I saw this on Metawin telegram channel recently. I’m already half way on the wager requirements in able to get this boost however I’m on dilemma right now if I will still continue or just stop because I hit a decent win that is bigger than the boost amount.
I want to secure this profit already but my greed keeps tempting me to play more since I will have a lifeline to get another big win until I reach the 1000$ wager.

It is as same as trading, if you have good profit, take that profit, and try maintaining this practice until taking all your initial trading capital back from your trading profit. Then you can use the profit part for your trading continuation but it of course does not mean that you will trading more carelessly after that. If you can do it, and take profit gradually so that you can accumulate your reserve from profit taking to not only 1x of initial capital, but 2x, 3x and more, you are a successful trader. If a trader or gambler only chase for win, profit but don't mind of defend their initial capital, with risk of loss sooner or later big loss will come and take all profit he got previously, this ending is painful.

In any case, it's sad that metawin removed their on-site support system—intercom. I hope they bring it back. Though, I'm starting to think they wanna bring more folks over their discord this way—just a theory. 🤔
A specific social media channel for support, whether it's Discord or Telegram, is not a good choice for a casino. Especially for big casinos like Metawin. On-site live chat is a more convenient and easier way for users to contact support. We know it costs them some money and probably extra work for the staff, but believe me, that is the best method for support, and Metawin should not move to Discord only. It seems like everyone has an discord account and even if someone does not have, they could create it in a few minutes. But the platform should know that you are actually forcing people to do something and people do not expect it from Big casinos. They probably spend some money on building an AI-assisted live chat. But no human support there.

Well, as much as I understand you perfectly well and totally agree with your analogy or example, I would still like to let you know that your example is only realistic when it comes to trading, but in gambling, that example you gave is totally unrealistic, the reason being that gambling and trading are not the same and also not in the same class.. If we are to treat trading as a game, it will be a game of skill, because trading is a skill one can learn and master, while gambling on the other hand is a game of luck mostly, talk about sports betting, casino games, slot and the rest, they are all luck dependent to some or great extent. And in a skill game, you have some level of power to decide the outcome of a game based on how good you are skilled, but in a game of luck, you are completely helpless, only luck decides when you win, you can win now, then take out your profit and continue playing with your capital, and still end up losing the capital, not by choice but because luck was no longer on your side.

Being that I don't have a Discord account, the only way I would open one for it being the only communication channel would be for something serious but not for questions that can usually be answered by chat. I 100% agree on this. It seems like everyone has an discord account and even if someone does not have, they could create it in a few minutes. But the platform should know that you are actually forcing people to do something and people do not expect it from Big casinos.

You are right, alot of users usually focus on winning alone neglecting the fact that they can still experience losses during their betting sessions same goes for traders , you will start making unnecessary risks just to win more ( greed of wanting more ) , which is quit common and it don't usually ends well usually end up with huge losses and regret , so stick with winning and making good use of the profit than tryna win more with it.

I don't have Discord and I don't want to create a Discord because I had created one at past and I was receiving messages from Discord all the time, so I deleted my account. I asked Little Mouse for help a few months ago because I don't have a discord. I think that Metawin should implement live chat. It should have an AI bot but it should also be able to redirect me to real Customer Support if the bot can't answer my question. They probably changed it to promote their Discord channel but live chat on website is a significantly better option for customer.

I disagree on this point. In almost two decades of gambling I don't think I've ever needed phone support. It may be a plus for certain VIP clients but not for everyone. Chat support, with AI if necessary in the early stages but a human being can get you through, and email, I think, is enough. Chat support, with AI if necessary in the early stages but a human being can get you through, and email, I think, is enough. Furthermore, phone support that it's available in multiple languages is completely unnecessary and expensive. With chat support, people can use online tools to translate.
With digital development, support can be online and I don't see phone support is too helpful. Like a customer support can give you a screenshot for guide that is better and more easily understandable than describing how to do that on phone call. Personally phone support can be harder to follow the guide flow if there is communication issues from one of two sides like language unproficiency. I feel the same like you, that chat support, AI and human, email support are enough.

Privacy is another important concern and if I can use online support via chat, support tickets and email with better privacy like with VPN or Tor, or private encrypted email, I would choose it than phone call.

To complicated, and not being organized. Why, you can't do multi-tasking. Meanwhile with Chats/Ticketing system you can do or process multiple ticket at the same time, your resource time will taken a lot by just finishing or handling one person. So, the phone option is not quite good. You want talk directly with the casino, the option is always landbase casino (real casino).

That's why I suggested before that in case of considering phone support it should be only for VIPs, the rest of the cases can be handled with chat and email. For people who give a lot of money to the site it can be an option. I live in a country where no one's identity is private. Everyone's phone number is tied to their National ID card. But do you mean that information is publicly available? My phone is also linked to my identity but that is only accessible to the authorities and via court order. The phone company has my ID number and only usually discloses it to the authorities if there is an investigation and a judge requires it. In the old days there were books with people's names and if you knew someone's name you could find out where they lived and their phone number, which seems like a Pleistocene age nowadays.

Exchanges, casinos or any company can provide phone call support as one of their support channels but they can not force users picking this phone call method to use mandatorily. Users have different options (channels) for customer support and if they pick phone call channel, they don't care about privacy. Or they simply don't know that using this support channel can be harmful for their privacy. Customer support staffs have contracts with a company and in theory they are not allowed to use user's sensitive information for personal attacks/ harrashments, but damn in real world and practice, who knows what will happen with your data and your life. If, assumed that, you attacked a customer support staff via phone call with bad words of mouth, what will happen next can be nothing or terrible things.
