That's what I thought, especially since I checked the license and wasn't familiar with it. Generally my KYC works if license by Curaçao There is also no way for manual KYC that's why they suggest to ignore KYC level2. So if am getting this correctly, the casino allows him to gamble and claim his funds even when his nation isn't listed on their license or allowed countries. The reason why am asking is because I thought players that gamble from a region which is not accepted by the casino are always limited to an extent that could even prevent withdrawal of funds.
Just want to confirm that casino are not blacklist my country because my country is still available on KYC level 1 but on KYC level 2 casino uses services from third parties which is called live verification well, here is the main problem, third party not list my country so there is no way to complete KYC level 2. So if am getting this correctly, the casino allows him to gamble and claim his funds even when his nation isn't listed on their license or allowed countries. The reason why am asking is because I thought players that gamble from a region which is not accepted by the casino are always limited to an extent that could even prevent withdrawal of funds.

nah, my IP didn't change, and a DNS change can not cause this as far as i know. Maybe it is safe to assume it was just a glitch in their system? Did you ever contact the support system about it? or did it just get sorted on its own?
