it's best to register and log in with an email. i think if something happens to your steam or metamask, and you don't have an email set up, you could lose access to your account.

No. If you want to register on a site, it is better you use an email that you don't use for anything to avoids the bad things. You don't know what can happen later. We need to be careful with anything that looks different.

Using email and protect it with 2FA will be more secured IMO compared to other available login options.

With email for registration, you can have more convenience to recover your account later. Like if a platform allows me to register an account through an email address, or a Telegram, I will choose email.

I secure both email and Telegram accounts but for registration, email is always my choice, but I can use different emails for different things like for work, trading, gambling. Different emails can help me to decentralize my funds and risk on different accounts that I can not have if I use one email for all things. If that email is hacked, perhaps all of my accounts will be hacked and I have risk of bankruptcy too.

I signed up using an email address, as it can be the most anonymous method with some of these sites - depending on the provider of course. I'm curious about metamask now though, does anyone else here use it and how safe is it? I'm definitely getting behind the times when it comes to these sort of authentication systems, but it's nice to see that there are decentralized plugins you can use that take the power away from providers like Gmail - or am I misunderstanding what metamask is used for, is it just a wallet and you still need a separate account somewhere to verify yourself?

It's as simple as signing up with an email that you're likely to throwaway. Just generate a new wallet address and sign with it. That is what I understood with it but I'd probably go with using an email instead.

I also deposit more than $10 in this last 30 days but we have the same problem but different message. As @Zwei said, maybe there is a quota for those who can receive the bonus.
