Understandable! It's possible to earn millions and live a lavish life if you are good at poker, but only a few can master the art of bluffing and reading other people effectively which is why it's not really a reliable profession.

I personally won't be surprised if I happen to come across a person is a professional poker player, and it's definitely possible to see.
Atleast, I've seen a person who is a professional chess player and amazingly, he travels round the world challenging different people around the world to play chess, and every accepted challenge involves money and if he wins (which he does almost all the time because he is extremely very good) he's walking away with your hundreds of thousands of dollar or sometimes even millions plus other gifts he made get from those who watched the game.

So, we currently live in a world where anyone can choose anything as a profession, most people don't care so long as they are going to be making a living out of it.

If you are a gambler yeah there's no way for you to make it as profession since earning is not so sure and we don't know if we continue to hit some wins or good luck since losing is inevitable.

But if you are skilled to work on the casino or know how to build a community then get sponsorship on it I think its possible for you to get a great career on gambling since somehow this fall under the umbrella of gambling career.

Also there are successful poker stars out their but its so hard to reach on professional level that's why this is not fit to everyone.

Sometimes, I feel like I should play these slots again, spin like these players. I would probably win something big one day. But the problem is, I cannot afford to lose much money. I make only four figures, and I don't think I can afford to gamble with a thousand dollars. If I cannot risk a big amount, surely I cannot expect to win big amounts. These big wins are amazing and can manipulate a player's mind.

And yet we do have people who are professional poker players and that's what they do for work. They can earn good money with their skills depending on the type of games and tournaments they participate in. Plus there are sponsorship deals which help them in times when they aren't earning much or when they lose. With the popularity of YouTube, I am sure it helps if you are a streamer and you post gambling content where it's allowed.

As mentioned, it's accumulated. From what I observed in MetaWin comps, a lot of folks seem to enter when draw date is real close lol. We could see these numbers ramp up as the draw get much closer.

The users aren't required to place a single bet of $1k. You will be eligible for the free entry if your 24 hours bet sum is $1k at least. I guess all the users of MetaWin aren't aware of this promotion yet. You have to claim your free entry manually after completing the wager. The number of participants would have been a lot more already if users weren't required to claim the entry manually.

BTW, I have a big confusion about the draw time. In Twitter post, they have said that the draw will happen on 15:00 of 1st August. But they have mentioned two more different times for the draw on the promotion page. Which one is correct

Been doing this 1000$ wager daily just to prepare on event like this. It’s very easy to accumulate this wager with minimal loss using low risk plinko with max row and minimum bet.

It is not too surprising as Metawin has Metawin millionaires even and 1 bitcoin is less than $1M at least with its price in 2025. It is stiil a very big award for winner especially if the winner is a Bitcoin maximalist and hold that bitcoin for many more years.
