules one by one, you'll already gain idea due to the experience of gamblers who played there.

Anyway, of course it is advisable to read the ToS before using the platform. This is crucial and necessary to become aware of the rules. Especially the KYC section wherein many gamblers are still not comfortable submitting their personal information.

UK, Canada and US have a strict rules about gambling, but they allow gambling only in regulated casinos in their own countries. So it's not that gambling is illegal on there, they just have their own rules.

While some countries declare gambling is illegal, but if the casino allow that country to gamble, there's will be no problem.

No one likes reading through terms and conditions but we don't have a choice, its tiring to even look at the whole words on screen and start reading, but how will you know if they support your location? How will you know if KYC is compulsory? How will you know if they don't like you using VPN and proxies? I want to know.

Isn't this the reason why some people get bad experience gambling on a casino and they are ask to pass KYC by force? I try to read some "major parts" of each TOS, likewise: terms for deposits/withdrawal/restricted locations/how to handle issues...

But, if I need to use more "often" a casinos it become a must understand what are issues on such cases...likewise market suspended, match voided and so on.

The point is to capture several important points in the terms and conditions, in which you actually don't need to read them completely and I'm sure it won't take a lot of time to read them. Of course, there are articles that you don't understand about the law. You can skip them and then look for the important points that you should Remember not to break site rules in the future just because you didn't read them.

For me, the little gambler probably doesn't read too much there, usually the rules are not much different from other sites, especially since we all often share discussions about what is prohibited and what is allowed when gambling on this forum based on the terms and conditions as long as it only discusses the important part. is more than enough.
