I want to ask, do you believe in experts gambling predictions?

There's no such thing as gambling experts who can make 100% predictions they do not exist, if one is an expert and he can make 100% winning all the time when he wants to, he will keep it to himself and will not temp people to challenge him, casinos will ban him because as we all know casinos are profit driven and they might think that the user is manipulating or exploiting a bug.
If someone calls himself an expert he should be brave enough to show his betting and winning history, not only proof of one winning, gambling experts for me are those who can control their bankroll and know when to stop and knows the fact about gambling

For someone to be called gambling expert, I think the person would have the full requirements to be in thag category. We are many gambling experts and their levels might be different but that do not mean they are not good enough to be called experts. Everything falls down to results. Results is what is going to make us to depend on an expert because of the past results we have seen which is able to convince us to take predictions from them.

Like we have in trading, before we decide to copy trade, we need to check the past history of results the person had made so far and there winning percentage and compare it to others giving a clear view of what we should be expecting and the kind of results we can earn copy trading on the trades the trader keep making.

I don't think this problem is a difficult one to solve, in gambling all outcomes are always unknowable, logically it's not gambling if any of the gamblers could know the outcome at the end, and if they could wouldn't they be one of the richest people in the world? Obviously but the fact of the matter is most gamblers suffer defeat and only a few of them can get such good luck with winning streaks.

Honestly at first glance I laughed when I heard that there was an expert in the field of gambling, what makes more sense is that I would believe that person if they basically owned their own casino because obviously they control all the fate of gamblers about whether they will win or lose in every session they do, but if they are nothing more than the usual person who tries to convince others that they are an expert in gambling without providing evidence of winning consecutive transactions then obviously I would say someone is stupid if they believe everything said by that person. Who could we comfortably classify as a predictions expert? Most likely someone that has had a good number of his predictions come true.
Personally, I don’t see anyone as a predictions “expert”. Using football matches as an example. The outcome of football matches can literally go either way as there is no sure way of knowing the winner until the end of the game.
The person you mentioned that had sure winning games for you and your friends that ended up going sideways was previously seen as an expert. I bet you’ll think twice when any predictions “expert” comes your way with games that he says are sure to win.

At that moment I should be asking myself salient question like doesn't this expert also need this money in full too, why didn't he bet with his own money but me. See, that's the question that can be built into our minds and why they're giving their predictions and why they just can't apply it to themselves. Yes, a gambling expert must have a history of winning because that can prove directly that he is an expert, but sometimes don't be surprised that there are many gambling experts on social media who use screenshots which are not necessarily genuine, they could be screenshots of other people's wins or edited results. photo, I've seen gambling advertisements like that where they show screenshots of their big winnings.

I think they will only advertise in vain because everyone is smart about it, it's not that easy to make other people believe that winning at gambling is so easy, I probably won't waste my time and money entrusting it to a gambling expert, whatever it is a professional or gambling expert basically depends on his luck not entirely on his skills.

That's what you get if you don't know the game that you're betting on, anyone who predicts the game for you will make you think that what they're saying is believable when in reality, they're just talking bullshit about their prediction and they just want you to think that they're superior. The scenario that you are presenting is not really one of an expert giving to your group of friends an advice, to me this seemed like a veiled scam and nothing more.

Think about it, the person giving the advice lost nothing by doing this, if the advice they gave lost, as it was the case, at most they will lose their reputation with your friends, something they do not care about at all, but if your friends happened to win they could always claim it was because of their advice and ask a big amount of money as a commission.

If you are into sports betting, it's better if you have absolute knowledge about the sports/players/teams than depending on somebody else's prediction. There's no 100% win guarantee in any prediction, betting in any sports that you have 0 knowledge of is like betting blindly. Just imagine if a prediction is 100% as what they claim they'll be, I wouldn't bother sharing it with others and will just do the bet by myself. Like you, I also don't believe in gambling expert predictions. That's why prediction means there is no certainty if the prediction is correct or not. Also, it is not good to depend our gambling winnings on the predictions of expert gamblers.

It is better to gamble based on what we know and what we think is the right choice to bet on. This way, I think we can enjoy gambling more, for sure, in the end.

The same for me. I might use their analysis at some point, maybe when I am too lazy to check the statistics and history of a team that I am betting for.
But when it comes to the betting factor, I make sure that it is my own decision so that no blame game will happen when I lose the bet.
Years ago, I did this. Just following a prediction made by an article writer but I won't name it. I like how he breaks down the results of the game and all the statistics of each team but when I lost a lot of times just following him, I stopped. So my next bets I used his analysis and then I checked out my own and somehow I was successful and winning my bets.
Better, if I lose, all the regrets were on me because I made that decision. I think that's very important for all sports gamblers because we like to own our bets so that we won't be pointing fingers if it goes south. Sure, some of the predictions are spot on but it doesn't mean it will go on because still the games are unpredictable and we are just trying to increase our chance to win. Not 100 percent.

Yes, honestly I also think the same as you, a little strange and I don't believe if there are experts in the world of gambling, it must be suspicious and it seems that I will only believe them if there is strong evidence clearly showing that they managed to get several wins in a winning streak and without a single defeat, well if they can prove it then obviously I will definitely believe in their expertise. Sports prediction experts does exist, they can make money from their predictions as usually they offer paid tip service where people can buy/subscribe it to get the best prediction but there is no guarantee that all predictions will be correct. Just as its name "prediction" which can be correct and wrong. When it comes to believe in them or not, it depends on the history and the track record. If the experts have great track record, it is fine to believe them but still we should never think that we will always win by following the prediction.
